Abstract

Recently Yu and Sun [Int. J. Theor. Phys. DOI 10.1007/s10773-014-2360-x] have presented probabilistic teleportation of 3-qubit cat state via 6-qubit cluster state. The success probability depends on absolute value of only two of the coefficients of cluster state i.e. |c|^2 + |d|^2. We have demonstrated the feasibility to teleport 3-qubit cat state via 2-qubit non maximally entangled Bell state instead of a complex state like 6-qubit non maximally entangled cluster state. In this comment we have prescribed an optimal protocol for teleportation of n-qubit state of the form (α|x> + β|\bar{x}>)_n via non maximally entangled Bell state a|00> + b|11> henceforth allowing teleportation of n-qubit state via 2-qubit Bell state. The success probability of the prescribed protocol is |b|^2.

Probabilistic Teleportation of Two-particle Entangled State via a Cluster State

Junfang Zhu

A scheme for probabilistic teleportation of an unknown two-particle entangled state via a four-qubit non-maximally entangled cluster state as quantum channel is proposed. In this scheme, the unknown entangled states can be teleported with a certain probability, which is determined by the smallest two of the coefficients' absolute values of the cluster state. What's more,if quantum channel is maximally entangled cluster state, the probabilistic teleportation becomes usual teleportation.

Probabilistic Teleportation of Three-Atom State via Five-Atom Cluster State

Lizhi Yu, Tao Wu

A scheme for probabilistic teleportation of an unknown three-atom entangled state via a five-atom non-maximally entangled cluster state as quantum channel is proposed. In this scheme, the sender performs two Bell state and a single-atom measurements on the atoms, the receiver can reconstruct the original state with a certain probability by introducing an auxiliary atom and operating appropriate unitary transformations and controlled-not (C-not) operations according to the sender Alice's measurement results. As a result, the probability of successful teleportation is determined by the smallest two of the coefficients' absolute values of the cluster state. The considerable advantage of our scheme is that we employ a non-maximally entangled cluster state as quantum channel in the scheme, which can greatly reduce the amount of entanglement resources and need less classical bits. If we employ a maximally entangled cluster state as quantum channel, the probabilistic teleportation scheme becomes usual teleportation, the successful probability being 100%.

Comment on Quantum teleportation and information splitting via four-qubit cluster state and a Bell state

Meiling, Zhang, Sha Shi, Yuanhua, Liu +2 more

We study the quantum controlled and probabilistic teleportation protocol via a four-cluster state (Front. Phys. (2017) 12: 120306). The protocol cannot achieve the goal that if the teleportation fails, it can be repeated without copies of the teleported state. And the reason is that all the information of the teleported state shifts to the receiver's particle after Bell measurement and the information cannot shift back to the sender without other entangled states. To realize the claimed goal, a new quantum controlled and probabilistic teleportation protocol using the same four-cluster state is presented. Because no information of the teleported stated is lost during the whole teleportation process, the teleportation process can be repeated until the teleportation success.

Teleportation of an Unknown Three-Particle Entangled State via a Cluster State

Li Zhi Yu

Two schemes of teleporting an unknown three-particle entangled state from the sender (Alice) to the receiver (Bob) are proposed. In both schemes, a four-particle maximally entangled cluster state and a four-particle non-maximally entangled cluster state are used quantum channel, respectively. It is shown that if the quantum channel is the maximally entangled cluster state, the unknown three-particle entangled state can be teleported perfectly with the successful probability is 1; if the quantum channel is the non-maximally entangled cluster state, the probability of successful teleportation is determined by two smaller superposition coefficients.

Probabilistic teleportation of arbitrary two-particle entangled state via cluster state

NI Zhi-xiang

Two schemes for teleporting an unknown two-particle entangled state via a four-qubit non-maximally entangled cluster state as quantum channel are proposed. In the first scheme,a special bipartite entangled state was teleported, the receiver Bob can reconstruct the original state with a certain probability according to the sender Alice's measurement results, and the successful probability is determined by the smallest two coefficients' absolute values of the cluster state. In the latter scheme an arbitrary two-particle entangled state was teleported.Contrast to the first scheme, Bob should perform a quantum controlled phase gate operation besides the unitary transformation. The considerable advantage is that it employs a non-maximally entangled cluster state as quantum channel in these two schemes. Thus, the schemes can greatly reduce the amount of entanglement resources and need less classical bits.

Teleportation Capability of Six-Qubit Cluster State

Xin-Wei Zha, Haiyang Song

Recently Wei-Bo Gao et al. [ Phys. Rev. Lett. 104 (2010) 020501 ]; reported on the creation of a 4-photon 6-qubit cluster state. It is shown this states can be utilized for perfect teleportation of arbitrary three qubit systems and controlled teleportation of an arbitrary two-qubit state. Therefore, the six-qubit cluster state as quantum channels is equivalent to that of maximally six-qubit entangled state.
