Abstract

We investigate chain teleportation of a qutrit-state via the non-maximally two-qutrit entangled channels. For the case of four parties, the efficiencies of two chain teleportation protocols, the separate chain teleportation protocol (SCTP), and the global chain teleportation protocol (GCTP), are calculated. In SCTP the errors are corrected between every step while in GCTP the errors are corrected only at the end. Furthermore, we present a piecewise global chain teleportation protocol (PGCTP) for keeping away from the inconvenience of error-correction of GCTP. We show that PGCTP is more efficient than SCTP.

Resumable probabilistic teleportation of a three qubit state using different quantum channels

Abstract In this paper we describe two different probabilistic teleportation protocols for teleporting the same unknown 3-qubit state from the sender Alice to the receiver Bob. The speciality of the state is that it remains a 2-qubit entangled state after any of the three involved qubits is eliminated by partial trace operation. One of the protocols utilizes a two and a three-qubit separate channels while in the other protocol, a five-qubit channel is utilized. One of the channels in the first protocol is a non-maximally entangled Bell state while the 5-qubit channel used in the case of the second protocol is non-maximally entangled. Both the teleportation schemes are probabilistic with the feature that in the case of failure of the teleportation, the state to be teleported is not lost to the sender. So the process can be repeated after failure till success is achieved. Moreover, one of the channels is recovered in the failure case. Both protocols are resumable in the above sense. The above is the speciality of the present work. We analyze the efficiency of our protocol which shows that the present two protocols are better performing than some existing ones.

Quantum teleportation of a single qutrit using two-qutrit entangled states

Surajit Sen, Tushar Kanti Dey, Anushree Pandey +1 more

We demonstrate quantum teleportation of a qutrit system using a complete set of two-qutrit entangled states obtained from the representation theory of the SU(3) group. All measurement gates essential for end-to-end teleportation are systematically evaluated, and these are found to be nonunitary. Our approach extends Bennett’s teleportation protocol to the qutrit system with minimal modifications, preserving operational simplicity and underscoring the necessity of nonunitary measurement operators in high-dimensional systems.

Controlled Probabilistic Teleportation of an Unknown Multi-Particle High-Dimensional Entangled State

Shi Jin, You-Bang Zhan

We propose a protocol for controlled probabilistic teleportation of an unknown tripartite qutrit entangled state with two partial tripartite qutrit entangled states as the quantum channel. It is found that teleportation associated with the generalized qutrit Bell-basis measurement, the generalized qutrit π-state measurement and the generalized Hadamard operator in three-dimensional Hilbert space. We generalize the protocol for controlled probabilistic teleportation of an unknown k-particle qudit entangled state with a multi-particle qudit entangled state and a tripartite qudit entangled state as the quantum channel. We also calculate the classical communication cost required in both cases.

Probabilistic teleportation of an arbitrary Multi-qubit state

Lin-Yuan Ren, Cheng Zhang

in this letter, we describe a protocol for multi-qubit quantum teleportation between two parties with control of many agents in the networks. Our method is different from the method proposed recently [Phys. Lett. A 341 (2005)55–59], since the quantum channels we used is not maximally entangled state. And we discuss the probability which the receiver can teleport an unknown Multi-qubit.

Probabilistic teleportation of quantum state

Ren Lin-yuan

This paper describes a protocol for multi-qubit quantum teleportation between two parties by using the networks with control of many agents. This method is different from the proposed method recently. The result is that the senders can only probabilistic restore the qubit even if all the agents cooperate with the receiver. And the quantum channels are not maximally entangled state,so the protocol has the practical significance.

Probabilistic Teleportation of Two-particle Entangled State via a Cluster State

Junfang Zhu

A scheme for probabilistic teleportation of an unknown two-particle entangled state via a four-qubit non-maximally entangled cluster state as quantum channel is proposed. In this scheme, the unknown entangled states can be teleported with a certain probability, which is determined by the smallest two of the coefficients' absolute values of the cluster state. What's more,if quantum channel is maximally entangled cluster state, the probabilistic teleportation becomes usual teleportation.
