I am a PhD student studying Electrical Engineering at the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering with an undergraduate background in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. My current research focuses on quantum computing, specifically quantum algorithm design, quantum error correction, and the use of microwave engineering in quantum systems. I am also interested in exploring the possibility of utilizing optimal stochastic controls to improve quantum technologies' reliability and scalability.
My foundation in Industrial Engineering coupled with my past internship experience in manufacturing gives me a unique perspective, combining optimization, statistical analysis, controls, and data architecture with my current work in quantum systems. This blend of skills allows me to approach quantum research not only from a theoretical and experimental standpoint, but also from the perspective of efficiency, system design, and practical implementation.
I am passionate about using technology to improve health outcomes, enhance learning experiences, and create social impact. I value collaboration, creativity, and curiosity, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team. I am eager to learn from and contribute to dynamic and innovative environments.
