hey heads up, looks like when you submit it looks for a readme, it seems like a github of sorts.
I made this readme.md, feel free to copy paste into a markdown README and include with your solution!
To whom it may concern,
There was an issue with downloading the following required documents:
1. Participant Questionnaire
2. EPRI Quantum Challenge 2025 Competitor Agreement
The links currently appear to be broken. Other participants have encountered this issue as well. You can verify this via the public discussion forum here:

yep, i am in the same boat. Trying to submit and get these files, looks like its both the competitor agreement and participant questionnaire.
I also prepared my solution on overleaf, its ready to go, but cannot submit without these documents, officially.
