Issues trying to redeem cfredits on IBM Quantum

I've opened a ticket on IBM Quantum, I'm eagerly waiting for some response before the deadline. I've followed all the steps, have the credits available, as per IBM Quantum confirmation email, but whenever I try to fire up the instance that is going to be associated with my Flex Credits, I'm having this:
Error: Your resource group quota does not allow the use of non-lite plans. Trace: 626c-0fa5d7641920a4c9 <- Or whatever string, it is randomly created everytime I click create. I am really hoping for something coming out of the ticket I've raised on IBM Quantum, or the Email I just sent this very early morning, here in the UK, but I am losing hope.

I requested for IBM credits weeks ago and finally received an email this week with the application. Still havent been approved yet so you all are way ahead of our team. This challenge started off promising and is now a little uncertain. Hopefully Ill get approved soon so we can finish.

I actually also have connection issues with the instance. So I try to run my code but my generated tokens seem to be declined or something similair to your problem.

Yeah, it's like credits haven't been fully activated or there's something else that needs to be done, but in my case I have no way to change my resource quota, also as per instructions, they explicitly say not to use anything related to pay as you go, as you would be charged, so I can only wait :'(.

Would you mind double checking the region you are trying for the IBM access? I don't have much visibility, but I do recall that you messaged IBM about this question, so hopefully they respond.
