I build and scale energy infrastructure — the software, the hardware, the financing, and the operations.
What I build: Software-defined energy platforms — digital twin architectures, AI-assisted building and energy system automation, cloud-edge orchestration, and optimization engines (MPC, MILP, quantum-classical solvers) that turn telemetry into dispatch. I've shipped ML forecasting, computer vision for asset discovery, and MCP/RAG/LLM workflows into production operations.
What I develop: Microgrid and renewable energy projects from origination through construction, commissioning, and asset management. PV+storage, behind-the-meter C&I, campus microgrids — structured as PPAs, ESPCs, EaaS subscriptions, and DBOO models across North America and Latin America.
What I finance: Financial engineering for energy infrastructure — techno-economic modeling, bankable project structuring, and risk allocation. Complex contracts (PPA, ESPC, EPC, C-PACE) and the M&V frameworks that make performance-based financing repeatable.
What I optimize: AI-assisted data collection, energy modeling, simulation, and portfolio-scale scenario analysis. Model predictive control with MILP scheduling, explainable constraints, and quantum-classical hybrid approaches for optimization at scale.
I've built companies (Rio Grande Renewables, $15M+ revenue), commercialized MIT-born grid-edge technology (Heila, acquired by Kohler), and launched a global EaaS segment at Siemens. Bilingual English/Spanish. LEED AP (O+M). MBA, Thunderbird.
