Scope
This AUP forms part of the Terms of Use. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms. Where this AUP conflicts with law or mandatory rights, those prevail.
Security & Technical Use
You must not:
Introduce malware, attempt privilege escalation, run unauthorized network scans, or bypass security controls.
Abuse compute (e.g., cryptomining, unrelated distributed computing, infinite loops designed to hog resources).
Interfere with service stability (DoS, resource exhaustion) or circumvent rate limits/quotas.
Exfiltrate hidden test sets or private content, attempt deanonymization, fingerprinting, or credential stuffing.
We may sandbox, meter, throttle, or terminate executions to protect the platform.
Automated Access & APIs
Automated access is permitted only via Aqora’s published APIs and export tools, under their terms.
Scraping web pages or private areas, or evading attribution, is prohibited.
Keep API keys secure; you are responsible for their use.
Content Rules
Prohibited content includes (non-exhaustive):
CSAM; non-consensual intimate imagery; doxxing; direct, credible threats; incitement to violence or terrorism.
Unlawful discrimination or harassment.
Unlawfully obtained data (e.g., datasets scraped in breach of site T&Cs or privacy law).
Medical/health claims presented as factual without sources or regulatory basis.
Biometric datasets compiled without a lawful basis and required notices/consents.
Content that infringes IP or trade secrets; deceptive or fraudulent content.
Data & Privacy
Do not upload Datasets containing personal data without a lawful basis and documented provenance.
Remove or properly anonymize/aggregate where feasible. Special-category data requires explicit legal justification.
Honor data-subject rights; see the Copyright & PII Takedown Policy.
Competitions, Benchmarks & Integrity
No test-set leakage, label sharing, or reverse-engineering hidden tests.
One account per participant per competition; teaming only as allowed by rules.
No result fabrication, collusion to manipulate leaderboards, or “sandbagging.”
We may audit code/entries, re-score, disqualify, or ban to protect integrity.
Export Controls & Sanctions
Do not access or use the Services in violation of EU, French, UK, or U.S. export/sanctions laws (including EU Dual-Use, French control lists, OFAC/OFSI, EAR/ITAR). Do not upload controlled technical data or provide prohibited technical assistance.
Enforcement
We may remove content, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access for AUP breaches. Repeated or egregious violations may lead to permanent bans. Appeals are available under our Copyright & PII Takedown Policy / DSA process.
