On a two dimensional system associated with the complex of the solutions of the Tetrahedron equation

Abstract

A sort of two dimensional linear auxiliary problem for the complex of 3D $R$ -- operators associated with the Zamolodchikov -- Bazhanov -- Baxter statistical model is proposed. This problem resembles the problem of the local Yang -- Baxter equation but does not coincide with it. The formulation of the auxiliary problem admits a notion of a ``fusion'', and usual local Yang -- Baxter equation appears among other results of this ``fusion''.

SPATIAL SYMMETRY, LOCAL INTEGRABILITY AND TETRAHEDRON EQUATIONS IN THE BAXTER-BAZHANOV MODEL

Rinat Kashaev, Vladimir V. Mangazeev, Yu. G. Stroganov

We show that the Baxter-Bazhanov model is invariant under the action of the cube’s symmetry group. The three-dimensional star-star relations, proposed by Baxter and Bazhanov as local integrability conditions, correspond to a particular transformation from this group. Invariant Boltzmann weights, parametrized in terms of the Zamolodchikov angle variables, apparently satisfy the tetrahedron equations.

The Structure of the Bazhanov-Baxter Model and a New Solution of the Tetrahedron Equation

M. Horibe, Kazuyasu Shigemoto

We clarify the structure of the Bazhanov-Baxter model of the 3-dim N-state integrable model. There are two essential points, i) the cubic symmetries, and ii) the spherical trigonometry parametrization, to understand the structure of this model. We propose two approaches to find a candidate as a solution of the tetrahedron equation, and we find a new solution.

We find the connection between the weight functions of the three-dimensional (3D) Bazhanov-Baxter model and the 3D vertex model proposed by Mangazeev et al. And the weight function of the 3D integrable model with the modified tetrahedron can be formulated as the vertex form.

Tetrahedral Zamolodchikov Algebra Related to the Six-Vertex Free-Fermion Model and a New Solution of the Yang-Baxter Equation

Masahiro Shiroishi, Miki Wadati

We present a new example of the tetrahedral Zamolodchikov algebra which is related to the six-vertex free-fermion model. As an application of the tetrahedral Zamolodchikov algebra, we obtain a new solution of the Yang-Baxter equation, which is a generalization of the ] R -matrix of the one-dimensional Hubbard model.

The tetrahedral Zamolodchikov algebra for the fermionic Bazhanov-Stroganov R-operator

A. Melikyan

We find the fermionic R-operator based on Bazhanov-Stroganov three-parameter elliptic parametrization of the free fermion model, and the corresponding Yang-Baxter and decorated Yang-Baxter equations, which are of the difference type in one of the spectral parameters. We also find a solution of the corresponding tetrahedral Zamolodchikov algebra for a specific case.
