Abstract

In this paper, we discuss a teleportation scheme of coherent states of a cavity field. The experimental realization proposed makes use of cavity quantum electrodynamics, involving the interaction of Rydberg atoms with micromaser and Ramsey cavities. In our scheme the Ramsey cavities and the atoms play the role of auxiliary systems used to teleport the state from one micromaser cavity to another. We show that, even if the correct atomic detection fails in the first trials, one can succeed in teleportating the cavity field state if proper measurement occurs in a later atom.

Teleportation of atomic states via cavity QED for a cavity prepared in a superposition of zero and one Fock states

In this article we discuss two schemes for the teleportation of atomic states. In the first scheme we consider atoms in a three-level cascade configuration and in the second scheme we consider atoms in a three-level lambda configuration. The proposed experimental realization makes use of cavity quantum electrodynamics involving the interaction of Rydberg atoms with a micromaser cavity prepared in a state .

Teleportation of Atomic States for Atoms in a Lambda Configuration

E. S. Guerra

In this article we discuss a scheme of teleportation of atomic states making use of three-level lambda atoms. The experimental realization proposed makes use of cavity QED involving the interaction of Rydberg atoms with a micromaser cavity prepared in a coherent state. We start presenting a scheme to prepare atomic EPR states involving two-level atoms via the interaction of these atoms with a cavity. In our scheme the cavity and some atoms play the role of auxiliary systems used to achieve the teleportation.

Teleportation of a cavity-radiation-field state: An alternative scheme

M. H. Y. Moussa

We present an alternative and experimentally feasible scheme to realize the teleportation of a cavity mode in a coherent superposition of zero-, one-, and two-photon field states. Particular nonmaximally entangled states of two-level atoms and particular cavity modes are employed and their preparation is discussed. A Ramsey-type arrangement, together with pointer atoms, is required to prepare the atomic entangled states as well as to read out the cavity system. Basically, the pointer atoms induce the state-vector collapse of the field in the cavity system and indicate, through their detection, the measurement result. \textcopyright{} 1996 The American Physical Society.

Teleportation of two-atom entangled state in resonant cavity quantum electrodynamics

杨贞标

An alternative scheme is presented for teleportation of a two-atom entangled state in cavity quantum electrodynamics (QED). It is based on the resonant atom–cavity field interaction. In the scheme, only one cavity is involved, and the number of the atoms needed to be detected is decreased compared with the previous scheme. Since the resonant atom–cavity field interaction greatly reduces the interaction time, the decoherence effect can be effectively suppressed during the teleportation process. The experimental feasibility of the scheme is discussed. The scheme can easily be generalized to the teleportation of N-atom Greeninger–Horne–Zeilinger (GHZ) entangled states. The number of atoms needed to be detected does not increase as the number of the atoms in the GHZ state increases.

Teleportation of an unknown atomic state in cavity QED

Ma Song-She

A scheme is proposed for teleportation of an unknown atomic state based on the nonresonant interaction of two coupled two-level atoms with a single-mode cavity field. The scheme only requires the cavity field to be in a coherent state. After the interaction between the atoms and the cavity, the cavity is left in a coherent state.By detecting the states of atoms,an unknown atomic state is teleported. The scheme can also be used to teleport an unknown atomic entangled state.

Faithful Teleportation of an Unknown Atomic State without Resorting to Bell-state Measurement

Nian-Quan Jiang

We present a simple scheme for teleporting an unknown atomic state using an atomic Bell state in cavity QED system. Our scheme can use single-atom detection instead of Bell-state measurement with the help of an auxiliary atom, and its successful probability can reach 1.In addition, the scheme is insensitive to the cavity decay and the thermal field.
