Abstract

This work is concerned with the quasi-classical limit of the boundary quantum inverse scattering method for the osp(1|2) vertex model with diagonal K matrices. In this limit Gaudin's Hamiltonians with boundary terms are presented and diagonalized. Moreover, integral representations for correlation functions are realized to be solutions of the trigonometric Knizhnik–Zamolodchikov equations.

GAUDIN MAGNET WITH IMPURITY AND ITS GENERALIZED KNIZHNIK–ZAMOLODCHIKOV EQUATION

A. LIMA-SANTOS, WAGNER UTIEL

This work is concerned with the formulation of the boundary quantum inverse scattering method for the xxz Gaudin magnet coupled to boundary impurities with arbitrary exchange constants. The Gaudin magnet is diagonalized by taking a quasi-classical limit of the inhomogeneous lattice. Using the method proposed by Babujian, the integral representation for the solution of the Knizhnik–Zamolodchikov equation is explictly constructed and its rational limit discussed.

Gaudin magnet with boundary and generalized Knizhnik-Zamolodchikov equation

Kazuhiro Hikami

We consider the boundary quantum inverse scattering method established by Sklyanin (1988). The Gaudin magnet with boundary is diagonalized by taking a quasi-classical limit of the inhomogeneous lattice. Using the method proposed by Babujian (1993), the integral representation for the solution of the B-type Knizhnik-Zamolodchikov equation is explicitly constructed.

Off-shell Bethe ansatz for the XXZ vertex model and solution of the trigonometric Knizhnik-Zamolodchikov equations

H. Babujian

We prove that the wavevector of the off-shell Bethe ansatz equation for the inhomogeneous XXZ vertex model in the quasiclassical limit gives the solution of the trigonometric Knizhnik-Zamolodchikov equation. We also observe that this solution is the quasiclassical limit of the solution of the quantum Knizhnik-Zamolodchikov equation corresponding to U q (sll 2 ).

Bethe states and Knizhnik-Zamolodchikov equations of the trigonometric Gaudin model with triangular boundary

Igor Salom, N. Manojlović

We present a comprehensive treatment of the non-periodic trigonometric sℓ(2) Gaudin model with triangular boundary, with an emphasis on specific freedom found in the local realization of the generators, as well as in the creation operators used in the algebraic Bethe ansatz. First, we give Bethe vectors of the non-periodic trigonometric sℓ(2) Gaudin model both through a recurrence relation and in a closed form. Next, the off-shell action of the generating function of the trigonometric Gaudin Hamiltonians with general boundary terms on an arbitrary Bethe vector is shown, together with the corresponding proof based on mathematical induction. The action of the Gaudin Hamiltonians is given explicitly. Furthermore, by careful choice of the arbitrary functions appearing in our more general formulation, we additionally obtain: i) the solutions to the Knizhnik-Zamolodchikov equations (each corresponding to one of the Bethe states); ii) compact formulas for the on-shell norms of Bethe states; and iii) closed-form expressions for the off-shell scalar products of Bethe states.

Integral Solution of Trigonometric Knizhnik-Zamolodchikov Equation; Off-Shell Bethe Ansatz Method

Toshio Hasegawa, Kazuhiro Hikami, Miki Wadati

We construct the solutions of the s u (2) trigonometric Knizhnik-Zamolodchikov (KZ) equation based on the Babujian's "off-shell Bethe ansatz" method. We show that the quasi-classical limit of the Bethe ansatz equation including the "unwanted term" for the inhomogeneous XXZ lattice reduces to the trigonometric KZ equation.
