We demonstrate that the "Natural Attitude," which assumes an objective classical spacetime independent of awareness, corresponds to continuous, uncontrolled environmental quantum decoherence. By defining Husserl's Epoché (phenomenological bracketing) as a "Transcendental Reduction Operator" (P_epoché), we provide a mathematical mechanism that quenches environmental measurement couplings and nullifies von Neumann entanglement entropy (S_vN = 0). This operator folds collapsed classical observables back into the holistic Hilbert space of the implicate order, protecting the topological phase coherence of awareness.
