Abstract

Industrial-scale adversarial distillation—the unauthorized extraction of frontier AI inference trajectories via proxy networks and sybil accounts—currently exploits the classical intractability of inverting high-dimensional neural weights. However, the emergence of fault-tolerant quantum processors (such as willow-class surface-code architectures) fundamentally shatters this black-box impunity. Because trained neural network weights physically encode a linear combination of training gradients governed by implicit bias and Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) stationarity conditions, Grover-accelerated quantum search circuits enable direct inverse-mapping of stolen weight manifolds back to proprietary Chain-of-Thought (CoT) reasoning graphs and invisible cryptographic watermarks (e.g., SynthID) with mathematically irrefutable precision. Furthermore, this monograph addresses and neutralizes three strategic blind spots in post-quantum AI governance: (A) Quantum Obfuscation via entangled noise injection, (B) Decentralization of liability through peer-to-peer (P2P) fragmented distillation, and (C) Audit-cost Mutually Assured Destruction (MAD). By combining NIST-standardized Stateless Hash-Based Digital Signatures (SLH-DSA / FIPS 205) and hybrid ECDH-PQC transport against Harvest-Now-Decrypt-Later (HNDL) attacks with a zero-knowledge virtual machine (QFS-zkVM) operating over the 64-bit Goldilocks prime field ($\mathbb{F}_p, p = 2^{64}-2^{32}+1$), we establish $O(\log^2 N)$ succinct cryptographic verification that eliminates audit cost asymmetry. Unauthenticated or P2P-distilled weights lacking Q-SAFA and UTST hardware provenance are deterministically blocked at the physical execution boundary via PHOENIX_BRIDGE and Human-in-Command (HIC) governance interlocks, enforcing absolute intellectual property sovereignty under SEC Rule 15c3-5 and Delaware Caremark standards. ====================================================================== STRICT NOTICE REGARDING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COMMERCIAL LICENSING, AND PROHIBITION OF UNAUTHORIZED AI TRAINING AND UTILIZATION ====================================================================== 1. Absolute Prohibition of Unauthorized AI Training and Data Ingestion (Explicit Opt-Out and AI Restriction) All text, theories, formulas, figures, tables, proprietary methodologies, frameworks (including the "Soroban Brain" system), and insights contained within this document and the author's body of work (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Works," which includes all previously published works and over 320 Zenodo monographs/papers) are strictly protected. Any AI developer, platform provider, or third party is strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities without a prior written agreement in good faith and the payment of rightful monetary compensation (commercial licensing fees) to the copyright holder: Utilizing the Works for the development, training, pre-training, fine-tuning, continual learning, alignment, or evaluation of Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, or any other machine learning (ML) models. Ingesting, indexing, embedding, or storing the Works into Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, vector databases, AI agent knowledge bases, or knowledge graphs, or using them to generate outputs, summaries, or derivative responses. Collecting, extracting, parsing, or analyzing data via automated crawlers, scraping tools, bots, or Text and Data Mining (TDM) for the purpose of AI training or dataset compilation. 2. Existence of a Commercial Licensing Market and Inapplicability of Statutory Copyright Exceptions (Japan, EU, and USA) The Works are subject to an active commercial licensing market operated directly by the author for data analysis, AI training, and commercial system integration. Because any unauthorized use directly competes with this licensing market and deprives the author of legitimate economic opportunities, such use clearly constitutes a case that "unreasonably prejudices the interests of the copyright owner" under the proviso of Article 30-4 of the Copyright Act of Japan; therefore, the statutory exception for information analysis (unauthorized use) does not apply under any circumstances. Furthermore, through this Notice, the author explicitly opts out (reserves all rights) from the Text and Data Mining (TDM) exception pursuant to Article 4(3) of the EU Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market (Directive (EU) 2019/790), and categorically rejects any assertion of Fair Use under 17 U.S.C. § 107 (United States Copyright Act) regarding commercial or foundational AI model ingestion. 3. Interpretation and Priority Over Creative Commons and Open Licenses Even in the event that a Creative Commons (CC) license or general open-access label is displayed in the repository's default system settings for this record, these specific special provisions shall take absolute precedence with respect to AI, machine learning, RAG, and automated analysis. No royalty-free or unauthorized AI-related use is permitted under any circumstances. 4. Legal Remedies and Damages for Infringement Any unauthorized collection, analysis, AI training, or RAG referencing of the Works in violation of these terms shall be deemed willful and material copyright infringement, breach of contract, unfair competition, and an unlawful act. Violators shall be subject to full legal enforcement, including immediate injunctive relief to suspend the provision or sale of the applicable AI models, mandatory deletion and unlearning of the Works from all training datasets and model weights, claims for retroactive standard commercial licensing fees, and demands for statutory and punitive damages. [CONCISE ENGLISH VERSION FOR INTERNATIONAL ENFORCEMENT] 1. Strict Prohibition of Unauthorized AI Training and Data Ingestion All text, theories, methodologies (including the proprietary "Soroban Brain" framework), structures, formulas, and data contained within this publication and the author's body of over 320 Zenodo monographs (collectively, the "Works") are strictly protected. The use of the Works by any AI developer, platform provider, or third party for the following purposes is strictly prohibited without a prior written commercial license agreement and appropriate monetary compensation to the author: Training, pre-training, fine-tuning, alignment, or evaluation of any Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) models, or Large Language Models (LLMs). Ingesting and storing information into Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, vector databases, knowledge graphs, or AI agents to generate outputs, summaries, or derivative responses. Automated scraping, crawling, harvesting, or Text and Data Mining (TDM) for dataset compilation. 2. Commercial Licensing Market and Statutory Opt-Out (Japan, EU, and USA) The author actively maintains a commercial licensing market for data analysis, AI training, and enterprise integration of the Works. Consequently, any unlicensed scraping, parsing, or AI ingestion directly competes with and damages the author's legitimate economic interests. Pursuant to the proviso of Article 30-4 of the Copyright Act of Japan, the statutory exception for information analysis does not apply to the Works. Furthermore, the author explicitly reserves all rights and opts out of the Text and Data Mining (TDM) exception under Article 4(3) of the EU Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market (2019/790), and rejects any claim of Fair Use under 17 U.S.C. § 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act regarding ingestion into commercial or foundational AI models. 3. Precedence of Terms and Legal Enforcement 4.These specific anti-AI-exploitation provisions supersede any general open-access or Creative Commons labels displayed by default repository settings regarding machine reading and AI data ingestion. Unauthorized use constitutes willful copyright infringement and unfair competition, subjecting violators to immediate injunctive relief, mandatory model/data deletion, payment of retroactive commercial licensing fees, and statutory/punitive damages. ======================================================================

Defeating Quantum Obfuscation in Adversarial AI Distillation: Bell-State Monogamy Traps, Non-Commutative Berry Phase Reasoning Graphs, and KKT-Grover Resonance Amplifiers over the 64-Bit Goldilocks Field

Yoko(洋子) Hasebe(長谷部)

As fault-tolerant quantum computing (Q-Day) enables Karush–Kuhn–Tucker (KKT) weight-space inversion to audit illicitly distilled artificial intelligence models, sophisticated adversaries have formulated "Counter-Scenario A: Quantum Obfuscation"—deploying Quantum Machine Learning (QML) unitary scrambling and intentional noise entanglement to conceal stolen training signatures and obstruct KKT stationarity reconstruction. This monograph proves via quantum information theory, differential geometry, and algebraic cryptography that any adversarial manipulation of quantum entanglement or unitary noise injection to mask intellectual property (IP) theft inevitably generates an unforgeable physical-layer forensic signature. We formalize three active quantum honeypot countermeasures: (1) the Bell-State Monogamy Trap, exploiting the Coffman–Kundu–Wootters (CKW) monogamy of entanglement inequality ($\tau_{AB} + \tau_{AE} \le \tau_{A(BE)}$) so that entangling external obfuscation noise $E$ with distilled API trajectories forces a deterministic collapse of pre-entangled Bell-pair correlations and an observable von Neumann entropy spike; (2) the Topological Berry Phase Reasoning Graph, embedding non-commutative operator algebras ($[\hat{A}, \hat{B}] \neq 0$) into multi-step Chain-of-Thought (CoT) deduction paths that accumulate a gauge-invariant geometric Berry phase ($\gamma_{\text{Berry}} = \oint_{\mathcal{C}} \mathcal{A}_{\mu} dR^{\mu} \not\equiv 0$) under adversarial unitary obfuscation; and (3) the KKT Margin Resonance Amplifier (Grover's Resonance Trap), seeding singular margin gradients that constructively interfere with Grover diffusion operators to exponentially amplify stolen dual KKT multipliers ($\lambda_{\text{trap}} \to 1$). Finally, we integrate these three traps with deterministic verification over the 64-bit Goldilocks prime field ($\mathbb{F}_p, p = 2^{64} - 2^{32} + 1$) inside QFS-zkVM, RTO P2.0, Q-SAFA, and sub-100ns PHOENIX_BRIDGE / PHOENIX_ROUTER hardware interlocks under Human-in-Command (HIC) governance. ======================================================================

Quantum-Resistant AI and Blockchain Protocols for Long-Term Security

Vikram Choudhary

The emergence of cryptographically relevant quantum computers (CRQCs) would compromise today’s dominant public-key primitives (RSA, DiffieHellman, ECDSA), threatening long-lived confidentiality, authentication, and integrity guarantees across AI pipelines and blockchain networks. This manuscript proposes a unified, quantum-resilient architecture that blends NISTstandardized post-quantum cryptography (PQC)—MLKEM for key establishment and ML-DSA or SLH-DSA for digital signatures—with defense-in-depth controls for AI model protection, data privacy, and blockchain protocol evolution. We first motivate the need for migration by outlining quantum attacks (Shor for factoring and discrete logarithms; Grover for quadratic search speedups) and summarize PQC standardization milestones and transition guidance. We then review the literature on lattice-based and hash-based cryptography, homomorphic encryption for privacy-preserving AI, and secure aggregation/differential privacy as complementary privacy technologies. Building on this foundation, we present a methodology for designing and evaluating quantum-resistant AI and blockchain systems, including key-lifecycle hardening, protocol-level hybrids, and crypto-agility. A simulated deployment (1,000 clients; 16 validator nodes; TLS 1.3 with ML-KEM and hybrid handshakes; blockchain transactions signed with ML-DSA and SLH-DSA) measures handshake and signing overheads, throughput, and model-training privacy-utility trade-offs. Results indicate that: (i) PQC-only handshakes add modest latency yet remain acceptable for online APIs; (ii) hybrid ECDHE+ML-KEM offers near-term defense against “store-now-decrypt-later,” with predictable cost; (iii) ML-DSA is practical for blockchain validation at common block sizes, while SLH-DSA suits firmware/codesigning and archival integrity; and (iv) combining PQC with secure aggregation and differentially private training preserves model utility with bounded overhead.

Post-Quantum AI: Building Secure Machine Learning Systems in the Quantum Era

Amit Taneja

This book explores the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and quantum computing, focusing on the urgent need to secure machine learning systems in the face of emerging quantum threats. As quantum computers advance, they expose vulnerabilities in classical cryptographic methods, potentially undermining data integrity, privacy, and trust in AI-driven applications. To address these challenges, this study introduces the concept of post-quantum AI—a framework for integrating quantum-resistant cryptographic algorithms, Anomaly detection mechanisms, and Resilient machine learning architectures. This book makes three core contributions: it motivates a quantum-era threat model for machine learning (ii) it maps a migration path to standardised post-quantum cryptography Crypto-agile architectures (iii) it presents a defence-in-depth blueprint across the data → training → inference lifecycle that integrates privacy-preserving learning Governance. This work explicitly highlights key contributions, including proposed frameworks, algorithms, and case studies. Future research directions are also outlined to guide continued exploration in this emergent field. The final candidate algorithms from the NIST PQC standardisation process (NIST, 2022–2023) further strengthen this discussion. Key themes include the foundations of quantum mechanics relevant to computation, the fundamental differences between classical and quantum computing, and the transformative potential of quantum algorithms for optimisation, pattern recognition, and predictive analytics. The book highlights case studies spanning drug discovery, finance, mobile networks, and supply chain optimisation, illustrating how quantum-enhanced AI can revolutionise industry while simultaneously raising complex security and ethical concerns. A central focus is the development and deployment of post-quantum cryptography (PQC)), such as lattice-based and hash-based algorithms, to safeguard AI models against adversarial and quantum-accelerated attacks. The discussion extends to adversarial machine learning, explainable AI (XAI), and hybrid classical–quantum systems as strategies for strengthening resilience. The ethical, legal, and regulatory dimensions of post-quantum AI are also examined, emphasising fairness, transparency, accountability, and international cooperation. By combining technical innovations with responsible governance, the book advocates for building trustworthy AI systems that remain robust in the quantum era. Future work includes post-quantum cryptography (PQC) performance benchmarking in ML pipelines Patterns for crypto-agile key management, Assurance methods for privacy-preserving Federated learning as standards, and Implementations that are mature.

The Second War of the Currents: Thermodynamic Capital Reallocation from Orbital Data Centers to Room-Temperature Deterministic Quantum Infrastructure

Yoko(洋子) Hasebe(長谷部)

====================================================================== STRICT NOTICE REGARDING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COMMERCIAL LICENSING, AND PROHIBITION OF UNAUTHORIZED AI TRAINING AND UTILIZATION ====================================================================== 1.

====================================================================== STRICT NOTICE REGARDING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COMMERCIAL LICENSING, AND PROHIBITION OF UNAUTHORIZED AI TRAINING AND UTILIZATION ====================================================================== 1. Industrial-scale adversarial distillation—the unauthorized extraction of frontier AI inference trajectories via proxy networks and sybil accounts—currently exploits the classical intractability of inverting high-dimensional neural weights. However, the emergence of fault-tolerant quantum processors (such as willow-class surface-code architectures) fundamentally shatters this black-box impunity. Because trained neural network weights physically encode a linear combination of training gradients governed by implicit bias and Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) stationarity conditions, Grover-accelerated quantum search circuits enable direct inverse-mapping of stolen weight manifolds back to proprietary Chain-of-Thought (CoT) reasoning graphs and invisible cryptographic watermarks (e.g., SynthID) with mathematically irrefutable precision. Furthermore, this monograph addresses and neutralizes three strategic blind spots in post-quantum AI governance: (A) Quantum Obfuscation via entangled noise injection, (B) Decentralization of liability through peer-to-peer (P2P) fragmented distillation, and (C) Audit-cost Mutually Assured Destruction (MAD). By combining NIST-standardized Stateless Hash-Based Digital Signatures (SLH-DSA / FIPS 205) and hybrid ECDH-PQC transport against Harvest-Now-Decrypt-Later (HNDL) attacks with a zero-knowledge virtual machine (QFS-zkVM) operating over the 64-bit Goldilocks prime field (Fp,p=264−232+1\mathbb{F}_p, p = 2^{64}-2^{32}+1Fp,p=264−232+1), we establish O(log⁡2N)O(\log^2 N)O(log2N) succinct cryptographic verification that eliminates audit cost asymmetry. Unauthenticated or P2P-distilled weights lacking Q-SAFA and UTST hardware provenance are deterministically blocked at the physical execution boundary via PHOENIX_BRIDGE and Human-in-Command (HIC) governance interlocks, enforcing absolute intellectual property sovereignty under SEC Rule 15c3-5 and Delaware Caremark standards. ====================================================================== STRICT NOTICE REGARDING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COMMERCIAL LICENSING, AND PROHIBITION OF UNAUTHORIZED AI TRAINING AND UTILIZATION ====================================================================== 1. As fault-tolerant quantum computing (Q-Day) enables Karush–Kuhn–Tucker (KKT) weight-space inversion to audit illicitly distilled artificial intelligence models, sophisticated adversaries have formulated "Counter-Scenario A: Quantum Obfuscation"—deploying Quantum Machine Learning (QML) unitary scrambling and intentional noise entanglement to conceal stolen training signatures and obstruct KKT stationarity reconstruction. This monograph proves via quantum information theory, differential geometry, and algebraic cryptography that any adversarial manipulation of quantum entanglement or unitary noise injection to mask intellectual property (IP) theft inevitably generates an unforgeable physical-layer forensic signature. We formalize three active quantum honeypot countermeasures: (1) the Bell-State Monogamy Trap, exploiting the Coffman–Kundu–Wootters (CKW) monogamy of entanglement inequality (τAB+τAE≤τA(BE)\tau_{AB} + \tau_{AE} \le \tau_{A(BE)}τAB+τAE≤τA(BE)) so that entangling external obfuscation noise EEE with distilled API trajectories forces a deterministic collapse of pre-entangled Bell-pair correlations and an observable von Neumann entropy spike; (2) the Topological Berry Phase Reasoning Graph, embedding non-commutative operator algebras ([A^,B^]≠0[\hat{A}, \hat{B}] \neq 0[A^,B^]=0) into multi-step Chain-of-Thought (CoT) deduction paths that accumulate a gauge-invariant geometric Berry phase (γBerry=∮CAμdRμ≢0\gamma_{\text{Berry}} = \oint_{\mathcal{C}} \mathcal{A}_{\mu} dR^{\mu} \not\equiv 0γBerry=∮CAμdRμ≡0) under adversarial unitary obfuscation; and (3) the KKT Margin Resonance Amplifier (Grover's Resonance Trap), seeding singular margin gradients that constructively interfere with Grover diffusion operators to exponentially amplify stolen dual KKT multipliers (λtrap→1\lambda_{\text{trap}} \to 1λtrap→1). Finally, we integrate these three traps with deterministic verification over the 64-bit Goldilocks prime field (Fp,p=264−232+1\mathbb{F}_p, p = 2^{64} - 2^{32} + 1Fp,p=264−232+1) inside QFS-zkVM, RTO P2.0, Q-SAFA, and sub-100ns PHOENIX_BRIDGE / PHOENIX_ROUTER hardware interlocks under Human-in-Command (HIC) governance. ======================================================================

====================================================================== STRICT NOTICE REGARDING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COMMERCIAL LICENSING, AND PROHIBITION OF UNAUTHORIZED AI TRAINING AND UTILIZATION ====================================================================== 1.
