This paper extends the mathematical foundations of Registration Theory (RT) by consolidating a conservative Registration Arithmetic for daughter formation, six-channel allocation, retained history, and host-relative measurement.Exact results within the specified mathematical model establish conservation across daughter registrations, characterize alternative historical regroupings, and identify limitations of the existing successor law concerning reversibility and orientation transport. The study also examines how evolving photon and detector histories might contribute to an RT interpretation of the double-slit experiment. The results distinguish established mathematical identities from conditional physical interpretations and identify the remaining requirements for deriving a native, history-sensitive registration law capable of governing formation, persistence, separation, and measurement. This is a theoretical research preprint. No complete derivation of physical particle decay, quantum interference statistics, or the Born rule is claimed.

This research protocol presents two proposed experimental approaches for testing consequential registration and host-relative physicality within Registration Theory (RT).Building on the previously published conservative recursive daughter-registration model, the investigation identifies two initial configurations with identical total transferable capacity and conserved organizational moments but different distributions of retained organization. The model predicts distinct daughter allocations, providing an exact mathematical target for experimental investigation. The first proposed experiment employs a controlled quantum-memory network, independently calibrated registration observables, and multitime quantum-process tomography. The second explores a futuristic complete-history-reversal experiment intended to investigate whether consequential distinctions could survive restoration of an otherwise identical quantum state. The study distinguishes exact model-level predictions from unestablished physical interpretations. It does not claim experimental confirmation of RT or a demonstrated departure from conventional quantum mechanics. The principal research objective is to derive an operational preparation–dynamics–measurement bridge that connects RT's mathematical variables to measurable physical quantities and yields independently testable predictions.Version 0.1 — Experimental Investigation E1, October 15, 2026.
This paper develops the Registration Theory (RT) account of relational separation, persistent registration history, and measurement, and applies it to entanglement. It argues that increasing host-resolved spatial separation does not by itself constitute an erasure operation on a previously established consequential registration. Within RT, metric distance is downstream of persistent relational separation and therefore cannot by itself be assumed to terminate the registration history from which that separation developed. The paper introduces a Common Registration-Origin Class through an augmented registration-space construction that distinguishes host-resolved spatial separation from the underlying registration relation. This provides a formal framework in which registrations may become widely separated in reconstructed spatial geometry while retaining a common registration history.A central result of this version is a refinement of the RT concept of measurement. Measurement is not introduced as an additional primitive operation acting upon an already existing physical state. Instead, measurement is defined as the host-distinguishable manifestation of a consequential Trinity relation. Trinity supplies the mutually related space-, time-, and energy-facing manifestations; the Irreducible Rule of Distinction (IRD) makes relational differences physically distinguishable; registration makes those distinctions consequential and capable of persistence.Accordingly, a mutual registration event is resolved through its distinguishable Trinity relation. Ratio descriptions such as [S:T:E] and the corresponding reference charts express host-relative comparisons rather than independent ontological components. The paper replaces an unnecessarily strong common-scale-blindness assumption with relational co-scaling: simultaneous scaling of a registration and its comparison reference leaves the corresponding ratios invariant without requiring absolute Trinity scale to be physically irrelevant. This result also provides a direct follow-up to the preregistered opposition-to-incorporation problem frozen in “From Opposed Expansion to Persistent Registration” (October 1, 2026; DOI 10.6084/m9.figshare.34050480). The previously unspecified host-resolved event E_n is identified with the distinguishable Trinity manifestation of the consequential mutual registration. For the existing reduced incorporation law A_{n+1}=(1-eta_n)A_n+eta_n E_n, the realized incorporation fraction can consequently be reconstructed from the event-relative contraction. The paper does not claim completion of the preregistered angular-threshold reconstruction. The remaining forward problem is to derive from RT dynamics how retained registration history together with the present boundary, opposition, and phase structure determines the successor registration and hence the incorporation rate eta_n and eventual entry into the persistent-closure class. The preregistered prohibition against angle-dependent calibration, changing closure criteria, or post-hoc parameter fitting therefore remains in force. For entanglement, the paper proposes that spatial separation need not erase a persistent bilateral registration established through a common history. This supplies an RT interpretation of entanglement as persistent relational organization but does not claim a derivation of Bell/singlet correlations. Deriving the corresponding joint measurement statistics remains a separate theorem obligation.
This research paper advances the mathematical foundations of Registration Theory (RT) by investigating whether conservative bilateral daughter registration can support an additive conjugate phase structure relevant to the emergence of quantum action.Using the existing recursive daughter-registration model, the paper establishes that its nonlinear daughter-construction rules become exactly additive when expressed through a three-component moment ledger consisting of transferable capacity, the first organizational moment, and the combined second moment. It then proves a conditional classification theorem: continuous scalar phase generators that compose additively under admissible daughter mergers are linear combinations of the three conserved moment coordinates. Imposing invariance under shifts of the organizational-coordinate origin selects a unique generator proportional to transferable capacity, up to an undetermined constant.A second result identifies a phase-lift obstruction: arbitrary fractional budget transfers cannot consistently divide a bare circle-valued phase without additional information. An unwrapped additive phase or equivalent retained structure resolves this mathematical ambiguity.Together, these results establish a conditional mathematical bridge between bilateral registration, conservation, conjugate phase composition, and a possible universal energy–frequency relationship. The paper does not claim to derive Planck's constant, physical quantum phase dynamics, or a completed quantum theory. Instead, it identifies precise mathematical conditions under which Registration Theory could support a universal action scale and distinguishes established model-level theorems from unresolved physical reconstruction problems. The accompanying research archive provides editable LaTeX source, symbolic verification, computational audits, and supporting documentation.Version 0.1 — October 20, 2026.
This foundational Registration Theory (RT) note consolidates the ontology that one eternal, undivided Trinity manifests indefinitely varied conjugate organizations. The electron is proposed as one identifiable class of these organizations, while what hosts call individual electrons are temporary, physically consequential registrations belonging to that class. The note proposes that physical class identity can be investigated through invariant response relationships across differing host environments, illustrated by the many mathematical expressions of the number 39. It outlines a tentative fibration/class-projection language, distinguishes intrinsic singular identity from the extended pre-metric causal frontier, and explains measurement as a bilateral interaction among continuously evolving electron, source, intervening environment, and detector registrations. A measured deposit is a lasting host record, not the disappearance of the primitive Trinity or the electron class. Existing RT results concerning coarse-graining, relational localization, historical-fiber propagation and detector commitment are cited and kept distinct from proposed new interpretations. The note fixes the ontology as a timestamp baseline for subsequent mathematical investigation; it does not claim to have derived electron quantum numbers, unique detector localization, double-slit probabilities, or a complete quantum measurement theory.
This status report asks whether Registration Theory (RT) derives the qubit Born rule, P(+) = cos²φ, from its own deterministic registration dynamics, or only hosts a construction that reproduces it. RT's canonical finite model is the four-node adaptive consequence-registration field (ACRF-4).Main results:A conditional Born theorem. If the preparation–measurement map supplies (C1) an additive seed, (C2) a fine-state distribution equal to the planar shadow of the uniform 2-sphere, and (C3) a consequence angle locked to twice the preparation–apparatus angle, then ACRF's exact receiver seed yields P(+) = cos²φ. Condition (C2) is shown to be necessary (Cramér–Wold).Native quadratic structure. RT's bilateral phase invariant ζ satisfies tr(P̂_U P̂_V) = (1 + Re ζ²)/2 = cos²Δ, a gauge-invariant projector overlap with the Born form, and the angle doubling follows from RT's sign-gauge quotient. Square-root ledger coordinates realize a Pythagorean split, S = s cos²θ and T = s sin²θ.Obstructions:At detector readiness, the receiver seed is exactly bilinear and does not depend on the coordinate that sets the native Born weight.Phase-only sufficiency fails by explicit counterexample: identical ζ with opposite seed signs.Tangent isotropy is broken by the same boundary couplings that produce the seed.Readiness restricts the seed-visible fine state to a circle, which gives the wrong probability law.A full so(3) commutator algebra generated by retained history is generic and does not by itself select the spherical measure. Conclusion: RT currently hosts, but does not derive, the Born rule. The report identifies the single missing object, a preparation–measurement map, and lists preregistered tests, including a recorded prediction of failure for the isotropy test. It also states one falsifiable consequence: small deviations from Born frequencies concentrated near the outcome threshold.Every claim is labeled exact [E], numerically verified [V], or reported from project audits [R]. The accompanying Python script (rt_born_checks.py, NumPy, fixed seeds) reproduces every [V] claim.Computations, adversarial checks and drafting were assisted by AI language models. The disappearance of external time from canonical quantum gravity has motivated approaches in which observable temporal evolution emerges from an underlying description without a fundamental external time parameter. The Page–Wootters mechanism demonstrates how conditional evolution can arise through correlations between subsystems within a globally stationary quantum description, while relational approaches associated with Carlo Rovelli similarly challenge the primacy of an observer-independent temporal background. This paper compares these approaches with Registration Theory (RT) and identifies a fundamental distinction. RT does not replace fundamental time with a fundamentally static quantum state. Instead, it proposes a pre-temporal ontology in which registration, distinction, successor dependence, retained consequence, and persistence precede physical temporal coordinates. The paper formalizes the distinction between primitive successor structure, retained history, and host-relative temporal representation. It proposes that the physical content of the past consists of consequences of prior registrations that remain distinguishable in present successor structure. On this account, time does not make change possible; persistent distinguishable change makes temporal description possible.A comparison matrix and proof-status audit distinguish established RT structures from derived propositions, conjectured compatibility, and open derivations. The paper identifies the derivation of relativistic temporal structure, Hilbert-space composition, and general quantum entanglement from registration as remaining research problems. The central distinction is summarized as follows: Registration Theory is not fundamentally timeless; it is pre-temporal.
