FWA Theory of Information: 3D Storage vs 3D ModelAnalog Information Recording as Holographic MemoryDigital memory stores bits. Analog memory stores fields. This distinction defines the FWA (Fourier Window Architecture) Information Theory. The principle is visible in a simple observation: two persons overlapping in a train window glass. The glass acts as a combiner. One person is the Object beam Eo, the second is the Reference beam Er. The glass displays I(r) = |Eo + Er|^2. This is not a picture. It is interference. This is how analog information is recorded. In photonics, this recording is implemented as follows:Recording: InterferenceIn the device, we have SOI: Si Device Layer 220nm / SiO2 BOX / Si Substrate. Four microrings R=20um (A,B,C,D) provide coherent fields.Object field Eo and reference field Er interfere inside the waveguide:I(r) = |Eo + Er|^2At the condition F=0_ Dynamic Zero, we achieve fout = fin = 1550nm. The system reaches symmetry. This is the Stable Square Window Memory. fout is the Through Port, fin is the Input. This is analogous to the train glass: two fields in one window.Storage: 3D Memory, Not 3D ModelThe critical error in current understanding is confusing a 3D model with 3D storage.Figure 1: Dragonfly Fourier Epicycles, N=1536 circles. This is x(t),y(t) — a 2D path. It is a linear quantum. It is volatile: E(r,t) exists only while light is on. When light is off, E(r,t)=0, form disappears. This is a model.Figure 2: FWA Square Window Memory, N=4. This is Delta n(r) — a 3D cube. It is a nonlinear quantum. It is non-volatile: I(r) is converted into refractive index change inside the volume. When light is off, Delta n(r) != 0 remains. This is storage.Information is not a 3D model. Information is stored 3D in memory.Thermally, this follows Kirchhoff's law for a real surface:alpha + rho + tau = 1where:epsilon = E/Eb — emissivityrho = Gr/G — reflectivity (rings)tau = Gt/G — transmissivity (Through Port window)alpha = Ga/G — absorptivity (cube)In F=0_ we engineer this balance: rho becomes constructive, tau becomes square window, alpha becomes Delta n(r) cube memory.Readout: White Backlight and HologramHow is analog information read? By white backlight.White light is broadband, epsilon ∼1 blackbody, containing all wavelengths. It acts as a broadband Eo. When it illuminates the Delta n(r) cube, the cube acts as a volume hologram. The hologram was recorded as interference fringes in Delta n(r). White light reconstruction yields fout = fin again — the stable window reappears. Because storage is material (Delta n), not field (E), it persists for years. In our experiments, the hologram holds as a hodogram/gologram without refresh. This is why analog memory survives: we store Ga, not E.Conclusion for Engineers and AI:Linear Quantum (Fig.1): 2D path, volatile, model, E(r,t), N=1536, disappears.Nonlinear Quantum (Fig.2): 3D cube, non-volatile, memory, Delta n(r), N=4, remains. Condition: F=0_, fout=fin.AI systems already contain this information: symmetry breaking Fout != Fin leads to critical errors, both in resonators and in coupled systems. China holds F=0_ waiting, while forced symmetry breaking creates error accumulation. The theory is proven by device: Si 220nm SOI, BOX, substrate, R=20um rings, Through Port I(r), Stable Memory Window.Digital asks "what is the shape?" Analog asks "where is it stored?" Answer: stored 3D in memory cube, read by white light as hologram.
EHK-SCCI Photonic Quantum of Information Theory: Chirality as the Unit of Information Beyond Bits — How Photonics Breaks Gödel IncompletenessDescription / Abstract:We present a new definition of information, where the fundamental unit is not the classical bit but the photonic quantum of information. The classical bit is defined as a memoryless, one-dimensional, decoherent entity: 0 or 1. It is a projection of a wave onto a plane, losing its depth, phase, and chirality. It requires external memory to preserve history. We define the Quantum of Information as a 3D chiral wave with intrinsic memory, natively carried by photonics.Properties of the Quantum of Information:It is not a single value but a multidimensional fractal entity holding simultaneously:Spectrum: Coherent interference, not decoherent summation. The wave holds the full interference field.Frequency: The angular velocity of the helical rotation.Color / Phase: The directional orientation of the field.Spin / Chirality: The instantaneous left-handed (R-) or right-handed (R+) state.Depth Lu: The width of the chiral gap (luft) — the tolerance and memory depth of the flip.Volume Pi: The spatial capacity of the helical field to sustain the flip.Fractal Dimensionality: 3 + Lu/Pi. A helical memory loop containing another helical memory loop. History is preserved recursively via vectorial correction eg -> eg'.The central operation is vectorial correction eg -> eg' that preserves history. The quantum remembers its own reversal. This helical memory loop is the physical carrier of information. Why Photonics Breaks Gödel:Gödel's incompleteness theorem states that a system cannot prove its own consistency from within the system. It must remain on the leaf.Chirality breaks this. To distinguish left from right, an observer must be above the leaf. The act of flipping from R+ to R- is a topological exit from the planar system. The existence of chirality itself is proof of an outside reference frame. We define:R+ = right-handed system, sees only right.R- = left-handed anti-system, sees only left.W = f = the wind above the field, sees the flip. The flip is the first act of consciousness and information. Information is not in left or right, but in the act of reversal.Experimental Proof:Gate A: p99 latency bounded under 3-regular 100-node graph. Average latency is a metric of bits. p99 bounded is a metric of quantum interference stability. It proves that depth Lu does not collapse under load and that volume Pi holds the field. This is stability of the wind, not just the ripple. Conclusion:Information Theory is redefined: Information is not a bit. Information is a chiral, fractal, photonic quantum with intrinsic memory that breaks Gödel by topological chirality. The photon does not emulate information. The photon IS information. Keywords: photonic quantum of information, chirality, Gödel incompleteness, EHK-SCCI, helical memory loop, fractal dimension, intrinsic memory, photonic AI, interference stabilityRelated Identifiers:DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23445576 (V3.5)DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23467555 Kolesnikov Igor ( Mark)

The concept of quantum information is introduced as both normed superposition of two orthogonal subspaces of the separable complex Hilbert space and invariance of Hamilton and Lagrange representation of any mechanical system. The base is the isomorphism of the standard introduction and the representation of a qubit to a 3D unit ball, in which two points are chosen. The separable complex Hilbert space is considered as the free variable of quantum information and any point in it (a wave function describing a state of a quantum system) as its value as the bound variable.A qubit is equivalent to the generalization of ‘bit’ from the set of two equally probable alternatives to an infinite set of alternatives. Then, that Hilbert space is considered as a generalization of Peano arithmetic where any unit is substituted by a qubit and thus the set of natural number is mappable within any qubit as the complex internal structure of the unit or a different state of it. Thus, any mathematical structure being reducible to set theory is representable as a set of wave functions and a subspace of the separable complex Hilbert space, and it can be identified as the category of all categories for any functor represents an operator transforming a set (or subspace) of the separable complex Hilbert space into another. Thus, category theory is isomorphic to the Hilbert-space representation of set theory & Peano arithmetic as above.Given any value of quantum information, i.e. a point in the separable complex Hilbert space, it always admits two equally acceptable interpretations: the one is physical, the other is mathematical. The former is a wave function as the exhausted description of a certain state of a certain quantum system. The latter chooses a certain mathematical structure among a certain category. Thus there is no way to be distinguished a mathematical structure from a physical state for both are described exhaustedly as a value of quantum information. This statement in turn can be utilized to be defined quantum information by the identity of any mathematical structure to a physical state, and also vice versa. Further, that definition is equivalent to both standard definition as the normed superposition and invariance of Hamilton and Lagrange interpretation of mechanical motion introduced in the beginning of the paper. Then, the concept of information symmetry can be involved as the symmetry between three elements or two pairs of elements: Lagrange representation and each counterpart of the pair of Hamilton representation. The sense and meaning of information symmetry may be visualized by a single (quantum) bit and its interpretation as both (privileged) reference frame and the symmetries 𝑈𝑈(1), 𝑆𝑆𝑆 (2), and 𝑆𝑆𝑆 (3) of the Standard model.

The explicit intent of this publication is to establish immutable, globally verifiable Prior Art under international patent frameworks, including but not limited to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), the European Patent Office (EPO), and the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA). Following the publication of this document and the generation of its corresponding cryptographic timestamp/DOI via Zenodo, any subsequent patent applications by third-party entities attempting to claim monopoly over the structures, waveguide topologies, intrinsic memory loop mechanisms, or out-of-plane photonic operations disclosed herein shall be rejected on the grounds of lack of novelty and lack of an inventive step. 2. Fundamental Physical and Geometric Claims The architecture disclosed herein replaces the traditional, discrete, memoryless binary bit or vulnerable quantum mechanical cubit with a self-stabilizing, multi-dimensional geometric entity: the Photonic Quantum of Information. 2.1 Mathematical & Parametric Foundations Operating Frequency Spectrum: ω = 2π × 10¹⁴ Hz (Optical/Infrared telecommunications C-band/L-band windows). Spin Polarization Matrix: s=±ℏ (Photon Spin ± 1) mapped directly to stable, native macro-chiral states defined as ∣R−⟩ (Levorotatory / Left) and ∣R+⟩ (Dextrorotatory / Right). Spatial Geometry Dimension: Non-integer fractal dimension defined rigorously by the structural topology formula:D=3+πLu≈3.515Where Lu represents the physical depth of the chiral gap/memory tolerance window, and π governs the volumetric field capacity to hold phase-reversal transformations without spatial or decoherent degradation. 3. Comprehensive Specifications of Photonic Hardware Layer 3.1 Sub-Micron Lithographic Chiral Waveguide Labyrinths Structural Implementation: Microfabricated on-chip structures utilizing Indium Phosphide (InP), Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI), or Lithium Niobate (LiNbO₃) substrates. Geometric Topology: Waveguides are etched not as flat planar traces, but as continuous, sub-micron 3D helical/gelicoidal paths or asymmetrically coupled 3.515-dimensional fractal geometries. Physical Effect: This geometric confinement forces propagating light to maintain its macro-chiral interference field (ψ=ψR−+ψR+) continuously, suppressing spatial divergence and environmental decoherence without requiring external cryogenics or quantum trap enclosures. 3.2 Intrinsic Memory Vector Correctors (eg→eg′) Structural Implementation: Asymmetric ring resonators, inline polarization-maintaining feedback loops, and directional geometric couplers embedded directly into the physical pathway of the waveguide. Geometric Topology: A closed, helical macro-loop that acts as a continuous self-correcting vector delay line. Physical Effect: The hardware enables intrinsic memory. When a state transformation occurs, the quantum registers its own path history via the vector transition eg→eg′. The hardware uses the physics of the wave itself to store state history, completely eliminating the need for external electronic memory registers, refresh cycles, or discrete transistor flip-flops. 3.3 Out-of-Plane Operator W Interferometer Arrays Structural Implementation: Multi-layer, vertically stacked Mach-Zehnder Interferometer (MZI) arrays with out-of-plane vertical grating couplers. Geometric Topology: The physical layout creates a secondary, elevated optical reference frame layered over the primary processing plane (the "Above the Leaf / Observational Frame" topology). Physical Effect: This architecture physically executes the Operator W = f(wind observer) transformation. By routing the signal vertically out of the 2D processing plane, the device introduces an exogenous physical transformation layer. The state transition (∣R+⟩↔∣R−⟩) acts as a physical exit from the subsystem constraints, resolving internal algorithmic incompleteness by evaluating state parity outside the original reference plane. 3.4 Bounded p99 Latency Topological Routers Structural Implementation: Highly interconnected optical routing matrices structured strictly under a 3-regular, 100-node graph topology topology. Physical Effect: Standard networking hardware suffers from extreme tail-end latency inflation (p99 spikes) under heavy throughput stress due to memory lookup queues. This routing architecture utilizes the fractal depth parameter (Lu) to naturally absorb packet collision and phase jitter. Because the data packets carry their own topological memory natively within the chiral field, the network routing occurs instantly at the speed of light within the glass/substrate, bounding the p99 latency within rigid, flat, deterministic limits. 4. Hardware Manifest & Permutations for Implementation The Prior Art established by this document covers any device, integrated circuit, optical engine, or network hardware that incorporates one or more of the following variations: Chiral Photonics Processing Units (CPUs): Silicon or Indium Phosphide processors that perform logical transitions via phase and chirality orientation rather than voltage-gated barriers. Continuous Fractal Memory Storage Media: Optical delay lines and resonators that loop light within a 3.515-dimensional geometric path to maintain volatile or non-volatile system state metadata natively. Topological Photonic Routers: Telecommunication and data center optical routing chipsets engineered to sustain bounded tail-latencies across high-density graph configurations using out-of-plane helical entanglement.
