Abstract

Title: Simulation data for "Open-system dynamics in local Lindbladians with chaotic spectra"Authors: Sanket Chirame and Fiona J. BurnellCorresponding author: Sanket Chirame --> Email: chira012@umn.eduArxiv id: https://arxiv.org/abs/2510.15193 Journal: https://doi.org/10.1103/dxq3-cbb2 This repository contains simulation code and data sets presented in the manuscript titled "Open system dynamics in local Lindbladians with chaotic spectra". We analyze the eigenvalue spectrum of generic Lindbladians obtained using exact diagonalization. We investigate the implications of generic spectra on the dynamics of spatially local Lindbladians. The repository contains the MATLAB functions and scripts used to generate and analyze the datasets. The plotting scripts and the figures presented in the paper are also included. The datasets are in ".mat" format and require MATLAB software to access them.

This repository provides the figure data and numerical simulation codes supplement to the manuscript “Dynamical freezing and enhanced magnetometry in an interacting spin ensemble” (arXiv:2507.22982). Contents:--Main_text_figures--Extended_Data_figures Each folder contains the numerical or experimental data used to generate the corresponding figures in the manuscript. All figures can be reproduced by straightforward plotting of the included .csv files. A short description of each dataset is provided within the file headers. --Exact_diagonalization_code--Discrete_truncated_Wigner_approximation_code These directories contain the codes used in the numerical simulations presented in the paper. Each code package includes a detailed README file explaining the workflow, parameters, and usage.

Data repository of the paper "Quantum computational displacement sensing"

Sridhar Prabhu, Saeed A. Khan, Xingrui Song +7 more

This data repository contains the information necessary to reproduce the main results of the paper “Quantum computational displacement sensing”. The repository contains both the data required to generate the figures of the main manuscript and the supplemental material, as well as source code for running the experiments and simulations presented in the paper. There are two main folders: code_simulation (which consists of the training code and the baseline simulations) and code_experiment (which covers the experimental code). The corresponding requirements for running them are in the zipped folder. The data folder contains all simulation and experimental raw and processed data generated. The figures folder contains all the plots presented in the manuscript.

Wilson S. Martins

Quantum simulation with Rydberg ions in a Penning trap Authors: Wilson S. Martins, Markus Hennrich, Ferdinand Schmidt-Kaler, and Igor Lesanovsky This repository contains the numerical simulations used to generate the figures presented in the main text of the manuscript. All scripts are written in Python (.py) and generate output figures in the user's local directory. The most important folders in this repository are: https://github.com/matrices Contains the operators expressed in the fine-structure basis, truncated at orbital angular momentum l={S,P,…,H}. This includes, for example: The total Hamiltonian The dipole operator These matrices are used throughout the simulations. @figures Contains the post-processed figures in .pdf and .svg format used in the manuscript. The simulation scripts save pre-processed figures in this folder, which are subsequently edited for final presentation.
