We study quantum instruments with finitely many outcomes on a d-dimensional system, allowing unresolved Kraus alternatives. We prove that almost surely all cluster maps of the normalized conditional evolution are reversible physical encodings of one record-dependent minimal experiment on a finite-dimensional algebra, possibly scalar. Each encoding preserves the entire logical algebra under all future observed words, whose probabilities are independent of the logical state, including its classical label. The encodings may move; the input readout need not be reversible. For every fixed finite instrument, the conditional map approaches the set of all permanent factorizations exponentially in mean diamond distance, uniformly over normalized completely positive starts under their own Born laws. Global filter stability under support inclusion holds exactly when no permanently recoverable classical bit is invisible to future records. Then stability is exponential in mean, uniformly over true states compatible with a fixed initial estimate. The obstruction admits an exact algebraic two-state test using known word maps of length at most d^2 − 1. For the identity start, the mean distance is comparable to the optimal diamond error of permanent branch approximations to the record-and-output channel preserving every record effect.Complete conditional experiments can have different sharp mean attraction rates while every finite-word effect and the full permanent locus remain fixed. We demonstrate this with an eight-dimensional one-parameter family carrying a moving, exactly recoverable qubit, in which record selection competes with residual noncommuting gauge statistics. The parameter can change the mean exponent through coherence amplitudes on rare surviving prefixes. Under the common record law, conditional products along the same record become identical across the family after a common almost-surely finite time, and the almost-sure attraction exponent is unchanged.

When the conditions under which a record is formed remain fixed, a physical theory may represent that record completely by a unary law of the state observed. This paper asks what structure is forced when the same independently certified physical identity gives different complete records under different formation conditions. The initial datum distinguishes two typed empirical roles, while the state identity of the formation side is derived from its complete behavior. Failure of factorization through the first projection proves that the formation-side role cannot be deleted. The complete row and column behaviors of the primitive law then determine two kernel pairs and their coequalizers. Unique descent retains every observable distinction while removing every redundant label, and the resulting realization is terminal among all exact role-preserving realizations. The product pairs the reduced roles; a pullback extracts the combinations on which records can actually be formed. Only after these steps does exponential transposition identify each surviving formation class with one complete response map. The resulting bijection supplies the state criterion and establishes the observation-state object. Compatibility with the antecedent theory preserves the independently given physical state space and yields the physical–observation law in which a fact is generated jointly by the state observed and the state of observation. The same construction gives exact criteria for conditional, label-free, and joint identifiability and selects the same-source pullback on which transport may subsequently be defined. A nonzero coherent response on that pullback yields the phase-transport fundamental equation, the first fundamental equation written directly on observation space. Quantum theory subsequently enriches this canonical interface. Coherent response and full circular phase select the complex field; reversible binary mixing yields CP1 ∼= S2 ; independent composition creates the four-dimensional event domain; response-event identity glues probabilities across complete contexts; and Gleason representation with marginal consistency gives the Born trace pairing. The two-qubit correlation tensor then yields the singlet cosine law, the CHSH inequality, the Tsirelson bound, and the Horodecki spectral criterion. Bell violation is thereby identified with the absence of a positive global answer section across incompatible observation states. The quantum formalism is thereby closed into one architecture: complex state geometry describes coherent physical possibility, complete observation states specify the ways in which facts may form, the Born interface joins them, and quantum instruments carry a realized fact into subsequent dynamics. Fixed observation sections recover classical unary laws, while smooth equivariant enrichment lifts relativistic frame geometry and internal gauge geometry to the same joint domain. The central result is ontological. Physobser Theory admits observation into objective physical reality not as a mind, an external readout, or a perturbation, but as an irreducible state-bearing axis; a fact is generated at its lawful interface with physical state. Category theory is the proof instrument. The discovered physical content is the dual-axis constitution of facts, which supplies a common foundation for quantum, classical, relativistic, and gauge physics.
A classical record can survive a quantum event, be read without demolition, and change later quantum dynamics. This work gives, under the displayed premises for each stage, a self-contained finite proof of the constructive chain from the first informative bit through one-, two-, and three-dimensional formation to an accessible 24-address classical fact, durable quantum-nondemolition record, operational clocks, and record-controlled quantum dynamics. The conjunction of finite formation, readable memory, native and noncommuting control, and a closed conditional regional solution is established here. The bridge maps are mathematically distinct, but their physical composition is conditional on those stage premises—including the adopted formation allocation and regional composition inputs—and on the parent event firing; the regional continuation uses the preserved completion statistic rather than the full fine address/facet record. An exact seven-branch Kraus intertwiner covers coherent inputs across 16,807 five-event histories, six physical lineages, and the complete no-event complement. The retained fine record controls a native repeat/comparison channel with hit probability eleven twenty-fifths, nonzero mutual information, and exact source-address independence, plus a noncommuting three-qubit response. A persistent occurrence projector autonomously enables a later instrument while preserving all admitted archive blocks. Worked continuations include an eight-write resource cycle, a record-preserving 16-cell consumer, and exact predictive compression. The conditional Fast-Time/Timescape continuation supplies an exact clock map, a closed scalar Buchert solution, an infinite connected shell-free Darmois collar family, and a positive-energy LRS completion family. Its approximately 88.2718196824 percent Hubble mismatch is a dependency-separated conditional kinematic diagnostic using an explicitly adopted measured matter fraction and derived radiation fiducial, with no dataset split or fitted parameter. It is not, by itself, an independent observational validation. No historical first claim or exhaustive classification is asserted; within the regional continuation, unique physical-member and optical-law selection remains open. Within those boundaries, the constructions establish a full-history bridge from the first distinction to durable fact, operational time, later quantum control, and an explicit closed conditional regional continuation.
La Profilée is the structural architecture of determinate nature: Constitution identifies the whole, Transformation evaluates its existence and identity through change, and Coexistence evaluates relations among realized wholes. This paper applies the full architecture to quantum measurement without changing the quantum equations. Its physical subject remains definite outcomes, their relation to unitary evolution, the Born law, and the identity of the records that carry them. A physically completed coupling resolves an exhaustive exclusive record variable; LP determinability then gives one actual record value without an observer selecting it. Exclusive actuality does not entail projection of the globally retained quantum state. Rank-one calibration and repeatability fix the affirmative branch map. Statistical non-contextuality additionally requires identity of the complete input–event experiment and descent of its law to that identity class. Stable Boolean event frequencies then give the Gleason representation, and preparation faithfulness identifies its operator with the prepared state. Each inference is proved in the text. The argument determines the carrier and instrument before using these results. It proves that a unique instrument constitution does not select a run outcome, and that decoherence alone does not identify the physical record partition. Worked reversible-laboratory and relational cases distinguish an actual event from persistence of its record. Quantum recovery makes the distinction quantitative: a two-qubit copying channel preserves classical labels exactly, loses local full-qubit recoverability with optimal normalized diamond error one half, and preserves the full code jointly. Continuation-family and complementary-channel results connect those measurement records to information preservation, including evaporation. The resulting measurement theorem states its structural and physical requirements explicitly; it does not predict the individual outcome or infer multi-time consistency from a formal state–label pair alone.
Physical Sources, Finite Detectors, Persistent Records, and Actual Events This paper develops a unified account of quantum measurement under the Admissibility and Standing Constraint (AASC) framework, connecting constructed physical sources, quantum instruments, material amplification, finite record retention, event probabilities, and the actuality of measurement outcomes. The paper distinguishes three separate objects: a complete quantum instrument containing all outcome operations, including unresolved and failed outcomes; a material record carried by a physical system whose acquisition and retention can be analyzed; an actual history describing which occurrences belong to one original experimental run. A complete instrument and a persistent material record can be constructed without assuming that linear quantum dynamics alone selects one globally definite original-run history. Conversely, the admission of an actual event does not by itself determine its probability law or conditional quantum state. The physical construction contains two complementary measurement targets: a regulated interacting gauge–Higgs–fermion source with its full source Hamiltonian retained during finite receiver pulses; an explicitly parameterized six-mode cosine circuit with source and pump interfaces, losses, distinguishable outputs, a two-polarization intrinsic-spin receiver, and a finite energy-resolving thermal amplifier. The material-registration chain includes source-code loading, driven conversion, output registration, pump-displacement removal, transfer to an intrinsic material spin, finite Gibbs-collision amplification, endpoint reading, and quiet record retention. Electronic display labels, material flags, missed counts, dark displays, blanks, and unreadable outcomes remain distinct and are retained in the joint error ledger. The paper establishes: informative bounded receivers on an interacting quantum source; finite-pulse calibration with the complete source Hamiltonian retained; a complete monitored detector model; finite preparation and amplification bounds; coherent composition of instruments and records; adaptive record composition; local-instrument compatibility; calibrated affine probability uniqueness; sharp coherent calibration limits; sequential probability laws and compatible conditional states; explicit actual-history requirements. A finite Fourier residual certificate bounds the complete monitored detector instrument over its full 35.587ms interval by 0.063241 in restricted diamond norm. Exact interval arithmetic gives seeded amplifier endpoint fidelity greater than 0.9999235242 after 1,024 finite collisions, together with an explicit conditional survival bound for a subsequent 100ms quiet hold. The probability analysis shows that positivity, density-operator dependence, affinity under classical mixtures, and calibration fix the trace probability rule for the declared readout. Approximate sector calibration alone permits coherent deviations of order the square root of the calibration error; stronger linear bounds require additional structure. The paper’s central measurement-theoretic conclusion is deliberately separated from its successful detector construction. A complete instrument admits an exclusive-history completion, but linear quantum dynamics alone does not select one such history. Source-specific preparation, reader analysis, and a bounded counting-law completion supply the additional physical input required to select an actual history. The resulting framework substantially develops the material and probabilistic parts of quantum measurement while isolating apparatus errors, actual-history law, and event-selection assumptions as explicit obligations. The work does not claim to solve every interpretation of the measurement problem, derive a universal collapse law, establish unrestricted detector accuracy, or identify a finite calibration certificate with an experimental calibration. This paper argues that the quantum measurement problem is not a single explanatory gap but a collection of distinct tasks. We separate detector representability, probability structure, single-event actuality, and outcome-conditioned refinement, and distinguish all four from causal registration, the physical criterion by which an already-instantiated event becomes a completed measurement record. These are explanatory roles within one measurement phenomenon rather than successive temporal stages. The analysis begins from the contrast between a global quantum description containing several detector-correlated components and the single entry that appears in a realized measurement history. Rather than compressing this contrast into an unexplained transition often labeled “collapse,” we ask which specific explanatory constraints must be satisfied before the relation between the two descriptions can be diagnosed precisely. A finite-resolution alternating position–momentum history is used throughout to separate questions of record formation, probability, actuality, causal registration, and outcome-conditioned refinement. A continuum analysis shows that making the registered history arbitrarily dense does not by itself recover a classical trajectory. Several parts of the architecture are exact once their inputs are specified. A detector representation induces an exact quotient; a specified acquisition channel and record family induce system-side effects; and a specified quantum instrument determines a family of subnormalized conditional branches before any one outcome is instantiated. Given a realized outcome label, the same instrument determines the corresponding normalized outcome-conditioned state. A finite-dimensional acquisition model explicitly realizes the representability chain, while a record-algebra indistinguishability result shows that removing coherence between detector-record sectors can leave all expectation values in the lifted record algebra unchanged even when that coherence remains detectable in a richer context. These results sharpen, but do not dissolve, the measurement problem. Record structure does not derive Born weights; a probability law does not itself constitute the event realized in one run; a mathematically available conditional branch family does not select one branch condition as actual; and causal onset, stabilization, registration, and conditional refinement all presuppose or follow that event rather than produce it. The resulting constraint audit tests—without assuming—the hypothesis that global quantum multiplicity and detector-record definiteness may belong to different representational levels. The main conclusion is not a new collapse dynamics but a localization of the remaining explanatory burden. Once representability, probability, causal registration, and conditional refinement are assigned their proper roles, the unresolved actuality transition can no longer be hidden inside the single label “collapse.” In the typed measurement architecture considered here, no pre-event operation has the mathematical role of producing an individual event token without additional event-producing structure. This is version 1.0 of the manuscript.
We develop a claim-graded theory of quantum records and history measures from completely positive instruments. Class operators and Hilbert-valued event measures generate strongly positive decoherence functionals and a canonical history Hilbert space. In the declared linear-instrument class, event probabilities are affine in the state and additive in effects, hence have Born trace form; an independent physical exponent coordinate is incompatible with this structure. Outcome probabilities factor through effects, whereas conditional post-record states factor through complete CP operations. A single Stinespring dilation yields both the unconditional channel and the conditional states, so no second collapse map is required. In a gap-protected record parent, the fixed algebra retains outcome and CP-operation data while erasing implementation gauge, and its center supplies objective event propositions; nevertheless, deterministic unconditional CPTP evolution cannot select one pure central branch from a mixed central state while fixing all pure branches. Explicit jump–diffusion record dilations realize the same reduced dephasing semigroup with inequivalent path laws, proving that the reduced channel does not select a unique physical unravelling. Competing admissible information and work utilities likewise select inequivalent readouts. Bounded marked-Poisson parents, compensated interaction-picture measures, modularly damped Wick classes, and Boolean–Möbius/Borel-resummed local nets provide projective strongly positive histories in named finite and quasi-local classes. By contrast, global extensive event counts, positive-Poisson continuum uniformization, raw all-Fock absolute semivariation, and fixed final energy damping obey class-level No-Go theorems. The paper establishes no physical -flow, no unique unravelling, no universal utility, no deterministic collapse theorem, and no completed interacting relativistic QFT history measure.
