This standalone preprint constructs a finite WRRA SOURCE exchange and its encoded spin transformation, reproduces finite-time period-doubled responses with interacting and uncoupled controls, and compares the model with 35 plotted observations from Zhang et al. (Nature 543, 217–220, 2017). Approximate trapped-ion couplings and explicit observation-level calibration reduce discrepancies while retaining all residuals and model comparisons. Twelve internal verification families passed a fresh isolated replay. Finite-size, finite-time responses are demonstrated; an asymptotic time-crystal phase and exact apparatus reconstruction are not claimed. Reused held points are not an independent new experiment. Includes Korean and English papers, source code, extracted observations, and revalidation records. Sole author: Wonsik Choi.

This reviewed bilingual integrated manuscript consolidates the completed WRRA M upstream sequence through version 0.10. Authors: Wonsik Choi and Jeongin Choi. Verified inputs → WRRA-specific transformation → calculated outputs → falsification conditions: finite prime-factor source weights and calibrated physical anchors are transformed by ordered filters, binary residue readout, shutter recording and a completely positive internal preparation map. The same internal density operator supplies energy and electromagnetic/weak current readouts. The joint adopted composition 5% / 26.8% / 68.2% is reproduced; fixed-input unmeasured physical readouts are conditional WRRA predictions within the stated preparation and load mapping. Review r1 clarifies dimensional magnetic readouts versus dimensionless Sachs factors, scalar-stock versus admission-operator notation, and the reference-volume scope of q0=-0.523. Known-input reproduction is retained as an explanatory achievement. Upstream development remains closed at 0.10; 1.0-r1 is the integrated reviewed edition. This release includes Korean and English PDFs and editable Word manuscripts, document-building sources, reproducibility sources and the review ledger. Re-execution passed 395 checks for upstream 0.4–0.6 and 1,395 checks for 0.7–0.10. These are mathematical and implementation audits. Physical clocks, excitation supply, species selection and durable record media retain their declared interface scope. This companion review case implements the upstream–downstream connection of the reviewed WRRA M integrated manuscript (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23126800). Authors: Wonsik Choi and Jeongin Choi. Verified/frozen inputs → WRRA transformations → numerical outputs → declared falsification checks. Address conditioning prepares a two-mode proton internal state in the inherited 95-dimensional Hamiltonian. One ideal X-basis measurement writes a finite record. The reference-matched SI energy and an explicit supplier budget are carried into pressure and homogeneous deceleration diagnostics from the same energy expression. The fixed 1 m³ mean-ensemble ledger has initial energy density 7.6689477678e-10 J/m³ and mean supply 7.0378712840e-12 J. Outside the supplier boundary q changes from -0.52855 to -0.519196728075; including the pressureless supplier conserves total energy and leaves its own q constant. The expected occupancy is externally matched and is not a fractional realized proton. Conditional repeated-readout probabilities use the declared proper-time clock mapping. Fresh replay passes 450 original-stage software checks and 26 case connection checks, with zero failures. The ZIP includes unchanged source dependencies, pinned runtime requirements, executable reproduction, full-precision JSON/CSV output and integrity checksums. Korean and English five-page PDFs and editable DOCX manuscripts are also provided separately. This is a conditional mathematical/computational review sample. Autonomous apparatus dynamics, cumulative reset/storage costs, actual abundance and a full nonuniform covariant evolution remain open. The separate prime-parts research supplies no inputs. This repository contains the complete reproducibility bundle for PAC–DTC–001-R1F, an independent secondary analysis of the quantum-processor discrete time-crystal experiment reported by Mi et al. in Nature 601, 531–536 (2022). The study evaluates whether the certification architecture of the PAC–(\mu^8) framework can be translated into an explicit, auditable analysis of established experimental evidence. Rather than treating a subharmonic peak or period-doubled oscillation as sufficient evidence of time-crystalline order, the analysis applies a non-compensatory, multi-witness structure involving temporal persistence, echo-based separation of external decoherence from internal thermalization, initial-state typicality, effective-energy independence, localization of perturbations, and finite-size spin-glass order. A reconstruction of the published finite-size trends yields an estimated crossing point [\widehat g_{\mathrm{cross}}=0.8688,] with a Monte Carlo interval of (0.8663)–(0.8710) when only figure-digitization uncertainty is propagated. Because this interval does not include hardware systematics, finite-time effects, finite-size drift, or model-selection uncertainty, the study adopts the more conservative range [g_{\mathrm{cross}}\simeq0.86\text{–}0.88,] which is compatible with the finite-system critical region reported in the original experiment. The multi-witness stress test also shows that a criterion based only on subharmonic response can falsely accept a long-lived prethermal response associated with special initial states. The PAC-style hard-gate analysis rejects this comparator because it fails additional tests of state typicality, energy independence, and localization. This result supports the operational usefulness of a non-compensatory certification architecture, but it does not establish new Floquet or many-body-localization dynamics. The present release is designated R1F, where “F” denotes figure-level reconstruction. It uses digitized published figures and numerical facts explicitly reported in the original paper. It is not presented as a byte-level reproduction from the official Zenodo CSV archive, and no new physical experiment was performed. The current evidence level is classified as E2-FL: published experimental conclusions are reconstructed at figure level, and the PAC–(\mu^8) certification interface is shown to be computationally operational. The release does not claim that PAC–(\mu^8) outperforms the original collaboration’s multi-witness physical analysis, validates a universal value of (\mu_*), or experimentally proves the broader ontology of the PAC–(\mu^8) framework. The archive includes: English and Chinese technical reports; the English LaTeX source; analysis and reproduction code; digitized finite-size data with provenance records; witness and mechanism-comparison tables; Monte Carlo uncertainty results; reconstructed figures; machine-readable result summaries; analysis-lock and claim-registry files; source-audit records and integrity checks; unit tests and reproducibility instructions. This release is intended as a transparent methodological benchmark for connecting PAC–(\mu^8) concepts—protocol, record, witness, certification, failure vector, and object status—to publicly reported experimental evidence while preserving clear boundaries between external experimental facts, secondary reconstruction, framework-specific interpretation, and untested conjecture.
Computational model-development and verification note. With fixed coefficients, a controlled I/X update separates initially equal sector Z readouts by 0.6668017457457079. A reusable compiler constructs a reduced fixed-qubit model with 15 variable coordinates, versus 18 for the complete class-query contract. An eight-step trajectory agrees to approximately 1.82e-15. The computational audit passes 18 checks. A separate color/component supplement passes 36 consistency checks and treats three colors and their generators as supplied representation inputs. The included Astra Medium review recommends publication as a short computational verification or software note, subject to ordinary editorial review. The ZIP includes code, frozen inputs, manifests, results, earlier versions and complete AI review records. We construct an effective carrier model within the Worldline–Residue–Resource–Action framework. Two conditionally independent registers encode prime-factor multiplicities. A label-symmetric equality projector controls a common source coupled to two supplied particle-pair channels. One pulse generates the earlier collision-statistic probabilities without address-dependent interaction strength. A restricted single-register obstruction and a classification of diagonal permutation-invariant effects specify the construction’s resource assumptions. The implementation reproduces species probabilities, but not the preceding interface’s coherent output channel. Bare-energy conservation holds at the calibrated reference volume; detuning away from resonance requires interaction energy and switching work. A response identity relates the reference pressure-volume moment to the logarithmic-volume derivative of mean pulse work. Composition with the implemented muon-decay kernel recovers energy and pressure histories at full conversion. This is an executable effective interaction candidate and compatibility analysis; lepton identities, weak interactions, and the full fifteen-channel carrier are not derived from arithmetic alone. Version 0.2, editorial revision of 9 October 2026. Includes the English manuscript, Korean guide, and reproducibility archive. The 123 carrier-level checks are internal consistency checks, not experimental validation or external journal peer review. The manuscript was prepared before this deposit; its preparation-time statement that no public DOI had been assigned is superseded by this record. Preceding WRRA records: r11, https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.23237629; particle interface v0.2, https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.23241511; dynamic decays v0.2, https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.23246308. Correction release 0.2-r1 (9 October 2026): Table 3 now states that the hot electron branch has a positive pressure-volume moment; the antielectron-neutrino overbar in Section 6.2 is correctly rendered in the PDF. The scientific model, reproduction code and numerical results are unchanged. The manuscript retains its v0.2 designation and filenames; 0.2-r1 identifies this corrected deposit. A third Astra medium AI internal review and post-correction check examined the final files. Both required corrections were resolved, with no further mandatory technical corrections identified. The review report is included. This is not external journal peer review or acceptance. Earlier statements in the guide/review about two review rounds describe the historical pre-correction state.
This standalone companion provides a unified interpretive and claim-grading framework for the existing Wonsik Reality-Renderer Architecture (WRRA) papers. It does not revise, supersede, retract, or replace the original publications, which remain the authoritative records of their calculations and historical research attacks. The document distinguishes genuine mathematical, physical, and numerical errors from implementation-specific boundaries, legitimate physical inputs, selective non-expression, structural execution results, and still-open renderer branches. It reassesses the WRRA v1.0–v1.3 architecture, common-carrier and firmware studies, quantum runtimes, electron and Standard-Model executions, source-specificity tests, the single-outcome boundary, and atomic and molecular realization benchmarks. Its central rule is that input-free derivation, uniqueness, and unused numerical prediction are optional research objectives rather than universal requirements for every physical theory or WRRA paper. Each work must instead be judged according to its declared research question, legitimate inputs, intended output, and internal consistency. Existing calculations and hypothesis-specific no-go results are preserved, while interpretations based on externally imposed criteria are reclassified. This companion is intended to be read alongside the original WRRA papers as their common interpretive and evaluation guide.
