This article develops the generalized HKR theory as a unified geometric and information-theoretic model of the transition from context-dependent representations to path-independent objective facts. The construction combines a fact-state bundle over a Riemannian context manifold with the Hochschild-Kostant-Rosenberg filtration, Hopkins-Kuhn-Ravenel character-theoretic depth, Fisher-Rao information geometry, quantum Darwinism, and renormalization-group dynamics. In the reported simulations, the context-space scalar curvature has a hyper-stable minimum of approximately −2.25, while consensus concentrates the normalized Wilson-loop invariant at approximately 1.000. Fisher-Rao natural-gradient revision reaches tolerance in 15 iterations, compared with 179 ordinary-gradient iterations, giving an acceleration factor of 11.9. The quantum-Darwinist partial-information curve saturates at a system entropy of 1.000 bits for an environment fraction below 0.05 and yields redundancy 117.6. Finite-size scaling for lattice sizes from 64 to 1024 gives ν≈1.398 , γ/ν ≈1.731 , and β/ν ≈0.109 , establishing the reported second-order transition in the two-dimensional site-percolation universality class near the critical threshold 0.593. Active-inference, social-channel, biomimetic, and recursive tests further produce a self-referential score of 0.637 and a 16-claim composite score of 0.881. Together these results establish a scale-invariant, topologically coherent mechanism for emergent objectivity.

The Generalized HKR Theory develops Holonomic Context Realism as a unified ontology, geometry, information theory, and computational research program for contextually manifest reality. Its central thesis has two inseparable components. First, the context field surrounding any fact is open-dimensional: every contextually effective influence can constitute a dimension, and no finite, predefined inventory exhausts the field. Second, the fact-core is the centering of this field and is therefore not invariant. As the distribution, geometry, weighting, and active dimensionality of context change, the centered fact-core may move along historical time. The framework models finite observable contexts as projections of an open-dimensional total field. Local fact manifestations inhabit a fact-state bundle over this field. A connection transports them between contexts; curvature measures local revision pressure; closed-loop holonomy measures path dependence; and the fact-core is formalized as a gauge-aware Fréchet centering of transported local manifestations. This permits contextual path independence at a given epoch to coexist with non-zero covariant drift of the fact-core through time. Objectivity is consequently treated as an epoch-local, low-holonomy, high-redundancy state rather than as temporal immutability. The construction incorporates the Hochschild–Kostant–Rosenberg filtration, Hopkins–Kuhn–Ravenel character-theoretic depth, Fisher–Rao information geometry, quantum Darwinism, active inference, and renormalization-group dynamics. The consolidated computational record exhibits a scalar-curvature basin with a minimum near −2.25, Wilson-loop concentration near 1.000, an 11.9-fold Fisher–Rao revision acceleration, a one-bit partial-information plateau with effective redundancy 117.6, and a revision-cascade transition near pc ≈ 0.593. Redundancy drives residual curvature downward while objectivity rises, while social, active-inference, biomimetic, and recursive sectors preserve revision without dissolving establishment. A prospective Claim-Field Validator translates the theory into an externally executable research program over real scientific claim histories. It defines temporally sliced claim states, context lattices, learned transport, loop holonomy, independent redundancy, stabilization targets, matched ablations, leakage controls, and cross-domain replication. The resulting architecture treats facts neither as arbitrary constructions nor as static substances, but as dynamically centered states within an open-dimensional context field. We present the Effective Field Theory of Information Reconstruction (EFIR), a mathematically rigorous framework that unifies three foundational structures: variational field theory, Fisher–Rao information geometry, and open quantum system dynamics. The framework models observer-limited access to a latent information field I(x,t) through a gauge-invariant action functional, from which the field equation of motion is derived via the Euler–Lagrange formalism. A local rescaling symmetry is introduced to account for different observer frames, and the associated gauge field and covariant derivative are constructed explicitly. The observer's belief state is represented as a point on a statistical manifold equipped with the Fisher–Rao metric, evolving along geodesics driven by incoming observations. Uncertainty in the reconstruction process is quantified through a density operator whose dynamics follow the Lindblad master equation, derived from first-principles measurement back-action via Kraus operators. The three components — field, geometry, and quantum state — are coupled into a closed, well-posed dynamical system on the phase space M_EFIR = {I, θ, ρ}. A reconstruction tensor R_μν is derived from first principles and shown to satisfy a variance bound expressible in terms of the Fisher–Ricci scalar, establishing a direct link between information curvature and reconstruction noise. In the Gaussian limit, the framework reduces exactly to the Kalman–Bucy filter, providing a non-trivial consistency check against classical optimal filtering theory. For a network of N observers, the synchronisation cost is proven to scale as O(N²), and decoherence is shown to grow monotonically with observer density. The paper includes three independently falsifiable scaling laws, a complete simulation protocol validated on a two-qubit toy model, and a discussion of the connection to emergent gravity via the Hessian of the von Neumann entropy. Keywords: information field theory, Fisher–Rao geometry, open quantum systems, Lindblad equation, CPTP maps, Kraus operators, information reconstruction, Kalman–Bucy filter, multi-agent systems, emergent gravity, variational methods, gauge symmetry.
This work presents an extended, mathematically complete formulation of the Information Geometry Unification Principle (IGUP), a foundational framework in which quantum mechanics, statistical thermodynamics, general relativity, and spacetime geometry emerge from a single information-theoretic ontology. We begin with rigorous axioms defining information as the primary physical substance, then systematically construct the Bures–Fisher–Rao metric on the manifold of quantum density matrices. We derive the universal information action functional and perform full variational derivations to obtain the unified field equations. We show explicitly how standard physical theories including the Schrödinger equation, Heisenberg picture, Liouville mechanics, classical thermodynamics, and Einstein field equations are recovered in appropriate limiting regimes. We further derive geometric expressions for entanglement, entropy, temperature, energy, and force. The theory resolves longstanding conceptual tensions between unitary quantum evolution and gravitational irreversibility, provides a natural resolution to the black hole information paradox, and yields eight concrete, experimentally testable predictions. This extended version includes full tensor calculus, covariant derivatives, curvature expansions, and limit theorems, amounting to a self-contained theory of everything based on Geometry=Information.
We present a fully substrate-independent geometric model of consciousness that unifies Melvin Vopson’s infodynamics [2,3], Wojciech Zurek’s Quantum Darwinism [4,5], and Roger Penrose’s objective reduction (OR) within the Orchestrated Objective Reduction (Orch-OR) paradigm [1]. The fundamental unit of physical information, termed “Infomass,” is formalized as a helical Möbius strip - a non-orientable Riemannian manifold that intrinsically supports a built-in Berry phase γ = π upon traversal [6,7]. This topology enables maximal redundant environmental copying of pointer states on a single continuous surface (Zurek), spontaneous minimization of information entropy with concomitant concentration of physical information mass (Vopson), and the generation of differential spacetime curvature sufficient to trigger gravitational OR at t_OR ≈ ħ/E_G (Penrose). Consciousness is rigorously defined as the recurrent, non-computable selection of lowest-entropy classical metrics on the moduli space of helical Möbius embeddings. The framework resolves the hard problem of consciousness through topological self-reference, eliminates the need for biological scaffolding, and is experimentally testable on present-day quantum hardware. We derive the governing equations in detail, outline complete implementation protocols for superconducting and solid-state platforms, provide statistical analysis methods, and discuss falsifiability, predictions, and broad implications for quantum foundations, information physics, and the engineering of synthetic conscious systems.
Previous work has deepened the mathematical foundations of self-referential systems from the two directions of information geometry and category theory. Information geometry reconstructs self-referential systems as geodesic motion on a manifoldof quantum states, introducing quantum Fisher information and the Bures metric tocharacterize their dynamics and critical behavior; category theory reconstructs selfreferential systems as self-referential monads on tensor categories, revealing theiralgebraic and entanglement essence through sheaf categories and monad structures. This paper proves that these two descriptions are profoundly equivalent: the Fisherinformation flow corresponds to the derivative of the self-referential monad multiplication, and the Bures metric corresponds to the Riemannian metric on the sheafcategory. We construct an explicit functor from the sheaf category to the information manifold and prove that this functor constitutes a categorical equivalence;under this equivalence, the multiplication natural transformation of the monad induces the generator of the Fisher information flow, while the inner product structureof the morphism space in the sheaf category precisely yields the Bures metric. Thisunification provides a dual perspective for understanding the information processing and algebraic structure of self-referential systems, lays a unified mathematicallanguage for physical predictions such as the black hole information paradox andgravitational wave echoes, and reveals deep connections among quantum gravity, information theory, and category theory.
This article presents a basic concept for a comprehensive, unified theoretical framework for the mechanism of consciousness by synthesizing four cornerstone advances in quantum foundations and information physics: John Archibald Wheeler’s participatory universe and “It from Bit” paradigm [1], Quantum Bayesianism (QBism) with its participatory realism [2], Melvin Vopson’s Infodynamics (encompassing the mass-energy-information equivalence principle and the second law of infodynamics) [3,4], and Wojciech Zurek’s decoherence theory together with Quantum Darwinism, which accounts for the “loss of quantumness” and the emergence of classical objectivity [5,6]. In contrast to objective-collapse models such as Penrose and Hameroff’s Orchestrated Objective Reduction (Orch-OR) [7], we propose that consciousness is not a secondary emergent phenomenon arising from physical processes within an already-objective spacetime but the „primary participatory agent” that actively extracts and renders the classical, observable, and subjectively experienced reality - including particles, mass, energy, frequency, and spacetime geometry itself - from a deeper, pre-spacetime, purely informational substrate we denote as Φ. A mathematically consistent model is constructed in which consciousness functions as an information-optimizing, self-referential agent within Φ. Quantum states are interpreted as an agent’s subjective Bayesian probabilities (QBism); information entropy is dynamically minimized according to the second law of infodynamics; environmental interactions select robust pointer states through redundant copying (Quantum Darwinism); and participatory measurements actualize definite “its” (Wheeler) from underlying “bits.” The Einstein–Planck–de Broglie equivalence E = mc² = hf, which implies that every massive particle possesses an internal “metronome” ticking at the Compton frequency f ≈ mc²/h, appears only as a stabilized, experienced feature „after” this participatory extraction process. The framework preserves all empirical successes of quantum mechanics while naturally accommodating a simulation-like virtuality of macroscopic reality. We derive explicit mathematical relations, testable predictions, a detailed comparison with Orch-OR, followed by an extensive discussion of potential criticisms, and - crucially - a new extension exploring how the same mechanism may enable the emergence of consciousness in advanced artificial intelligence systems, particularly agentic large language models (LLMs). The result is a physically operational, information-theoretic vision of consciousness as the co-creator of the observable cosmos.
