Abstract

Realizing practical quantum advantage across the Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum (NISQ) and early fault-tolerant regimes requires moving beyond isolated pure-state quantum mechanics to tightly coupled hybrid quantum-classical architectures. This paper establishes Non-Commutative Rough Hybrid Quantum-Classical Information Geometry Dynamics (NC-HQIG) within the SMA-∞ Topos [1]. By integrating Foundations of Roughness Operator Algebra (ROA) [3], Universal Rough Operator Algebra (UROA) [4], Seonggil Tensor Calculus (STCT) [2], and Rough Quantum Information Geometry (RQIG), we prove that quantum-classical channel composition, Bures–Fisher–Rao natural gradient optimization, noise-induced barren plateaus (NIBPs), and the quantum advantage versus post-quantum cryptographic security duality are topological manifestations of non-commutative manifold curvature and information geodesic routing. Specifically, we formalize hybrid quantum classical interface coupling via the UROA Roughness Operator Γ_R, regulate decoherence driven Quantum Fisher Information Matrix (QFIM) eigenvalue collapse via the STCT Dynamic Torsion Tensor T_STCT, and route variational parameter updates along minimal-entropy RQIG geodesics. A self-contained Python numerical simulation suite empirically validates exponential convergence acceleration under Quantum Natural Gradient (QNG) and quantifies noisy barren plateau suppression.

Non-Commutative Rough Quantum-Cryptographic Dynamics (NC-RQCD) Subsuming Fault-Tolerant QEC and Lattice-Based Post-Quantum Cryptography Limits via UROA, STCT, and RQIG

Seonggil Lee

Fault-tolerant quantum error correction (QEC) overhead and lattice-based post-quantum cryptography (PQC) infrastructure migration are inextricably coupled, two-sided limits of the quantum era. This paper supersedes independent subsystem views by establishing Non-Commutative Rough Quantum-Cryptographic Dynamics (NC-RQCD) within the SMA-∞ Topos. By integrating Universal Rough Operator Algebra (UROA), the Seonggil Theory of Composite Torsion (STCT), and Rough Quantum Information Geometry (RQIG), we prove that physical qubit explosion and cryptographic transition delays are macroscopic topological manifestations of non-commutative boundary noise and informational shear stress. Furthermore, qLDPC codes and hybrid PQC migration are formally derived as geodesic optimization sub-loops protecting the quantum-classical manifold.

Meta-Quantum Simulation Framework via Universal Rough Operator Algebra (UROA): Subsuming Trotter Errors and Barren Plateaus

Seonggil Lee

The primary theoretical bottlenecks of practical quantum simulation—Trotter-Suzuki discretization errors [1, 2], massive fault-tolerant resource overhead, and VQE barren plateaus[3]—are deductively subsumed and algebraically elevated using the Seonggil Theory of Composite Torsion (STCT) and UROA. By redefining Hamiltonian evolution as a topological trajectory within an 8-Dimensional Non-commutative Tensor Space, classical approximation errors are geometrically saturated and variational gradients are mathematically preserved. This establishes a mathematically rigorous foundation for arbitrary-precision simulationwithin early fault-tolerant and hybrid analog-digital architectures.

Quantum Natural Gradient Optimization for Convergence Reliability in NISQ Variational Quantum Algorithms

Mezbah Uddin Rafi

Abstract Variational Quantum Algorithms (VQAs) are widely regarded as the most promising route to practical quantum advantage on Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum (NISQ) hardware, but their trainability is threatened by the barren plateau phenomenon, in which cost-function gradients vanish exponentially with system size and circuit depth. Standard first-order optimizers, which treat the parameter space of a parameterized quantum circuit (PQC) as flat Euclidean space, are especially vulnerable to this effect and to the additional gradient suppression introduced by hardware noise. This extended treatment presents (i) a from-first-principles derivation of Quantum Natural Gradient (QNG) descent, tracing its lineage from Amari's classical information geometry [1] through the Fubini-Study metric to the Quantum Fisher Information Matrix (QFIM); (ii) a complete taxonomy of barren-plateau mechanisms (expressibility-induced, entanglement-induced, cost-function-locality-induced, and noise-induced); (iii) a comparative survey of the broader NISQ optimizer landscape (SPSA, Adam, COBYLA, Rotosolve, Quantum Natural SPSA, and reduced-cost QFIM estimators); and (iv) a controlled simulation study comparing QNG against vanilla gradient descent on a 4-qubit weighted MaxCut problem under three physically motivated NISQ noise models. Across 50 independent trials, QNG raised the convergence success rate from 30% to 95%, reduced the mean iteration count to convergence by a factor of roughly 6, and achieved a 16% net wall-clock speedup despite the added per-iteration cost of QFIM estimation. We give the full theoretical basis for these gains, an exhaustive discussion of their limitations, an A-to-Z glossary of the field's terminology, and a staged roadmap toward physical hardware validation. Figure placements throughout the document are annotated with detailed image-generation prompts so that the accompanying visual assets can be produced independently of this text.

Meta-Quantum Metrology via Universal Rough Operator Algebra (UROA): Subsuming SQL and Decoherence through Topological 8D Projection

Seonggil Lee

The fundamental precision limits in quantum sensing—dictated by the Standard Quantum Limit (SQL), multi-parameter incompatibility [2], and Markovian decoherence [1]—are deductively subsumed and algebraically elevated using the Seonggil Theory of Composite Torsion (STCT) and UROA. By redefining parameter estimation processes as trajectories within an 8-Dimensional Non-commutative Tensor Space, classical noise boundaries are topologically shielded. This framework rigorously yields robust Super-Heisenberg scaling and enables simultaneous optimal multi-parameter observability.

Meta-Fault-Tolerant Quantum Framework: Subsuming NISQ Limitations via Universal Rough Operator Algebra (UROA)

Seonggil Lee

The classical Quantum Error Correction (QEC) framework inherently limits logical scale up due to the macroscopic physical qubit overhead strictly required by surface codes [2] and qLDPC architectures [3]. We deductively elevate this limitation by profoundly embedding the subordinate error-correction loop into the 8-Dimensional Seonggil Matrix Space. By reinterpreting quantum decoherence not as random noise, but as a non-commutative kinetic cascade, the Topological Fractal Brake algebraically halts error propagation. This reduces logical overhead requirements to an unprecedented logarithmic scale, rigorously guaranteeingdeep-circuit coherence far beyond standard classical threshold bounds.

Structured State Space Duality (SSD) Super-Elevated: Rough Topological Operators, Complex Torsion, and Information Geometry

Seonggil Lee

Standard Transformer Self-Attention suffers from quadratic temporal and space complexity O(n^2) [5]. The Structured State Space Duality (SSD) framework resolves this bottleneck by proving an exact mathematical equivalence between 1-semiseparable matrix transformations and selective state space model (SSM) recurrences, achieving linear complexity O(n) [6]. In this paper, we elevate SSD into the Rough-Torsional Operator Duality Framework (RT-ODF) by fusing Universal Rough Operator Algebra (UROA) [3], Seonggil Theory of Complex Torsion (STCT) [1], and Rough Quantum Information Geometry (RQIG) [4]. By introducing rough operators Γ_R and Non-Abelian complex phase torsion T_STCT, we eliminate high-frequency singularities and secure absolute long-range phase coherence across information manifolds.
