The occurrence of quantum entanglement has been established empirically, but the underlying process is not well understood. Entanglement is said to exist when a sufficiently high correlation is measured between the quantum states of pairs of particles having no opportunity to communicate. An extraterrestrial cosmology based on ontological idealism is suggested to explain the phenomenon. Particular heterodyning processes in the vibrational energy of consciousness are proposed to create the entanglement. The non-locality of entanglement is typical of other phenomena of consciousness such as remote viewing.

What quantum theory has revealed about the nature of reality has remained hidden in plain sight for almost one-hundred years because what quantum theory has revealed about the nature of reality cannot be comprehended in the context of the materialist model and conception of reality in which science presently operates, which materialist model places physical reality at the center of reality and Consciousness at the periphery, as a secondary or derivative reality. What this work will demonstrate, by explaining the heretofore inexplicable basis of the phenomena that lie at the heart of quantum theory, is that it is Consciousness rather than physical reality that lies at the center of reality, and that it is physical reality rather than Consciousness that is a secondary or derivative reality. Specifically, wave-particle duality, quantum uncertainty, quantum non-locality, the probabilistic nature of the wavefunction, and the collapse of the wavefunction, will all be shown to be phenomena that have as their basis the way in which the fundamental Reality of Consciousness, through relation to Itself, creates what it apprehends as physical reality. One of the most important things the phenomena that lie at the heart of quantum theory will be shown to reveal about the nature of reality is that the nature of physical reality is like that of a reflection, and like a reflection, physical reality is able to obscure from view what is actually there, as long as it is mistaken for what is actually there. Thus, in revealing the reflection-like nature of physical reality, the phenomena that lie at the heart of quantum theory indirectly reveal that what is actually there, underlying the reflection that is physical reality, is the non-physical, non-experiential Reality of Consciousness that is, through relation to Itself, both creating and apprehending experiential reality in general and physical reality in particular. Ultimately, understanding the reflection-like nature of physical reality should make it possible for Individuals to understand that what actually Exists directly where they are, where their physical bodies appear to be, is not different in Nature than what actually Exists everywhere else as well, where the rest of physical reality appears to be, thereby disabusing them of the notion that what they are is a physical reality, while at the same time revealing to them their true Nature as Consciousness, which, through relation to that which is also Consciousness, creates what they, as Individual points of Consciousness, apprehend as experiential reality in general and physical reality in particular.Part II of this series of three articles includes: 2. The nature of quantum reality.

We look into the ontology of quantum theory as distinct from that of the classical theory in the sciences, following a broadly Kantian tradition and distinguishing between the noumenal and phenomenal realities where the former is independent of our perception while the latter is assembled from the former by means of fragmentary bits of interpretation. Within this framework, theories are conceptual constructs applying to models generated in the phenomenal world within limited contexts. The ontology of quantum theory principally rests on the view that entities in the world are pervasively correlated with one another not by means of probabilities as in the case of the classical theory, but by means of probability amplitudes involving finely tuned phases of quantum mechanical states (entanglement). The quantum correlations are shared globally in the process of environment-induced decoherence whereby locally generated correlations are removed, the removal being especially manifest in the case of systems that appear as classical ones, in which case the process is almost instantaneous, being, in all likelihood, driven by field fluctuations in the Planck regime. This points to factors of an unknown nature determining its finest details, since Planck scale physics remains an obscure terrain. In other words, the present day quantum theory holds within a limited context set by the Planck scale.
This work presents a systematic ontological revision of quantum mechanics and cosmology, proposing a shift from interpretative debates to foundational reconstruction. Using the method of ontological descent—moving from interpretations to experimental procedures and empirical data—it is shown that key categories of standard quantum mechanics ("particle," "observer," "collapse," "non-locality") are metaphysical overlays lacking direct empirical justification. The "Copenhagen interpretation" in its popular subjectivist form is identified as a historical myth constructed in 1955, never formally validated by experimental protocols involving biological observers. The theory is anchored by empirical data from the Voyager-1 and Voyager-2 probes (2012–2020), which recorded a plasma density jump at the heliopause (from 0.002 to 0.08 electrons/cm³). This measurement challenges the ontology of the vacuum as absolute emptiness, suggesting instead a unified continuum field with measurable density (). Core Postulates of Compensation Theory: Unified Continuum: Physical reality is a single field with variable density. Particles are not objects moving in void, but stable modus of field transformation. Operational Observer: The "observer" is defined as apparatus configuration, removing consciousness from the causal chain of measurement. Compensation Mechanism: Quantum entanglement is explained via topological connectivity and holism, not non-locality. Correlations arise from the preservation of global invariants (spin, charge) within a single modus, not superluminal signaling. Decoherence as Thermodynamic Limit: The transition from quantum to classical is a loss of global compensation due to the number of interacting degrees of freedom (), not a wavefunction collapse. Cosmological Implications: Gravity is reinterpreted as a pressure gradient of the medium. Dark Matter and Dark Energy are proposed as inertia and viscosity of the continuum, respectively. Cosmological redshift is modeled as energy loss in a viscous medium with variable density, offering an alternative to metric expansion. Predictions and Falsifiability: The theory makes specific, falsifiable predictions currently undergoing verification: Supernovae Type Ia: Parameters (color-luminosity slope ) must correlate with local baryonic density. Early data shows significant differences between passive () and star-forming galaxies (). Color Evolution: Asymmetric color evolution (rapid reddening and recovery) in early supernova phases is predicted based on shockwave dynamics in dense media. Spectral Shifts: Systematic dependence of atomic line parameters on local vacuum density along the line of sight. This document serves as the foundational manuscript for Compensation Theory, outlining the mathematical apparatus (compensation tensor ), variational principles, and criteria for empirical falsification. It invites the scientific community to test these predictions against existing datasets (DESI, WFST, Kepler, Gaia).
Both consciousness and quantum phenomenon are subjective and indeterministic. In this paper, we propose consciousness is a quantum phenomenon. A quantum theory of consciousness (QTOC) is presented based on a new interpretation of quantum physics. We show that this QTOC can address the mind and body problem, the hard problem of consciousness. It also provides a physics foundation and mathematical formulation to study consciousness and neural network. We demonstrate how to apply it to develop and extend various models of consciousness. We show the predictions from this theory about the existence of a universal quantum vibrational field and the large-scale, nearly instantaneous synchrony of brainwaves among different parts of brain, body, people, and objects. The correlation between Schumann Resonances and some brainwaves is explained. Recent progress in quantum information theory, especially regarding quantum entanglement and quantum error correction code, is applied to study memory and shed new light in neuroscience.
