A constructive deterministic existence theorem for an explicitly defined ideal Enchan position detector. A stable real pre-Fix branch supplies a conserved canonical action. A cell-compatible canonical router maps the incoming state into physical receiver cells; a detector-side common covariant connection produces the region/history wall bias; a finite-width Hamiltonian pulse yields the canonical decision kick in the impulsive limit; a zero-threshold one-wall stage amplifies its sign; and a reversible wall-memory swap with an auxiliary record tape preserves outcomes while exactly re-preparing the active wall. The resulting actual repeated record frequency is the normalized channel action, and under the stated countably complete detector-cell refinement it defines a normalized countably additive position measure. The conventional Born projector-norm formula is compared only after the native derivation is frozen. The bundled numerical scripts verify selected regulated action, wall, channel-geometry, and answer-check identities; they do not numerically implement or validate the final full reversible one-cycle detector map.

This timestamp records a bounded milestone in Registration Theory (Physical Foundations): an explicit deterministic preparation-measurement-reset model that reproduces the binary quadratic projective weight νP,I(Bi) = ||Pi v||² / ||v||² in a controlled tangent/refinement limit, while isolating the remaining unproved physical bridge. The construction combines an already-derived isotropic rank-three H4 relational sector, a finite fine-registration fiber, a deterministic cyclic successor that visits each fine state exactly once per period, and the existing retained-registration detector result that post-threshold outcome is fixed by the sign of the incoming imbalance and reset returns the detector to readiness. Uniform finite-cycle visitation gives an exact empirical measure on the fine fiber. In the directional refinement limit, full-rank lattice counting in the isotropic H4 tangent geometry gives uniform spherical area. With the explicit linear seed coupling δ = ε(λ̂·nI + mP,I), the detector basins become spherical caps with relative area (1 + m)/2, and the projective contrast identity m = ⟨v,(2Pi−I)v⟩/||v||² yields the quadratic projective weight. The paper does not claim that canonical ACRF-4 has derived the Born rule. The decisive linear particle-apparatus coupling is an additional model assumption, not a result already forced by ACRF-4 or by the detector sign-preservation theorem. A sensitivity theorem shows that replacing the linear offset m by a general function f(m) changes the limiting frequency law to (1 + f(m))/2 on the unsaturated interval. Thus deterministic cycling and isotropic geometry alone do not select the Born form. The contribution is therefore an explicit deterministic RT-compatible Born-form existence construction with a precise claim boundary. The named next proof obligation is H-B/U8: derive the linear tangent particle-apparatus coupling, including its relative coefficient, directly from canonical ACRF-4 dynamics rather than choosing it phenomenologically. Canonical theory name: Registration Theory (Physical Foundations). Version: 1.0.
This preprint develops a deterministic and microscopically reversible measurement architecture within a finite-update framework. A minimal six-state, rank-three finite-update ensemble generates a complex three-dimensional residual sector equipped with a metric, complex structure, symplectic form, and projector-resolved action variables. Within an ideal projectively modular detector class, orthogonal refinement together with standard projector-measure results yields Born weights as normalized residual actions. Single outcomes are modeled as deterministic scattering into disjoint pointer macroregions. A calibrated symplectic complement-memory swap gives the active post-measurement update rout=Pjr while retaining the unselected residual information in detector memory, leading to immediate repeatability without microscopic information loss. Exact detector reset is realized by transferring the post-measurement detector microstate to a distributed history sector, which can propagate through the same neighbor-coupled finite-update dynamics. The construction is an existence result for an ideal detector architecture and does not claim universal detector modularity, a unique microscopic measurement law, or a complete quantum theory.
One bit is all it takes to start the universe. Here “one bit” names the initial informational resource under the stated premises, not the theorem’s only assumption. Its two basis values control an explicit isometric preparation into the no-event and event history sectors; composing that preparation with the literal lifecycle gives distinct zero-clock and completed-event outputs, while the canonical bit prior recovers the uniform history law and all printed branch masses. The whole theorem in one line: First informative bit → 1D → 2D → 3D → durable quantum record → two operational event clocks → record-controlled dynamics. This work realizes that complete sequence as one exact theorem, with every stage finite, explicitly typed, and joined to the next. A first informative distinction acquires a one-dimensional relational home; finite events create filled two- and three-dimensional structure; the completed event leaves a persistent completion signal telling WHEN a later operation is eligible and a durable record of WHAT occurred; retained event order produces two noninterchangeable operational clocks, and the durable record controls a later quantum operation whose output statistics depend measurably on that record. The central new result is the exact end-to-end closure of this sequence as one normalized full-history lifecycle across explicitly joined finite carriers, with every firing and nonfiring history retained. To our knowledge, this is the first explicit finite theorem to close that complete conjunction while retaining both event and no-event histories in one normalized lifecycle across explicitly joined finite carriers. Established mathematical tools certify the interfaces; they do not supply the joined lifecycle proved here. Finite GNS canonically represents the commutative event laws; the labelled noncommutative carrier and full finite effect structure are selected inputs, and the Born-trace and CPTP forms follow from the stated consistency hypotheses on that selected base. Under the complete displayed base every lifecycle map is constructed exactly; whether the pre-activation formation equations alone uniquely force the router, fine writer/hold activation, fresh-row preparation, and comparator is a separate upstream parent-forcing problem and is not used by the completed construction. Every implemented map is exhibited, and the archived executable verification suite passes in ordinary and optimized execution and rejects all registered fault-injection controls. The theorem requires no external clock, singular initial datum, continuum-spacetime limiting procedure, postselection, discarded history, or selected-branch renormalization. The dated primary-source search protocol, version pins, screening ledger, and complete-conjunction matrix are archived in `evidence/COMPLETE_CONJUNCTION_LITERATURE_SEARCH_RECEIPT.json`. SI calibration, continuum spacetime, gravity, quantum field theory, and cosmology begin at later layers.
A canonical formulation of projective quantum measurement is developed from the selected order-two Taub–NUT/Hopf–Spinᶜ primitive. Its complete normalized geometric trace also yields the infrared fine-structure constant under the electromagnetic coupling identification, providing a common foundation for coupling normalization and measurement evaluation. The ordered chiral carrier supplies an inherited Hermitian pairing and a preparation representation with fixed normalization. Naturality under the unspecified outgoing frame action exhausts the incoming record endomorphisms, while positivity and eigenstate calibration uniquely determine the Born evaluation. For canonically projected pure preparations, rank-one compression fixes the normalized complete-functional insertion ratio before determinant and collective integration. Canonical normalized restriction yields the Lüders-form state transformation. Conserved-current identities connect represented spatial records to the same evaluation, and a reduced Maxwell–Dirac calculation establishes two-channel separation with a quantified finite-resolution correction. Independent repeated preparations yield frequency concentration and, under the corresponding record probability law, convergence almost surely to the Born weights. Within the canonical incoming-record representation, the Born weights and normalized projection rule are therefore fixed by the same primitive geometry, without independent outcome weights or an additional probability exponent.
The Born rule assigns a probability law to a physical state and a complete observation state, but a probability law is not the event realized in one trial. Building on the physical–observation dual-axis state space, we construct an event layer that separates these two mathematical objects. Every measurable finite Born kernel admits a deterministic circle lift whose event cells have the required normalized Haar volumes. On a principal U(1) selector bundle, cell membership is gauge invariant and Haar reduction returns the Born trace law exactly. A gauge-invariant action yields both selector transport and an observation-axis equation in which mixed curvature is the cross-axis force. The Fisher metric of the Born response supplies its minimal kinetic geometry, while a least-interface principle fixes connected binary event cells. Curvature determines relative transport but cannot select an absolute event without an initial selector; pure principal transport preserves Haar equilibrium but cannot create it. Bell violation further requires the deterministic event map to be contextual on the implemented joint setting. The event law leads to a concrete test of single-event continuity. The physical control is an azimuthal cycle and the observation coordinate is calibrated independently from the binary Born response. The benchmark states three additional closures explicitly: a reduced spherical completion with rotationally invariant unit-Chern curvature, minimal free response dynamics, and a selector-transparent returning instrument. The fixed dimensionless protocol X = 0.100 and ωS/Ω = 4 has a unique balanced periodic response orbit and predicts the protocol constant κM = 0.03080966337. No event record enters this calculation. A returning measure-and-prepare instrument then predicts a triangular mismatch recurrence: 0.980702% after one cycle, 99.9684% after 102 cycles, and 0.0632% after 204 cycles, although every single-cycle marginal remains balanced. The memoryless realization of the same instrument gives 50% mismatch at every nonzero lag. Separate response, phase-calibration, and event ensembles prevent the predicted orbit from being programmed into the test, while causal-break and selector-scrambling controls bound ordinary apparatus memory. This numerical “M-event fingerprint” converts the century-old question of objective single-event continuity into a preregisterable, falsifiable serial-correlation experiment. It is a protocol-specific prediction, not a new natural constant; a null result falsifies the stated minimal realization rather than every possible deterministic completion.
Papers 1-2 of this series derived Born weights conditionally from the block’s Riemannian geometry: the canonical volume determines the Hilbert structure, the induced projective geometry determines the ray measure, and Gleason noncontextuality fixes the trace assignment. What remained was the confirmation problem: in a block ontology every compatible history and every compatible observer-instance exists, so probability must be a measure over realised record-relative viewpoints, not a chance of becoming actual. This paper builds the record-theoretic and statistical structure that closes that gap, up to two explicitly priced commitments. The central claim, calibrated. In a non-splitting block ontology, perfect record cells inherit the Born measure and its exact conditional calculus. Under a persistent-prefix distinguishability condition (Assumption PF, stated prominently), interference remains uniformly controlled through arbitrarily deep finite record refinements. The resulting static record filtration obeys martingale concentration without independence assumptions, and — conditional on the explicitly priced viewpoint-typicality principle (Commitment TY) — Born conditional probabilities are exponentially confirmed against persistently different rival policies, including adaptive history-dependent rivals. The supporting structure: an exact perfect-record projector calculus; a closed sequential interference bound whose index is refinement depth, not flowing time; an explicit block-compatible recorder family (translated Gaussian fragments, and intrinsically, normalised heat-kernel packets on the block’s own S3) for which the record-overlap exponents and minimum redundancy thresholds are derived in closed form — the recorder family itself is not yet derived from block dynamics; and a canonical Gram-polar construction that associates to any imperfect record family, at each fixed depth, an exact Boolean hierarchy of projectors within explicitly bounded distance of the raw records — a finite-depth canonical Booleanisation, with cross-depth projective consistency an open problem. The coherent event weight Q is used only comparatively: it is not an additive probability measure for imperfect records, and the paper states the resulting trade-off explicitly. Two commitments carry the non-mathematical load and are priced, not hidden. Commitment OL: observer continuity is represented by record-functional equivalence across compatible continuations. Commitment TY: rational expectation over the record-equivalent continuations follows the canonical conditional measure. Given TY, the block-derived Born measure is internally self-confirming on record-typical viewpoints; without it, the mathematics fixes the measure but not its first-person authority. No collapse, branch creation, privileged actuality, pointer-basis selection, or theory of consciousness is used. Finite-resolution results on the block’s S3 truncation ladder (exact spectral-leakage identities, a conditional Sobolev rate, the Gleason dimension threshold) are collected in Appendix B.
