Abstract

PREFACE: WHY THIS DOCUMENT EXISTSOn September 25, 2026, we published Part 110 — the unified manifesto of the Quantum Ocean framework, complete with five experimentalprotocols for detecting the sub-quantum substrate. On September 27, 2026, we did something no speculative theory usually does:We locked our predictions.Every hypothesis, every dependent variable, every statistical threshold, every sample size — all frozen in a public, timestamped, non-editablescientific record on the Open Science Framework. Before a single data point is collected. This is Part 111 — the complete record of that pre-registration. 🌌 Interactive Space Research Assistant: Explore and ask questions about this research interactively with the Quantum Ocean Framework Ai Chat (or talk directly with the Quantum Ocean Framework Ai voice conversation).

First Light: Experimental Signatures of the Quantum Modem on IBM Quantum Hardware Part 78 in Block Universe series

Dr Akshay Honrao, BDS,PGDIP(Orthodontics)

We report the first experimental campaign testing the Quantum Modem hypothesis (Part 41) on realquantum hardware, using the mathematical framework of Part 77. Five experiments were executed onIBM Heron r2 quantum processors ( ibm_fez , ibm_marrakesh ), collecting 3,164,000 individualqubit measurements across 156 quantum circuits. The results establish three key findings:1. The predicted error ordering was confirmed: In the GHZ entanglement test, the error ratefollowed Basis < Superposition < GHZ (5.43σ significance), exactly as the Quantum Ocean frameworkpredicts. While standard gate noise contributes to this ordering, the monotonic hierarchy across threecoherence classes is a necessary condition for the framework.2. Directional consistency across experiments: Four of five independent experiments showederror trends in the direction predicted by the framework (superposition > basis), a pattern withbinomial probability $p = 0.19$. While not statistically significant individually, this consistencymotivates higher-sensitivity follow-up.3. Upper bound established: The ocean coupling parameter is bounded at $|g_1| < 0.001$ (95%CL), providing the first quantitative constraint on the Quantum Modem from real hardware. Theframework survives this test — it is neither confirmed at high confidence nor falsified. These results, combined with recent DESI observations of evolving dark energy (consistent with Part 67'sprediction), position the Quantum Ocean framework as an active experimental programme with testablepredictions at multiple scales. 🌌 Interactive Space Research Assistant: Explore and ask questions about this research interactively with the Quantum Ocean Framework Ai Chat (or talk directly with the Quantum Ocean Framework Ai voice conversation).

The Quantum Modem Hamiltonian: Mathematical Framework for Ocean-Coupled Quantum Computation Part 77: From Concept to Equations

Dr Akshay Honrao, BDS,PGDIP(Orthodontics)

Part 41 introduced the Quantum Modem — the hypothesis that quantum computers in superpositionbecome temporarily "untuned" from our vacuum state and access a spectrum of parallel vacuum states(the ocean), thereby performing computation across multiple realities simultaneously. The concept waspresented qualitatively, using the barrier/ocean framework developed throughout this series. This paperprovides the missing mathematical framework. We construct the complete Hamiltonian for a qubitcoupled to the ocean, derive measurable predictions, and propose three decisive experiments that canconfirm or falsify the hypothesis. The central mathematical result is the superposition-dependentcoupling equation g_eff = g₀ + g₁·4|α|²|β|², which states that a qubit's coupling to the ocean increaseswith its degree of superposition — zero in a classical state, maximum in equal superposition. Thisequation translates Part 41's qualitative "untuning" concept into a single, testable parameter: g₁. If g₁ ≠0, the Quantum Modem effect is real. If g₁ = 0, it is refuted. The entire hypothesis reduces to onenumber. This framework was independently constructed and validated, confirming that the conceptualbarrier/ocean model developed in Parts 41-76 is translatable into standard quantum field theorymachinery — the framework is not analogy but physics. 🌌 Interactive Space Research Assistant: Explore and ask questions about this research interactively with the Quantum Ocean Framework Ai Chat (or talk directly with the Quantum Ocean Framework Ai voice conversation).

Pre-registration: Out-of-Sample Test of a Quantum-Like Collapse-Chain Model against Classical Hidden Markov Models on XAUUSD Hourly Data (January–September 2026)

H Y Rao

Pre-registration of a single confirmatory out-of-sample test. The hypothesis, frozen model parameters (fitted on 2024–2025 XAUUSD H1 data), classical comparator, test statistic and decision rule are fixed before any 2026 test data are processed. The record contains the registration document (PDF), the frozen parameters (JSON) and the test script (Python). SHA-256 hashes of the JSON and script are listed in Section 9 of the PDF. Version 2 supersedes version 1. It adds a seasonally adjusted condition (V2-SA) to the decision rule, introduced after calibration simulations and before any 2026 data were processed; see Section 8 of the PDF.

Experimental Detection of Sub-Quantum Substrate Using IBM Quantum Processors

Dr Akshay Honrao

Pre-registered experimental protocol for testing five predictions of the Quantum Ocean Barrier Framework (Honrao, 2026) using IBM superconducting quantum processors. The framework proposes a sub-quantum substrate beneath standard quantum mechanics with measurable effects on qubit statistics. Five experiments are planned for October-November 2026: (I) directional bias with Earth-rotation periodicity, (II) barrier frequency sweep for resonance detection, (III) cross-chip correlation test between non-entangled qubits, (IV) beacon protocol for structured signal response, and (V) continuous monitoring for qubit-LIGO gravitational wave event correlation. All hypotheses, dependent variables, sample sizes, statistical analyses, and significance thresholds are pre-specified.

The Block Universe — Part 79 The Willow Verdict: Google's Quantum Error Correction Data Speaks to the Quantum Ocean mathematical Framework we have explained in previous papers part 77 and 78

Dr Akshay Honrao, BDS,PGDIP(Orthodontics)

We analyse Google's publicly released Willow 72-qubit repetition code dataset (d=29, 200 samples, 20billion measurements) through the lens of the Quantum Ocean framework. By mapping the empiricalfindings to the mathematical equations established in Parts 58 and 77, we derive three quantitativeresults:1. Cross-basis spectral correlation r = 0.982 maps directly to the basis-independence of the oceanHamiltonian $H{\text{ocean}}$, which couples through the scalar field $\phi(x0)$ — a term that,by construction, carries no Pauli-basis preference. The measured correlation provides the firstempirical constraint on the ocean spectral density: $J{\text{ocean}}(\omega) \approx JX(\omega)\approx J_Z(\omega)$ to within 1.8%.2. Universal frequency peak at f = 0.001 (SNR = 55.4× in X, 37.2× in Z, detected in 20/20samples) maps to a discrete mode in the ocean spectrum $J(\omega) = \sumi |gi|^2 \delta(\omega -\omega_i)$, corresponding to a single vacuum oscillation at period $T = 1002$ QEC cycles.3. X > Z asymmetry (p = 0.063) maps to the superposition-dependent coupling $g{\text{ef }} = g0+ g_1 \cdot S$, where X-basis preparations (which are superpositions in the computational basis)have $S = 1$ while Z-basis preparations have $S = 0$.Combined with the IBM Heron results from Part 78, the Quantum Ocean framework now has crossplatform empirical support from two independent quantum architectures (superconductingtransmon), consistent with a universal ocean coupling that is hardware-independent — exactly as theframework predicts. 🌌 Interactive Space Research Assistant: Explore and ask questions about this research interactively with the Quantum Ocean Framework Ai Chat (or talk directly with the Quantum Ocean Framework Ai voice conversation).

Astronomical Fixed Points as Empirical Validation of the Block Universe Convergence Framework Part 2: From Orbital Mechanics to Human Decision Convergence — A Unified Mathematical Spectrum

Dr Akshay Honrao, BDS,PGDIP(Orthodontics)

In Part 1 of this series (Honrao 2026c), we proposed that consciousness navigates between pre-existing fixed points in afour-dimensional block universe, with non-trivial events becoming mathematically inevitable through the accumulation ofaction-reaction consequences. The framework was formalized using Markov chains, Shannon entropy, Bayesianconvergence, and the Schrödinger equation. A central limitation of Part 1 was that its worked examples — human careerconvergence, life events — are inherently difficult to verify empirically. This paper addresses that limitation bydemonstrating that astronomical event prediction constitutes direct empirical validation of the fixed point convergencemathematics. We show that solar and lunar eclipse prediction, which achieves second-level precision centuries inadvance, is mathematically identical to the convergence framework of Part 1 — differing only in initial parameter values. We formalize a determinism spectrum ranging from fully deterministic systems (planetary orbits, H = 0) through partiallydeterministic systems (human decisions, H > 0 converging to 0) to maximally uncertain systems (quantum events, H =maximum). All positions on this spectrum obey the same equations. The success of eclipse prediction therefore servesas empirical proof-of-concept for the convergence mathematics, and the block universe provides the only consistentontological interpretation of why future astronomical events can be computed with such precision: they already exist inthe four-dimensional spacetime structure 🌌 Interactive Space Research Assistant: Explore and ask questions about this research interactively with the Quantum Ocean Framework Ai Chat (or talk directly with the Quantum Ocean Framework Ai voice conversation).
