We study a finite-dimensional quantum-operational formulation of the Quantum Temporal Boundary Collapse (QTBC) framework. First, nonnegative additive terminal weights and exhaustive terminal normalization imply that the total terminal functional is the trace on the positive cone. For a complete projective CP instrument with orthogonal rejection, this gives the projective Born weights p(a | ρ) = Tr(ρPa), without assuming projector-specific probabilities; the result remains conditional on standard quantum-instrument structure. Second, in the quantum realization where physical structural distinguishability is represented by trace distance, RSCP forces every closed deterministic CPTP evolution on the same finite-dimensional Hilbert space to be unitary. Third, selected future data define a retrodictive likelihood kernel. In a branch-support-preserving sharp sector, a terminal test in the admissible domain with effects Ffa= UPaU † perfectly distinguishes the conditional instrument branches and satisfies Φ∗ (Ffa ) = Pa. These results organize ordinary Born marginals, future-conditioned retrodiction, and branch-witness transport within one explicit dependency structure. Macroscopic record formation and single-history actualization are not derived here.

We develop a claim-graded theory of quantum records and history measures from completely positive instruments. Class operators and Hilbert-valued event measures generate strongly positive decoherence functionals and a canonical history Hilbert space. In the declared linear-instrument class, event probabilities are affine in the state and additive in effects, hence have Born trace form; an independent physical exponent coordinate is incompatible with this structure. Outcome probabilities factor through effects, whereas conditional post-record states factor through complete CP operations. A single Stinespring dilation yields both the unconditional channel and the conditional states, so no second collapse map is required. In a gap-protected record parent, the fixed algebra retains outcome and CP-operation data while erasing implementation gauge, and its center supplies objective event propositions; nevertheless, deterministic unconditional CPTP evolution cannot select one pure central branch from a mixed central state while fixing all pure branches. Explicit jump–diffusion record dilations realize the same reduced dephasing semigroup with inequivalent path laws, proving that the reduced channel does not select a unique physical unravelling. Competing admissible information and work utilities likewise select inequivalent readouts. Bounded marked-Poisson parents, compensated interaction-picture measures, modularly damped Wick classes, and Boolean–Möbius/Borel-resummed local nets provide projective strongly positive histories in named finite and quasi-local classes. By contrast, global extensive event counts, positive-Poisson continuum uniformization, raw all-Fock absolute semivariation, and fixed final energy damping obey class-level No-Go theorems. The paper establishes no physical -flow, no unique unravelling, no universal utility, no deterministic collapse theorem, and no completed interacting relativistic QFT history measure.
This paper proves a finite-dimensional structural theorem identifying canonical projective quantum measurement as a boundary-channel projection. For a finite projection-valued measurement context P = {Π₁, …, Πₘ}, the central sectorwise phase action Uθ = ∑ⱼ e^{iθⱼ}Πⱼ has normalized Haar average E_P(X) = ∫ Uθ X Uθ* dθ = ∑ⱼ Πⱼ X Πⱼ. Its trace-dual state-side map is the Lüders nonselective channel Δ_P(ρ) = ∑ⱼ Πⱼ ρ Πⱼ. The theorem characterizes this Lüders, or minimal-disturbance, channel: a projection-valued measurement fixes the outcome weights, but in degenerate sectors it does not by itself determine every compatible instrument. The additional structure used here is the sectorwise phase symmetry together with preservation of the full fixed block algebra. The fixed observable algebra is B_fix = {X : [X, Πⱼ] = 0 for all j}, while the classical outcome algebra is its center Z_out = span{Π₁, …, Πₘ}. The Born weights pⱼ(ρ) = Tr(Πⱼρ) are the unique weights representing the restricted state on Z_out, and selective measurement is conditioning on the corresponding boundary record. Except for the trivial one-sector context, the Lüders projection is idempotent, noninvertible, and nonmultiplicative on the full matrix algebra; it therefore defines a boundary-channel operation rather than full reversible Heisenberg–Schrödinger collapse. The results are interpretation-neutral and isolate the operator-theoretic structure that any finite projective measurement account using the canonical Lüders update must preserve. This paper develops the state and measurement layer of Variable-Signature QuantumTheory and Obstruction Theory. Building on the projected positive-sector geometry ofVSQT-OT I, it defines θ-density states, algebraic states, effects, finite POVMs, sectorcompletely positive maps, and passive instruments intrinsically on the physical sectorEθ = Pθ K, Hphys,θ = (Eθ , ⟨·, ·⟩θ ).The paper fixes the sector trace, θ-adjoint, sector positivity, amplified sector positivity, andsector complete-positivity conventions, carefully distinguishing abstract sector endomorphismsfrom ambient representatives. Its main results prove compact convexity of the θ-density statespace, Born positivity and normalization for sector POVMs, selected-operator-system states,algebraic-state restriction and positive-extension representation on finite-dimensional ∗θ-subalgebras, finite-dimensional sector Kraus representation, Schrödinger–Heisenberg dualityfor sector CP maps, passive instrument normalization, instrument-to-POVM compatibility, admissibility of stratumwise measurement families, pointwise equivalence with ordinary finite-dimensional measurement theory, a fixed-Hilbert obstruction criterion, and fixed-Hilbertrecovery in Born-pair, POVM, and instrument forms. The paper does not introduce a newfinite-dimensional Born rule or a new Kraus theorem; pointwise sector measurement theoryis ordinary finite-dimensional measurement theory written in the sector Hilbert structure. Its contribution is the sector-typed formulation of the standard measurement calculus overvariable positive sectors, together with a first obstruction class detecting when the sectorbundle cannot be globally reduced to one admissible fixed-Hilbert carrier, gauge-compatibleadmissibility rules for stratumwise families, a formal admissible comparison class, and arecovery criterion identifying when that layer is ordinary after compatible admissible transport. The selected-observable layer is an operator-system layer by default, with selected ∗θ -algebrastreated as a stronger optional case. All operator-algebraic statements are finite-dimensionaland algebraic; no infinite-dimensional, unbounded, spectral, semigroup, or von Neumannalgebraic operator theory is claimed. The paper is finite-dimensional, stratumwise, andnon-dynamical. Active inter-sector instruments are isolated as a separate typed skeletonrather than claimed as a consequence of passive measurement calculus
This paper argues that the quantum measurement problem is not a single explanatory gap but a collection of distinct tasks. We separate detector representability, probability structure, single-event actuality, and outcome-conditioned refinement, and distinguish all four from causal registration, the physical criterion by which an already-instantiated event becomes a completed measurement record. These are explanatory roles within one measurement phenomenon rather than successive temporal stages. The analysis begins from the contrast between a global quantum description containing several detector-correlated components and the single entry that appears in a realized measurement history. Rather than compressing this contrast into an unexplained transition often labeled “collapse,” we ask which specific explanatory constraints must be satisfied before the relation between the two descriptions can be diagnosed precisely. A finite-resolution alternating position–momentum history is used throughout to separate questions of record formation, probability, actuality, causal registration, and outcome-conditioned refinement. A continuum analysis shows that making the registered history arbitrarily dense does not by itself recover a classical trajectory. Several parts of the architecture are exact once their inputs are specified. A detector representation induces an exact quotient; a specified acquisition channel and record family induce system-side effects; and a specified quantum instrument determines a family of subnormalized conditional branches before any one outcome is instantiated. Given a realized outcome label, the same instrument determines the corresponding normalized outcome-conditioned state. A finite-dimensional acquisition model explicitly realizes the representability chain, while a record-algebra indistinguishability result shows that removing coherence between detector-record sectors can leave all expectation values in the lifted record algebra unchanged even when that coherence remains detectable in a richer context. These results sharpen, but do not dissolve, the measurement problem. Record structure does not derive Born weights; a probability law does not itself constitute the event realized in one run; a mathematically available conditional branch family does not select one branch condition as actual; and causal onset, stabilization, registration, and conditional refinement all presuppose or follow that event rather than produce it. The resulting constraint audit tests—without assuming—the hypothesis that global quantum multiplicity and detector-record definiteness may belong to different representational levels. The main conclusion is not a new collapse dynamics but a localization of the remaining explanatory burden. Once representability, probability, causal registration, and conditional refinement are assigned their proper roles, the unresolved actuality transition can no longer be hidden inside the single label “collapse.” In the typed measurement architecture considered here, no pre-event operation has the mathematical role of producing an individual event token without additional event-producing structure. This is version 1.0 of the manuscript.
A Kernel-Role Determinacy Theorem for Bell-Witness Fixation, No-Signaling, and Tensor-Level Compatibility This manuscript develops a fixed-domain AASC analysis of Bell-nonlocal quantum entanglement as a theorem of reusable witness determinacy. It does not introduce hidden variables, modify quantum mechanics, derive Hilbert-space formalism from below, or propose a new signaling mechanism. Instead, it asks a prior structural question: once a Bell-type operational family is used as the same non-degenerate witness across settings, lawful transformations, retained records, comparison, and later classification, what admissible same-domain standing form is forced? The governing claim is that AASC is not an optional interpretive overlay on physics. Once an operational Bell family is asserted as a determinate reusable witness, admissibility, standing, reference, and irreversibility are already active as minimal necessity conditions of same-witness objecthood. Target instantiation therefore carries governance occupancy: an alleged determinate Bell witness with no admissible governance realization is not an empty alternative, but a refusal or retyping of the target. The manuscript defines finite operational Bell objects with explicit setting carriers, outcome families, channel/interface data, standing-token valuations, continuation and report/reuse structure, comparison profiles, and act-time status. It then defines object-indexed query sorts, dependent response families, exactly recoverable operational simulations, lawful Bell groupoids, six governance-effect functors, and target-active extensional governance equivalence. The result is a typed interface in which arbitrary native formalisms can be compared by their target-bearing governance effects rather than by their internal syntax. The central Bell-specific theorem states that every same-target candidate-admissible Bell-governance construction is forced component by component into the certified boundary-compatible standing form on the complete target-active practice. Candidate admissibility does not assume the canonical form at the outset. Instead, target occupancy, lawful transport, standing-flow exclusion, compatibility certification, coordinate-deviation exhaustion, and componentwise closure force exact target-bearing realization and governance equivalence to the canonical representative CP∗C^{*}_{P}CP∗. The target-induced governance quotient therefore has exactly one element. The Bell carrier is treated as a compatible empirical model on a finite measurement cover. Bell-local completion is identified with the existence of a global section, and Bell nonlocality is the obstruction to such a section. The manuscript separates operational marginal invariance, absence of controllable communication, and exclusion of same-domain standing transport. No-signaling is therefore preserved without retyping Bell nonlocality as superluminal communication, metric transport, distant repair, or hidden standing transfer. The finite-dimensional quantum specialization uses the standard bipartite tensor-product and local-POVM carrier. Every separable realization in that carrier is Bell-local; therefore, if the fixed Bell-nonlocal empirical model has such a finite-dimensional quantum realization, every realizing state in that carrier is entangled. Post-quantum Bell-nonlocal no-signaling models remain within the general witness theorem but outside the quantum-entanglement corollary. The accompanying Lean 4 development, release v0.8.0, directly verifies the finite Bell-side witness carrier: denominator-32 vector/Born weights, structural no-signaling, CHSH numerator 808080, all sixteen deterministic local extrema, finite denominator-32 Bell-local-envelope exclusion, and conditional endpoint routing. Its direct witness certificate is vectorBorn_flagship_spine, and its deepest released endpoint is reasonableDeepestFiniteEntanglement_spine. The manuscript-level typed governance interface, empirical lawful groupoid, compatibility equivalence, coordinate-deviation exhaustion, completed role collapse, candidate-to-canonical derivation, and finite-dimensional quantum specialization are not attributed to the released Lean layer. This paper is the Bell-witness member of the paired AASC quantum determinacy arc. The record-side manuscript, Admissible Record Construction in Physically Non-Selective Quantum Regimes, fixes when local physical record occurrences stand as the same evidential record objects. The present manuscript fixes when the Bell operational family sampled by such records stands as the same reusable witness. The paired endpoint is therefore: record-role fixation+Bell-witness compatibility.\text{record-role fixation} + \text{Bell-witness compatibility}.record-role fixation+Bell-witness compatibility. The manuscript is classificatory and eliminative rather than mechanistic. It does not claim that AASC generates the Bell probabilities or supplies a hidden physical influence. Its claim is that reusable Bell-witness determinacy strongly constrains how Bell-nonlocal correlations may be coherently classified on a fixed domain: not as independently complete local states later connected by a mechanism, not as Bell-local hidden-variable value assignments, not as superluminal signaling, and not as same-act repair, but as boundary-level compatibility carried by one standing-preserving Bell witness.
This is Paper 157 in the Anaxiomatic Mechanics / pq-Spacetime stack. It develops a finite structural account of quantum measurement based on boundary-supported record formation, decoherence, and global admissible-history closure. In pq-spacetime, measurement is not a fundamental collapse process. A system, apparatus, environment, and observer become incorporated into an enlarged β-boundary whose dynamics stabilize distinguishable record channels. Environmental coupling suppresses accessible interference between incompatible records, while each observer continuation inherits a definite local outcome through its embedding in one stable β-record ledger. The paper distinguishes this branch-local definiteness from the global structure of the theory. The finite amplitude law and No-Fence Principle do not permit admissible history sectors to be deleted by an additional measurement rule. The global metaobject therefore remains closed over the complete admissible-history structure even though individual observers occupy definite record continuations. Collapse is consequently recovered only as an effective conditional update of local access rather than as an ontological destruction of alternatives. The analysis connects measurement directly to the earlier pq-spacetime treatments of entanglement, decoherence, and black-hole information. In each case, reduced access to part of the admissible-history structure can produce locally mixed or effectively classical descriptions without implying destruction of the globally closed state. Born weights are inherited from the prior no-fence scalarization result rather than introduced as an independent measurement postulate. The Measurement Ledger Theorem summarizes the result: quantum measurement is the formation of stable branch-local β-record ledgers through boundary enlargement; consciousness is not a measurement mechanism; primitive collapse and hidden selectors are unnecessary; pointer states correspond to dynamically stable record channels; and the globally admissible history structure remains closed throughout the measurement process. The resulting picture identifies classicality with persistent, redundant record stability rather than with a separate classical ontology. Definite experimental outcomes and globally closed quantum evolution are therefore treated as complementary aspects of the same finite pq-spacetime dynamics.
