The Signal That Followed the Sky Sidereal Modulation of Directional Entanglement Asymmetry on ibm_fez

Abstract
We report the first observation of sidereal modulation in directional entanglement asymmetry on asuperconducting quantum processor. Using IBM's 156-qubit ibm_fez, we measured the entanglementpenalty ratio (GHZ error / basis error) for qubit groups aligned toward and away from Sagittarius A, the4 × 10⁶ M☉ supermassive black hole at the center of the Milky Way. When Sgr A was at 14° altitudeabove the IBM lab horizon (Yorktown Heights, NY), the drain-aligned qubits held entanglement 2.24×better than anti-aligned qubits. When Sgr A* dropped to 2° altitude approximately 5.7 hours later, thedifferential inverted to 0.86× — the directional advantage disappeared. A concurrent reproducibility testconfirmed that the 3C 31 drain signal (Part 93) remained stable across the same time interval. Theseresults are consistent with a spatially directional coupling between quantum processor entanglement andastrophysical mass concentration, modulated by the apparent sky position of the source. 🌌 Interactive Space Research Assistant: Explore and ask questions about this research interactively with the Quantum Ocean Framework Ai Chat (or talk directly with the Quantum Ocean Framework Ai voice conversation).
