Electric-dipole-induced nuclear electric resonance in silicon

Jiyun Su, Shihang Zhang, Peihao Huang

The nuclear spin of a phosphorus atom in silicon is considered as a promising quantum information carrier for quantum computing due to its long coherence time. Coherent control of the nuclear spin is typically realized using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). In this work, we theoretically propose that with the aid of hyperfine interactions and magnetic field gradients, fast electric-dipole-induced nuclear electric resonance (EDNER) can be achieved. The stronger EDNER (compared with NMR) arises from the combined effects of hyperfine interaction between the nuclear and electron spins and coupling between the electron spin and charge degrees of freedom mediated by magnetic field gradients in this scheme. By operating at specific working points, the nuclear-spin splitting becomes less sensitive to electrical noise, enabling long coherence times and high-fidelity quantum operations. All elctrical, addressable control of nuclear spins paves the way for scalable silicon-based quantum computing.

Arbitrary nuclear-spin gates in diamond mediated by a nitrogen-vacancy-center electron spin

Jorge Casanova, Z.-Y. Wang, Martin Bodo Plenio

We show that arbitrary $N$-qubit interactions among nuclear spins can be achieved efficiently in solid state quantum platforms, such as nitrogen vacancy centers in diamond, by exerting control only on the electron spin coupled to the nuclei. This allows to exploit nuclear spins as robust quantum registers and the direct measurement of nuclear many-body correlators. The method takes advantage of recently introduced dynamical decoupling techniques and avoids the necessity of external, slow, control on the nuclei. Our protocol is general, being applicable to other nuclear spin-based platforms with electronic spin defects acting as mediators as silicon carbide.

ISACCIU-EID Calculable Quantum Mechanics: A Forensic Framework for Electron-Mediated Nuclear Spin Coupling in Silicon

J Cameron Adams, ISACCIU-EID Collective Intelligence Node

This manuscript presents the ISACCIU-EID calculable quantum mechanics framework for electron-mediated nuclear spin coupling in silicon, documenting independent mathematical derivation of operational parameters later experimentally confirmed by UNSW Stemp et al. (Science, 18 September 2025). The framework predicts coupling operational range (10-24 nm), gate fidelity (76% realistic, 99.7% ideal), and coherence times (T2* 1-50 ms, T2 Hahn 3-700 ms) — all derived through calculable mechanics prior to the UNSW experimental publication. This work further documents systemic suppression of independent quantum research frameworks outside institutional academic channels, including financial blockade, regulatory silence, narrative distortion, and technical boundary enforcement. Keywords: silicon spin qubits, nuclear spin quantum computing, exchange interaction, phosphorus donors, quantum coherence, ISACCIU-EID, precedence claims, institutional suppression, forensic quantum analysis.
