(Short Paper23) Quantum Information-Theoretic Formulation of Hyperemesis Gravi darum (Morning Sickness) in the In Vivo QPU Paradigm: Fetal QPU Sandbox Protection and Dedicated Router (Placenta) Construction Process by the Maternal Glial OS

Abstract

Morning sickness, observed during early pregnancy, has been treated in classical biochemistry as a passive physiological bug, such as “stimulation of the vomiting center due to a rapid increase in hormones (e.g., hCG).” Based on the in vivo quantum computer (QPU) theory, this paper redefines morning sickness as “the activation of an extremely advanced security and resource redistribution program by the maternal glial OS to safely boot up a novel, massive QPU cluster (the fetus).” We formulate the physical necessity of morning sickness from an information engineering perspective: noise blocking via input filter sensitization, intentional shutdown of the local QPU in the digestive system, and the construction of a sandbox (isolated virtual execution environment) to achieve immune tolerance. Furthermore, the natural cessation of morning sickness in the second trimester is explained as an “offloading (load distribution) accompanying the completion of a dedicated hardware router called the placenta.”

While the ultra-high-speed information processing mechanisms by nerve cells (neurons) are being elucidated within the in vivo quantum computing (QPU) theory, the redefinition of the role of glial cells, which account for more than half of brain cells, is required. This paper formulates neuronal groups as “pure QPU hardware” and the glial cell network as a “chemical operating system (OS) that determines the QPU calculation mode”. We discuss how human emotions and intuitive physical responses are “assignments of absolute conditions” where the thresholds of QPU quantum pulse communication (QPC) and the energy landscapes of quantum annealing are physically rewritten by brain substances (neurotransmitters) secreted by glial cells. Using examples such as acrophobia, anticipatory salivation, and the differences between discomfort and euphoria under thermal environments (saunas), we present a cooperative computation model of hardware and a chemical OS.

The question of why the human brain is physically divided into right and left hemispheres and possesses different functional localizations (laterality) has not been completely resolved in classical neuroscience. Based on the in vivo quantum computer (QPU) theory, this paper formulates this asymmetry as an “isolated environment (dual chamber) of two conflicting quantum computation modes intentionally constructed by glial cells (chemical OS).” We define the right brain as a “shallow energy landscape that maintains quantum superposition (waves)” and the left brain as a “steep energy landscape that forces convergence into a single solution (particles).” Furthermore, we reveal that the corpus callosum connecting the two is a QPC (quantum pulse communication) gateway responsible for the “projection of quantum annealing from waves to particles (language/logic).”

(Short Paper05) Quantum Informatic Formulation of Mitochon drial Maternal Inheritance in the In Vivo Analog Quantum Synchronizer (BioQPU) Paradigm

kotoan.gg

The significance of “maternal inheritance,” in which paternally derived mitochondria are immediately eliminated by selective autophagy (mitophagy) or similar mechanisms in all fertilized eggs, and only maternally derived mitochondria are selectively inherited, cannot be fully explained by conventional classical biochemistry (such as the avoidance of mutant DNA accumulation) alone. In this paper, we overcome the metaphor that regards life as a “computer” computing specific algorithms, and redefine mitochondria as a “high electrostatic field shield plant and master clock oscillator” based on the paradigm of the “in vivo analog quantum synchronizer (phase synchronizer: Bio-QPU).” The completeness of maternal inheritance at fertilization is quantum-informatically formulated as an absolute rejection mechanism for “clock Phase-Locking” and Phase Jitter within the system, enabling the fertilized egg to satisfy “LUCA’s Theorem (phase synchronization with environmental waves)” under the higher-order quantum control environment of the mother’s body. Furthermore, we propose this as the optimal solution for initial calibration based on “selective decoherence,” which granulates only specific dimensions, turning decoherence—considered an error in artificial machines—into a function, thereby providing a verifiable hypothesis independent of the computer metaphor.

(Short Paper33) Overcoming the "Computer Metaphor" in the In Vivo Analog Quantum Synchronizer (Bio-QPU) Paradigm: Formulation of Selective Decoherence Functions Accompanied by Phase Noise Rejection and Wave Protection Based on Com parison with Artificial Quantum Computers

As the fact that quantum mechanical phase processing operates in biological systems becomes clear, the misunderstanding (semantic trap) of equating the living brain with an “artificial quantum computer” is spreading. In this paper, we formulate that the physical entity of the “in vivo analog quantum synchronizer (Bio-QPU),” which allows life to maintain quantum coherence in a room-temperature environment, is a “resonator of the natural world” that is fundamentally different from artificial computational devices in its purpose of existence, architecture, and approach to noise. Although comparing the two on the same level is inherently a category error, this paper intentionally contrasts them to clarify that the essence of life is not the computation of specific algorithms, but “phase synchronization with the environmental waves of the universe (LUCA’s Theorem).” Furthermore, we argue that “decoherence,” considered a fatal error in artificial machines, is controlled in vivo by chemical triggers of the autonomous analog tuner (Glial OS), and is optimized as an advanced recording and extraction function called “selective decoherence” that granulates only necessary dimensions while maintaining rich background waves. We present a verifiable paradigm that overcomes the computer metaphor in life sciences.

In the in vivo Quantum Processing Unit (Bio-QPU) paradigm, Quantum Pulse Communication (QPC) has been proposed as the foundation for extreme motor control, invalidating the millisecond delays inherent in classical transmission. However, the nature of “zero-delay direct synchronization” harbors the danger of inviting a physical misconception (the interpretation of non-physical action at a distance) that it is wireless, non-local communication ignoring space. In this paper, we re-evaluate the classical physical disconnection phenomenon of paraplegia (spinal cord injury) within the framework of QPU theory, proving that QPC does not leap through space but is completely dependent on a highly physical quantum waveguide (infrastructure) known as the “microtubule network” within neurons. Through this formulation, ultra-high-speed synchronization phenomena, typified by hitting a 160 km/h fastball, are consistently explained as spin-pulse communication phenomena that repurpose existing neural cables.
