Abstract

Starting from the single-axis relational update established in the preceding papers, we analyze a fixed-axis, radial-coefficient branch in which formation, sustained maintenance, and phase transport are generated by the same law. We derive memberwise and family recovery bounds, sufficient times to prescribed tolerances, phase-matched maintenance trajectories, and initial-condition sensitivity of the maintained phase. The fixed-axis spectrum yields exact reconstruction identities for the transverse radial rate, circulation magnitude, and axial excess rate, together with a maintenance-condition factorization. For coupled source-detector blocks, an invariant linear graph d=Kx requires the Riccati-type compatibility condition C+EK-KA-KBK=0; this condition is not a unique constitutive selector. A residual projection criterion characterizes preservation of the inherited single-axis three-channel operator class, while the nonlinear graph-error equation gives sufficient local contraction and recovery bounds. A target-adaptive kernel condition separates full-state reconstruction from recovery of a declared observable. The appendices delimit the observation interface: rotation-representation compatibility does not identify physical spin, and symmetric second-moment shape does not uniquely determine polarization. EC-IV-01 is retained separately as a fixed-setting held-out experimental protocol. No laboratory measurement, unique constitutive law, or completed quantum measurement derivation is claimed.

added; unclosed consequences remain explicitly OPEN. This paper develops the interaction, phase-transport and identification components of the All-Domain Framework (ADF), which seeks a common account of microscopic and macroscopic formation and maintenance. The framework takes multi-frequency immaterial angular-momentum dynamic structures as the sole fundamental constituents of existence and states: dynamics is existence; without dynamics, there is no existence. Within a declared lowest-order local two-axis second-order tensor class, seven independent operator forms are obtained for non-collinear axes. Their unital real associative algebra is the full real three-by-three matrix algebra; this is not a completeness theorem for quantum states. Integrable real linear evolution has positive fundamental-matrix determinant at finite times, a constraint distinct from algebraic generation and from time irreversibility. The ideal phase–vector interface gives an inverse geometry, a chord-factorization obstruction and a complete conditional circle-map family. On a fixed-axis radial branch, an explicit formation-phase correction transports supplied initial phase data while retaining its winding. Oriented finite cross geometry identifies sampled relative phases; finite samples do not identify an unrestricted phase function or its winding. Tensor-side descriptors are complete in the declared class, but the frequency-side audit does not supply the matching layer actions. The physical layer–form mapping therefore remains OPEN / STOP. Coefficient selection, actual initial preparation, global probability weights, experimental correlations and single-record generation are not derived. The front comparison states precisely which answers are mathematical, which are conditional and which remain research objectives. The Natural Dual-Axis Structure of Observation: Categorical Foundations and Consequences for Quantum Theory

Xianwei Meng

When the conditions under which a record is formed remain fixed, a physical theory may represent that record completely by a unary law of the state observed. This paper asks what structure is forced when the same independently certified physical identity gives different complete records under different formation conditions. The initial datum distinguishes two typed empirical roles, while the state identity of the formation side is derived from its complete behavior. Failure of factorization through the first projection proves that the formation-side role cannot be deleted. The complete row and column behaviors of the primitive law then determine two kernel pairs and their coequalizers. Unique descent retains every observable distinction while removing every redundant label, and the resulting realization is terminal among all exact role-preserving realizations. The product pairs the reduced roles; a pullback extracts the combinations on which records can actually be formed. Only after these steps does exponential transposition identify each surviving formation class with one complete response map. The resulting bijection supplies the state criterion and establishes the observation-state object. Compatibility with the antecedent theory preserves the independently given physical state space and yields the physical–observation law in which a fact is generated jointly by the state observed and the state of observation. The same construction gives exact criteria for conditional, label-free, and joint identifiability and selects the same-source pullback on which transport may subsequently be defined. A nonzero coherent response on that pullback yields the phase-transport fundamental equation, the first fundamental equation written directly on observation space. Quantum theory subsequently enriches this canonical interface. Coherent response and full circular phase select the complex field; reversible binary mixing yields CP1 ∼= S2 ; independent composition creates the four-dimensional event domain; response-event identity glues probabilities across complete contexts; and Gleason representation with marginal consistency gives the Born trace pairing. The two-qubit correlation tensor then yields the singlet cosine law, the CHSH inequality, the Tsirelson bound, and the Horodecki spectral criterion. Bell violation is thereby identified with the absence of a positive global answer section across incompatible observation states. The quantum formalism is thereby closed into one architecture: complex state geometry describes coherent physical possibility, complete observation states specify the ways in which facts may form, the Born interface joins them, and quantum instruments carry a realized fact into subsequent dynamics. Fixed observation sections recover classical unary laws, while smooth equivariant enrichment lifts relativistic frame geometry and internal gauge geometry to the same joint domain. The central result is ontological. Physobser Theory admits observation into objective physical reality not as a mind, an external readout, or a perturbation, but as an irreducible state-bearing axis; a fact is generated at its lawful interface with physical state. Category theory is the proof instrument. The discovered physical content is the dual-axis constitution of facts, which supplies a common foundation for quantum, classical, relativistic, and gauge physics.

Derivation of the Angular Correlation Law and Construction of Joint Probabilities for Quantum Entanglement

Hailing Sheng

This paper derives the angular correlation law and constructs joint probabilities for quantum entanglement within the All-Domain Framework (ADF). It presents explicit mathematical results, readout exclusion results, and experimental analysis procedures. Main results Angular correlation law. Starting from the invariant graph d = Kx and the Riccati compatibility condition C + EK − KA − KBK = 0, the paper derives the cross-moment identity Qxd = QxKᵀ. On the anti-relational isotropic branch K = −I and Qx = sI, the normalized continuous correlation is exactly ρ(a,b) = −a·b. Joint-probability construction. A deterministic measurable partition of the maintenance circle is constructed with four outcome-region measures μ(RAB) = (1 − ABc)/4. The construction gives unbiased local marginals and ⟨AB⟩ = −c. Under the identification c = a·b, it reproduces the angular correlation and the standard CHSH value 2√2. Readout exclusion results. Seven candidate mechanisms are audited under their stated assumptions. The results identify why passive isotropic averaging, local hard thresholds, and the examined dynamical mechanisms do not independently generate the required four-sector outcome law. Experimental analysis methods. The paper provides graph reconstruction from measured cross moments, anti-relational residual tests, independent isotropy tests, and continuous-correlation reconstruction. Calibration is separated from testing against the target correlations. Synthetic numerical verification. The reported tests demonstrate branch discrimination, graph-inversion convergence, and sensitivity to noise. A hard-sign negative control identifies a systematic discrepancy between local threshold readout and the target joint probabilities. The continuous-correlation derivation and joint-partition existence theorem are established mathematical results under the specified conditions. Physical analyzer-setting transduction and dynamical generation of individual binary outcomes remain explicitly identified interfaces for further work. The numerical results use synthetic data. This illustrated edition contains 20 pages, including six vector figures.

Admissible Record Construction in Physically Non-Selective Quantum Regimes

Amos Maley

A Kernel-Role Determinacy Theorem for Record Fixation, Fixed-Domain Quotients, and Boundary-Trace Normal Form This paper specializes the AASC kernel to the construction and use of quantum measurement records. Its central question is not initially how outcomes are produced, whether a wavefunction collapses, or which interpretation of quantum theory is correct. It asks what must be fixed for a measurement record to function as the same determinate physical and evidential object across retention, prospective use, deliberation, comparison, and report. For any non-degenerate determinate physical object, state, carrier, transformation, record, comparison, or endpoint, the paper takes the governing kernel to be: NDObj(x) ⇒ K(x) = (Adm, Stand, Ref, Irr). Admissibility, standing, reference, and irreversibility are therefore treated as necessary role conditions of determinate record use, not as an optional interpretive overlay added to an otherwise complete physical description. Measurement-record determinacy The manuscript constructs a fixed-domain measurement-record target in which a record must preserve: reference to the same construction token; standing-bearing evidential eligibility; admissible reuse; original act-time qualification; lawful redescription; retained and prospective record use; deliberative and comparative use; reportability and downstream inheritance. The resulting assignment space is quotiented by equivalence of standing-bearing measurement-record content. A rival quotient claiming exactly the same content collapses to the canonical measurement-record quotient. Representational differences that preserve the complete role content are treated as skin; differences affecting record identity, evidential ordering, admissibility, continuation, or downstream use remain physically relevant. Physically non-selective quantum regimes The paper then studies a physically non-selective quantum regime containing unitary branching, entanglement, decoherence, branch-local records, and stable local reports. The central result is conditional and target-specific: The bare unitary-entangling-decohering package can support multiple stable branch-local records without supplying a unique standing evidential record for the fixed construction-relative target. This is not a claim that branch-local records are unreal, unstable, or physically useless. It is a distinction between: physical occurrence of branch-local record structures; local branch-relative reportability; evidential role fixation for a record reused as the same standing object across the measurement practice. The paper shows that non-selective structures may agree on branch weights, density content, decoherence, correlations, instrument sums, channel closure, effect weights, projector orthogonality, and repeatability without selecting one fine record as the standing evidential record. Fixed-domain quotient and fixation commutation The theorem ladder establishes: fixed-domain assignment-space forcing; exact quotient construction for standing-bearing record content; same-scope equivalence collapse; fixation commutation under admissible transformation; inheritance of the original qualification requirement; persistence-bearing reuse; asymmetry exhaustion; anti-weakening; selector exhaustion. If evidential ordering varies across admissible assignments while the target requires one fixed-domain ordering, the ordering is not defined on that scope merely because numerical values or branch-local reports happen to coincide. The paper therefore treats measurement-record fixation as prior to the theory-level evidential reuse that depends on it. Boundary-trace normal form After internal and provenance/indexical routes have been exhausted, the residual same-domain route is a singleton stable boundary trace. Such a trace is not collapse dynamics, hidden-variable selection, or a new physical mechanism. It is an admissibility-preserving role anchor that can fix a record-bearing assignment only when its channel, incidence, transport law, original authority, and singleton-positive condition are independently warranted. The result distinguishes: sound partial selection from complete role fixation; unique trace value from unique original occupant; class-valued record fixation from raw-token fixation; later discovery of an original qualification from retroactive repair; physical record occurrence from standing evidential identity. Finite quantum specialization The paper occupies the abstract structure with an explicit finite two-branch quantum measurement domain containing: two outcomes; two fine records and one merged record; denominator-two branch weights; a balanced integer-amplitude state; density-table realization; selective and non-selective instrument maps; environment-record maps; projective branch maps; complementary effects; zero-product projectors; repeatability operations. On the declared balanced witness, amplitude weights, density weights, branch-map traces, effect weights, pointer records, instrument records, environment records, and channel records agree on the same branch architecture. Selective surfaces preserve the fine-record distinction. Non-selective surfaces agree only on the merged record. The fine records therefore remain separated, while the declared non-selective surfaces supply no singleton fine-record selector. The finite selector-boundary theorem eliminates the disjunction of candidate hidden selectors across the state, instrument, environment, channel, effect, and repeatability surfaces. The resulting diagnosis is precise: the missing structure is admissible fine-record role fixation, not further branch production, weighting, decoherence, stabilization, or repeatability. Scope and non-claims The manuscript establishes a finite, conditional, manuscript-facing theorem. It does not claim: to derive Hilbert-space quantum mechanics; to derive general POVM theory; to derive full projection-valued-measure theory; to reconstruct the full operator algebra; to provide a general Kraus representation theorem; to reconstruct complete positivity; to derive the continuum Born rule; to derive universal physical decoherence theory; to introduce a new collapse dynamics; to prove that no physical collapse process occurs in nature; to prove physical branch selection; to establish interpretive truth; to classify every possible physical measurement mechanism. The absence of a hidden selector on the declared finite non-selective surfaces is therefore not a theorem that no physical collapse or selection process can occur elsewhere. It is the finite theorem that those declared surfaces do not themselves supply the required fine-record selector. Relation to quantum interpretations The result does not deny the practical success of quantum theory, decoherence, branch-relative reporting, instrumental updates, or decision-theoretic methods. A practice aimed only at prediction, branch-local reporting, or instrumental updating may be a different target from the construction-relative record use studied here. If a theory claims to underwrite retained, prospective, deliberative, and evidential reuse of the same record-bearing construction token, it must preserve the relevant kernel roles and admit a standing-bearing fixation regime. Bare Everettian dynamics, without additional dynamics, ontological privileging, or admissible restriction to one constructional class, supplies no fine-record selector on the declared target. A strategy that preserves non-selective physics while restricting admissible record-fixation assignments belongs to a restriction-to-one-constructional-class route. Instrumentalist and QBist strategies instead reduce or redirect the target explanatory burden. Role in the AASC programme This paper provides the record-fixation layer of the AASC Quantum Determinacy Pair. Its companion Bell-scope work addresses the compatibility and no-signaling side of quantum witness determinacy. Together, the pair treats quantum records and witnesses as kernel-governed standing structures rather than as automatically determinate physical occurrences. The paper’s principal contribution is to identify the first failure point in a physically non-selective measurement regime: The initial problem is not necessarily the production of branch-local outcomes. It is the admissible fixation of the record role through which outcomes are retained, reported, remembered, compared, and used as evidence. The public Lean 4 formalization is synchronized with the finite measurement-boundary release v0.9.1 and provides the finite artifact for the declared effect, projector, compatibility, closed-stack, boundary-certificate, and audit layers. Recovery of Standard Limits Without a Global Reducer: Unitary Matter, Newtonian Sourcing, and the One Calibration of an Adopted Classical-Quantum Kernel

Tomoyuki Uchida

This paper is the forty-second in a sequence developing an interpretive framework that redescribes physical reality as a causally consistent history of information updates rather than as a collection of independently existing objects. It is the recovery panel of the twelfth grouping — the U3 construction program — and it adopts nothing new. Paper 41 adopted, at the claim level L3-A defined there, the common record-history kernel P_ker (one classical-quantum GKSL-type generator whose fixed Lindblad operators are export-event operators driven by a classical, adapted record-export intensity), computed a nonempty admissible coefficient space, and left four obligations to this paper: the recovery conditions RC1/RC2a/RC2b and the single calibration RC3, under a binding ledger (one calibration, spent on lambda_dec only; lambda_diff carried as a gate-bounded prediction band; thresholds never re-tuned). This paper executes them. RC1 is proved as a theorem: in any sector containing no certified export channels, the kernel's matter/order dynamics is exactly unitary — a sector statement, not a coefficient limit, and not a claim that unexported mass ceases to gravitate. RC2a is proved as a bounded-residual theorem: the Newtonian baseline drift is fixed by definition to the imported Newtonian classical-quantum mean dynamics, the export correction is shown to be cell-mean-zero by the decomposition bookkeeping (with the adopted sourcing law's first moment checked — a real failure mode, not realized), and the residual mean-source shift is dipole-suppressed below every declared class tolerance delta_g(class); the honest status row records that no current class co-locates audited export density with a Newtonian-verification measurement, so the world-side probe is today bounded, not probed. RC2b is split in advance: an executed compatibility check — the Jacobson-route hypotheses of Paper 36 reduced row by row to declared criteria with declared tolerances, of which the normalization row is satisfied (G an input, never an output), the entropy-monotonicity row is satisfied under a displayed record-basis pinching condition, and the local-equilibrium and Clausius-defect rows are fixed as criteria whose concrete exhibition and evaluation are assigned to Paper 43's audit program (no row failed; the which-entropy circularity imported as a live defect) — and a typed covariant debt (relativistic microcausality, dressed sources, species), named and not discharged. RC3 is spent exactly once, on the single calibration benchmark declared before any dephasing datum was consumed: the measured measurement-induced dephasing of a dispersively read superconducting qubit (Schuster et al. 2005; channel model Gambetta et al. 2006). The audit is non-vacuous by construction: certified exports are the output-port photons insofar as their field modes are amplified into the retained quadrature record at the declared grain — the certified intensity is nu_eff = eta_cert kappa nbar with eta_cert = eta_ext eta_rec, the output coupling times the record-chain efficiency, both declared as intervals — and the per-event pointer-overlap deficit is computed from the device's spectroscopic parameters (2 chi / kappa = 1.0, so the which-state information is fully exported per photon). The declared linear fit proves mathematically inapplicable at this device's measurement strength, so the extraction is executed as a documented protocol-deviation conservative bound — a declared-tolerance ceiling read against the source's own validated line-shape model, from text-stated quantities only, with a full sensitivity table — and the source's data show no excess dephasing beyond that model: the calibration returns not a point but the pre-declared gate-truncated band Lambda_cal = [5e-5, 2.1], computed at the conservative corner of the declared inputs (including the record-chain efficiency) so the dominant systematics sit inside the band; the two bookkeepings of standard budget and kernel excess are ledger-distinct while the physical carriers may overlap. The band is nonempty, so the normalization survives: lambda_dec is bounded above, for the first time, by a declared-tolerance reading of laboratory line-shape data (a factor of five below Paper 41's illustrative interferometric ceiling at the most conservative record-chain reading, tightening to a factor of fifty under the architecture-level reading), lambda_dec = 0 is never carried (the trade-off floor truncates from below), and the normalized kernel — the lambda_dec band, the lambda_diff prediction band, the computed order coefficient, the unchanged thresholds — is handed to Paper 43. The retired authority is the Global Reducer: the demand that an adopted dynamics earn its standing only by a globally certified exact reduction of the established theories. Its methodological face falls to the construction — exact-but-sector-relative unitarity, on-average Newtonian sourcing over declared classes, imported-route compatibility at declared order, and declared-calibration normalization are how correspondence is legitimately held; its substantive face (one true global reduction) is declined, not refuted. Every result is conditional on P_ker; the calibration datum is spent, never scored; no gate is crossed and no U3 is claimed.

Variational Backbone and Regime Closures XI (QM): Quantum Probability as a Retained Readout in the Conservative Reading Hilbert/Born compatibility, measurement update, and Bell audit

Yunbeom Yi

Part XI places the standard quantum probability and measurement package inside theVBRC representation layer. The paper does not claim that quantum mechanics is the uniquemicroscopic law of the unread side, nor does it identify the unread coordinate with a hiddenphysical sector. In accordance with Part I, unread content reaches retained physics onlythrough a licensed summaryFXI = ΣXI(IXII), ΣXI := ΣHXI,PXI ,with any first-order formulaFXI = DXIIIXIItreated as a representative realization rather than as a universal primitive. The starting point is an already generated R3 retained channel, inherited from the lawgeneration papers. Part XI asks how this retained channel becomes a quantum observationinstance. The core result is that, once a normalized retained protocol weight, possiblyrepresented by a Hilbert state or by a configuration density/current under an additional localconfiguration gate, and a readout channel are declared, outcome probabilities are obtainedas pushforwards and conditional laws of the declared observation protocol:νt = (Πδobs)#µt.Thus probability is not inserted as a new structural force; it is the protocol-level readout ofpartial observation under IIP.The usual Born, PVM/POVM, and measurement-update formulas are then recorded asthe standard Hilbert-compatible branch:pk = Tr(ρEk), ρ 7→ ρk,under the declared positivity, normalization, event-additivity, and update gates. Theseformulas are not presented as a derivation of a unique microscopic ontology, but as thecompatibility readout by which the retained R3 channel agrees with ordinary quantummechanics where the Hilbert/Born gates are valid. Finally, Part XI records the EPR/Bell compatibility condition. VBRC does not posita local hidden-variable factorization behind the retained readout. Bell-violating quantumcorrelations are therefore not excluded by the framework; they are handled by the standardbipartite Hilbert/Born readout, while local factorizing hidden-variable representations areclassified as incompatible gates for the quantum branch.

Keywords AASC; measurement problem; quantum measurement; measurement-record fixation; physically non-selective regimes; Everettian non-selection; record-role determinacy; fixed-domain quotient; standing equivalence; boundary-trace fixation; selector exhaustion; decoherence; branch-local records; admissibility and irreversibility; Lean 4 formalization
