Universal Constraint Geometry: Entanglement as Manifold Coherence

Abstract

This paper reconstructs quantum entanglement as the local expression of a universal constraint geometry inherent to a single generative manifold. Instead of treating entanglement as a dyadic relation between two particles, the paper shows that entangled systems inherit a shared constraint region from a global constraint field that spans all degrees of freedom. Collapse occurs across beloskrasis, the boundary between unrealized configurations and resolved events, producing joint resolution without nonlocal signaling. The framework dissolves the appearance of nonlocality by demonstrating that collapse is not a subsystem‑specific event but a global resolution of the manifold’s constraint geometry. Entanglement, dark matter, dark energy, spacetime curvature, and temporal generation are unified as scale‑specific manifestations of the same operator‑level structure. The universe is presented as a single coherent manifold whose ontology consists of generative potential, constraint geometry, shared constraint regions, and beloskrasis as the operator that produces actuality. This operator‑level ontology provides a unified structural interpretation of quantum correlation, cosmological phenomena, and temporal generation, revealing entanglement as the most direct window into the universe’s generative architecture.

Quantum Mechanics: A Relational Redefinition

Denis Bailey

This paper develops a relational framework that reinterprets quantum mechanics as the behavior of a continuous generative field governed by the propagation and resolution of orientation under constraint. In this account, superposition reflects unresolved constraint geometry, collapse arises when constraint stabilizes and forces coherence to resolve, tunneling emerges from the propagation of constrained orientation through regions of elevated constraint density, and entanglement results from shared constraint boundaries that enforce joint coherence resolution across separation. Probability is reframed as coherence‑weighting across unresolved resolution paths, and the classical limit appears when constraint geometry becomes sufficiently stable to produce deterministic updates. The wavefunction is interpreted as a mathematical encoding of coherence across constraint geometry rather than a physical object or epistemic state. This unified mechanism dissolves the conceptual divides between classical, quantum, electromagnetic, and energetic behavior, situating all physical phenomena within a single operator framework grounded in the continuous structure of the relational field. The result is a coherent, mechanism‑level redefinition of quantum mechanics that integrates its core phenomena without invoking discontinuities, intrinsic randomness, or dual ontologies.

Quantum Mechanics as Constraint Geometry: A Structural Interpretation of Superposition, Measurement, and Nonlocality

Denis Bailey

Quantum mechanics is mathematically complete but conceptually burdened by a discrete‑state ontology that the formalism itself does not require. This paper reframes superposition, measurement, and nonlocality as structural features of unresolved and resolved constraint geometry in continuous fields. In this interpretation, a quantum state is not a catalogue of simultaneous possibilities but the orientation of an unresolved constraint region; measurement is the stabilization of that region under new constraints; and entanglement reflects a single unresolved region spanning multiple subsystems. The standard Hilbert‑space formalism remains unchanged—linearity, projection, the Born rule, and tensor structure all arise naturally from the geometry of unresolved continuity. This framework dissolves the paradoxes associated with collapse, wavefunction ontology, and nonlocal influence, yielding a unified, minimal, and physically intuitive account of quantum behavior that preserves the full empirical power of quantum mechanics while eliminating its metaphysical burdens.

Paper 41 — Generative Law: Quantum Entanglement as Minimal Law Engineering

Mortaza Zabihi

Quantum entanglement is traditionally presented as a paradoxical feature of microscopic reality, often associated with non-locality, state collapse, or information transfer without mediation. This paper adopts a different position. It treats entanglement not as a physical anomaly, but as a reproducible and engineerable mechanism arising from collective admissibility constraints. Within the Generative Law framework, entanglement is reinterpreted as the construction of a shared law-domain that binds multiple entities to a single admissibility structure. Commitment occurs at the configuration level rather than at the level of individual entities, producing correlated records without invoking signaling, hidden variables, or ontological superposition. The paper develops entanglement as the simplest experimentally accessible instance of law engineering. It analyzes how experimental conditions instantiate restricted law-domains, how isolation and boundary enforcement enable collective commitment, and why scalability is limited by law leakage rather than by particle count. By reframing entanglement as a law-level mechanism rather than a state-level property, this work positions it as a foundational tool for studying admissibility formation. Entanglement thus becomes not a resolved paradox, but a prototype for generative architectures that govern commitment in complex systems. Resolving the Quantum–Gravity Conflict: A Generative Ontology of Physical Regimes

David Michael Doy

This report presents a stand‑alone generative resolution of the long‑standing conflict between quantum theory and general relativity. Instead of treating spacetime or probability as fundamental, the framework introduces possibility—existing in latent and realised modes—as the underlying substrate from which physical behaviour emerges. Quantum evolution, collapse, gravitational curvature, thermodynamic restructuring, and macroscopic identity are shown to be phase‑specific expressions of a single generative process. The central construct is the phase field, which governs transitions between predictive, collapse, geometric, developmental, and identity‑stabilising regimes. Quantum behaviour arises when predictive continuation and collapse dominate; gravitational behaviour emerges when stabilised realisation induces generative curvature; thermodynamic and renormalisation‑group behaviour appear in intermediate developmental regimes.By deriving quantum, gravitational, thermodynamic, and classical limits from the same generative law, the report dissolves the apparent contradictions between unitary evolution, collapse, curvature, locality, and nonlocality. The result is a unified ontology and dynamics in which probability, geometry, and identity are emergent rather than fundamental. The document is fully self‑contained and does not assume familiarity with previous work.

Non-Separable Constraint: A Constraint-Theoretic Account of Quantum Entanglement and the Structure of Non-Local Possibility

Paul D Prideaux

Quantum entanglement confronts any realist account of temporal becoming with a precise challenge. If measurement on one member of an entangled pair determines the state of its distant partner, and if temporal becoming consists in the localised closure of possibility spaces along worldlines, then the correlations between spatially separated measurement outcomes appear to require either a privileged global simultaneity or a superluminal causal mechanism — both of which conflict with special relativity. This paper argues that Constraint Theory (CT) — the thesis, established by transcendental argument, that constraint is the ontological primitive constitutive of determinate existence as such — resolves this challenge by identifying the correct ontological level at which the entangled pair must be described. An entangled pair is not two distinct entities connected by an invisible thread; it is a single, non-separable constraint profile whose possibility space has not yet been closed into distinct token-level actualities. Measurement on one wing of the pair is a localised constraint-closure event that modifies the structure of the joint possibility space, leaving the remaining possibility space at the other wing structurally restricted. This structural restriction is not a causal signal propagating across space; it is a topological consequence of the non-separability of the joint profile itself. The account is consistent with special relativity, with the no-communication theorem, and with Bell’s theorem. It does not introduce hidden variables, does not require a preferred simultaneity frame, and does not invoke wave-function collapse as an ad hoc primitive. The paper situates the account relative to Everettian, Bohmian, GRW, relational, and QBist interpretations, and connects the entanglement account to the CT treatment of temporal becoming developed in the companion paper on time.

Paper 42 — Generative Law: Limits of Entanglement Scalability

Mortaza Zabihi

Entanglement is commonly treated as a uniquely quantum resource whose limitations are attributed to environmental disturbance, system size, or decoherence. Such explanations, however, fail to identify a principled boundary between quantum and classical behavior. This paper proposes a different account: entanglement does not break down because systems become larger, but because the laws required to sustain entanglement become too complex to remain isolated and enforceable. Within the Generative Law framework, entanglement is reinterpreted as the enforcement of a single admissible law across multiple entities. Scaling entanglement therefore corresponds to scaling a global law under increasing constraint density. We show that this scaling encounters a fundamental limit: beyond a certain complexity threshold, admissibility constraints proliferate faster than they can be coherently maintained, leading to inevitable law leakage and the emergence of classical behavior. This analysis reframes the quantum–classical boundary as a law-complexity threshold rather than an ontological divide. Classicality appears not as a distinct regime of reality, but as the natural outcome of failed global law enforcement under complexity growth. No appeal to wavefunction realism, collapse postulates, or observer-dependent ontology is required. This article is part of a broader theoretical program investigating the emergence of spacetime, geometry, and physical structure from the ψ–Θ–χ continuum.
