Event Density - the Itemized Theory and Tiered-Claims Ledger Companion to the Event Density Report. The Report makes the argument. This is the document is the accounting and quick reference. Every load-bearing claim in the Event Density corpus appears here once, with at least three things attached: what tier it holds, what it rests on, and where to find the full paper. The tier grammar is strict. Derived means forced from the thirteen primitives with no paper-specific postulate - nothing else qualifies. Grounded means form-forced given a stated input or a declared postulate, and names it. D-via-I means the form is derived and the numbers are inherited. Inherited names where a value came from. Open states what would close it. A claim tiered Grounded tells a reader exactly which postulate to attack. A claim tiered Inherited is not pretending to be a prediction. The 51 Open rows are gaps the program declared openly. Where to start: The Core Predictions tab - the falsifiable bets, and the shortest route to a real objection. Then Ledger w Claims tab - the full 439, sortable by tier, folder, or what a row rests on. The Tier Key defines the grammar; Postulate Flags lists what the postulated rows actually assume. What this is not. Not peer-reviewed. No prediction is confirmed. Two structural questions are open, one prerequisite is unproven, and the dimensionless constants are inherited by design and by argument. Read it adversarially. It was built to be read that way.

Event Density (ED) is a physics-ontology program built on a single architectural inversion: where standard physics starts from reversible microscopic laws and treats the arrow of time as an emergent, statistical feature, ED takes commitment-irreversibility as a primitive. The arrow is not derived; it is postulated at the substrate level, and reversibility is the approximate, downstream feature. Everything the program builds: projective measurement, the emergent metric, spinors, gauge groups, black-hole horizons, the Yang–Mills mass gap, is an account of what a discrete relational substrate (a participation graph of chains and channels carrying bandwidth and polarity, governed by thirteen enumerated primitives) produces once that one inversion is imposed. This document is a program review, not a derivation and not a proof. It maps the shape of the argument across roughly 125 papers written since the program's pivot to its current thirteen-primitive framing, in fourteen sections: the substrate itself; then quantum mechanics, the matter sector (gauge groups, spin, chirality, dimensionality), Yang–Mills, gravity, black holes and information, and cosmology; followed by the unifying coarse-graining "layers" lens, substrate-level stress tests, the program's predictions and falsifiers, its open fronts, and a closing epistemic argument. Its purpose is to let a reader judge what ED actually claims, at what confidence, which claims are checkable now, and where the program's honest edges lie, without first reading the papers behind it. The review inherits the corpus's tiering discipline rather than relaxing it for narrative. Every substantive claim carries the verdict assigned by its source paper — derived, structural, account, or measured — together with the orthogonal split of form-forced versus value-inherited (the substrate is claimed to fix the form of a law and the relation between scales, not to conjure absolute constants from nothing). Two positions are stated up front and applied throughout: the primitives are carried, not proven, and no paper in the corpus derives them; and consilience; reproducing what standard physics already has, is treated as evidence of internal coherence only, while divergence, where the substrate reaches a genuine wall or makes a claim nothing else makes, is weighed as the real test. Several documented negatives (places the substrate cannot reproduce a standard continuum object without an assumption the program refuses to smuggle in) are reported as such, as evidence of the program's health rather than its failure.
Event Density (ED) is a 13-Primitive Generative Substrate Ontology — a substrate-ontology research program in the lineage of 't Hooft's cellular-automaton interpretation of QM, Wolfram's Ruliad / hypergraph-rewriting program, and the causal-set program (Sorkin et al.). ED is NOT in the operational-reconstruction lineage of Hardy (2001), CDP (2011), Masanes-Müller (2011), or Coecke-Kissinger (2017), which derives finite-dimensional QM by closed proofs. ED asks a single foundational question: can the diverse phenomena of physics — quantum mechanics, gauge theory, gravity, black holes, turbulence, decoherence, entanglement — be generated from a small, well-specified substrate ontology? The program's answer is conditional: yes, given thirteen posited primitives (P01–P13) and a kernel calculus built from two substrate-level memory kernels (V1: finite-width retarded; V5: cross-chain finite-memory). This whitepaper is the program's public-facing front door. It introduces the 13 primitives, the kernel calculus, the substrate→continuum bridge (Diffusion Coarse-Graining Theorem, Paper_073, at verdict tier M3 within a hydrodynamic-window regime assumption), and the architecture of eight structurally complete research arcs (quantum kinematics, form-level QFT, gravity, black holes, Q-Compute limits, entanglement, soft matter / Navier-Stokes, foundational kernel theory). Methodological signature: form-FORCED / value-INHERITED with a three-tier verdict grammar (M1 / M2 / M3). Structural forms are derived from substrate primitives + explicitly-declared paper-specific postulates; numerical values are inherited from empirical matching. Each paper carries a load-bearing-step audit table labeling every claim. The program's most ambitious recent synthesis is the Substrate-Cosmology Boundary Unification (SCBU) and its six-paper ED-SC 4.x extension arc. SCBU is offered as the framework's organizing structural hypothesis: that the black-hole horizon, cosmic decoupling surface, deep-MOND acceleration scale, quantum-computing coherence threshold, soft-matter hydrodynamic Q-factor, and substrate-scale fixed-point are projections of a single substrate-cosmology boundary at R_H = c/H_0. The load-bearing derivation closing the synthesis (Route A: substrate-derived ℓ_V5(H_0)) is currently OPEN; SCBU is an organizing schema, not a closed cross-arc derivation. The program is falsifiable. The sharpest currently-clean empirical falsifier is the BTFR slope-4 relation with zero intrinsic scatter in the deep-MOND asymptotic (Paper_031), testable against existing galaxy-rotation-curve catalogs (SPARC). Other empirical falsifiers include the Class-A matter-wave coherence wall at 140-250 kDa and substrate-corrected Hawking spectrum signatures. What ED is NOT: a Theory of Everything, a derivation-from-nothing claim, or a closed-proof reconstruction. Open derivations (Route A, Phase-3 GR Einstein equation emergence, YM mass-gap closed proof, NS smoothness at Intermediate Path C) are named rather than hidden. The academic case for the 13 primitives is downstream cross-domain reach plus methodological consistency. The corpus comprises 100+ papers across eight research arcs plus theorem stubs and cross-arc syntheses; this whitepaper is the orientation entry point.
This paper formalizes the ED corpus's methodological discipline: a three-tier verdict grammar (M1 / M2 / M3) for classifying structural results, applied uniformly across QM-emergence, QFT, gravity, black-hole, Q-Compute, entanglement, soft-matter, and foundational kernel arcs. The three verdict tiers:- M1 (FORCED-unconditional): result follows from the 13 primitives + standard math, no additional postulates.- M2 (Intermediate Path C): structural mechanism identified with declared paper-specific postulates; closed-proof reduction OPEN.- M3 (form-FORCED + value-INHERITED): structural form follows under primitives + postulates; numerical values inherited via empirical matching. Every paper in the corpus carries a §2.5 Load-Bearing Step Audit Table labeling each step with one of: P (postulate / definition), D (derived), A→regime or A→position (asserted with explicit category label), I (inherited / empirical / standard math), D-via-I (application of standard machinery under declared postulates), or OPEN (flagged for future work). The discipline is the program's defense against the "speculative substrate ontology with no constraint discipline" critique. By making every load-bearing step explicit, the corpus enables external auditors to challenge specific postulates, identify load-bearing OPEN derivations (Route A, Phase-3 GR, YM mass-gap closed proof, NS smoothness, ξ_canonical(H_0) substrate derivation), and trace cross-paper inheritances. The methodology distinguishes ED from speculative substrate-ontology proposals (where postulates are hidden) and from closed-proof operational reconstructions (Hardy, CDP, Masanes-Müller, Coecke-Kissinger — where finite-dimensional QM is derived from operational axioms with no paper-specific postulates). ED sits between these: stronger than pure exhibits, weaker than pure operational reconstruction.
This is the Technical Supplement — the proof-dense companion and the canonical formal record for the paper's claims. The main paper argues; the supplement proves. Every load-bearing claim traces to a named check function in the APF verification engine, and the supplement is the document a referee should audit first. The supplement is self-contained for Paper 14: every definition, proof, and grade the paper rests on appears in this one document — the substrate primitives and the marginal admissibility floor, proved; the locality and cost-uniqueness lemmas; the Δ calculus with both fences' witnesses written out; the Boolean-defender bridge with its five certified physical hypotheses and the 3-4-5 worked witness computed on the page; the gate pipeline with a gate-by-axiom comparison to the operational-reconstruction literature (Hardy; Chiribella–D'Ariano–Perinotti; Masanes–Müller; Barnum–Wilce; Spekkens; Abramsky–Brandenburger); the native correlation family constructed explicitly, rung by rung; the resolution triad set against standard thermodynamics (Landauer, erasure, environment-assisted recovery); a consolidated readings register listing every claim below [P] with its falsifier and status; a glossary mapping the framework's vocabulary onto standard quantum-information terms; and a worked end-to-end instance — device to interrogation normal form to exact feasibility certificate to priced ledger, with every tolerance explicit. A reproducibility appendix pins every claim to the APF theorem bank at a named GitHub commit and the archived Engine release (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.18529115); the certificates reproduce deterministically in exact rational arithmetic. About the series. Admissibility Physics is a structural realist reconstruction program built on a single commitment: any bounded region of the world can hold only finitely many distinctions. A principle of least enforcement cost then selects, among all the ways those distinctions might be arranged, the configurations a finite world can sustain. From this the content of physics is reconstructed rather than postulated: the Standard Model's gauge group and matter content, the Hilbert-space and Born-rule architecture of quantum mechanics, the geometry and field equations of general relativity, the four laws of thermodynamics, and the large-scale budget of cosmology emerge as different readings of one finite-capacity ledger. The unification is quantitative as well as conceptual: the framework's dimensionless constants appear not as free parameters but as counts read off that ledger — among them the dark-energy fraction ΩΛ = 42/61 and the weak mixing angle sin2θW = 3/13 — fixed, in the strongest cases, to within current measurement. The core derivation runs Papers 0–11; the extension papers carry the individual sectors. Each paper's main text and Technical Supplement is deposited separately; every quantitative claim traces to a named, executable check in the public theorem bank (over 3,800 bank-registered theorems, 48 quantitative predictions); and each result is carried at an explicit, graded level of confidence — from analytically forced to structurally grounded — with the measurements that would refute it named. Admissibility Physics is offered as a candidate, not a finished theory. If the program holds, the laws of physics could not have been otherwise: they are what a finite world permits. This paper identifies the substrate-level structural origin of Planck's constant ℏ as the participation quantum per chain-step within the Event Density (ED) program — a 13-primitive generative substrate ontology in the lineage of 't Hooft, Wolfram, and the causal-set program. The substrate-level statement: ℏ is the P04 bandwidth content integrated over a single substrate edge-traversal under P05 polarity-transport, ℏ = ∫_step 𝓑_P04(s) ds. The dimensional structure of ℏ as action = bandwidth × time is FORM-FORCED by P04 + P05 + P11, and chain-step invariance under P03 spatial homogeneity and P13 time homogeneity forces ℏ to be a universal substrate constant — the same in every laboratory and every epoch. The numerical value ℏ ≈ 1.055 × 10⁻³⁴ J·s is INHERITED via empirical matching: the substrate bandwidth-density 𝓑_P04 has no independent substrate definition in the current corpus, so the equation is a substrate-side relabeling of ℏ, not an independent computation of its numerical value. The paper is explicit about this circularity disclaimer and frames a first-principles substrate derivation of 𝓑_P04 (and of chain-step duration τ ∼ ℓ_P/c) as the highest-leverage open derivation in the fundamental-constant sector — closure would upgrade the verdict from value-INHERITED to value-FORCED. The structural identification connects to standard QM via de Broglie wavelength λ = h/p, oscillator quantization E = nℏω, and the Bohr frequency rule, all of which are seen as projections of the same substrate participation budget per chain-step. The paper sits in the Wave-3 Relativistic-QM Bridge family, companion to Paper_002 (Born-Gleason), Paper_RQM_T8 (canonical commutation), and Paper_012 (local rate of becoming). Verdict per Paper_095: M3 (value-INHERITED with explicit structural-origin). Falsifier F1: detection of ℏ variation across loci or epochs would refute chain-step invariance. This paper does not claim derivation of ℏ from nothing, nor closed-proof reconstruction; it identifies the substrate slot that ℏ fills and makes the inheritance of its numerical value structurally explicit.
This document is a proof ledger, not a narrative essay. Its purpose is to present the OPR-QM.A derivation chain in a line-by-line audit format, with every major block stated together with its inputs, domain, boundary conditions, regime conditions, derivation steps, outputs, epistemic status, and failure modes. A result is not counted as part of the completed chain unless these items are made explicit. The ledger therefore serves as a forensic derivation spine for the EDC programme on quantum-mechanical appearance from geometry, rather than as a source of new theory claims or upgraded epistemic tags. The core result of the ledger is a precise closure boundary. It shows that the currently available chain does establish an observer-side ratio / asymmetry pathway: the observed ratio |c'_{+1}|/|c'_{-1}| = |P_+(\vartheta)|/|P_-(\vartheta)| is determined by tilt angle and arm geometry and is independent of the unresolved common magnitude |c|. At the same time, the ledger makes equally explicit that the magnitude pathway remains blocked at blocker B1, because the order-parameter field \Phi : M^5 \to S^1 \times S^2 is not dynamical in the declared SEDC action and therefore no Euler–Lagrange equation for \Phi is available. As a consequence, intrinsic coefficient magnitudes, full \alpha,\beta, and general Born probabilities are not derived here. Full OPR-QM.A closure is therefore not achieved. Within that boundary, the ledger records the strongest currently explicit blocks of the chain: the variable inventory of the declared action, the negative well-posedness verdict for \delta S_{\mathrm{EDC}}/\delta\Phi, the conditional Maxwell/KK foothold in the source-free exterior, the failure of the naïve dipole model for co-located Y/\bar Y, the excised annulus boundary-value problem, the arm-resolved C_3 \times Z_2 boundary data and resulting mode-selection rule m \equiv 3 \pmod 6, the partial structural bridge into the \xi-Fourier language via KK Aharonov–Bohm transport, the intrinsic C=T equipartition lemma at \vartheta=0, and the tilt-induced projection-weight asymmetry in the observer-side readout. It also records where later steps depend on external identifications, including the neutron-point interpretation imported from Papers 28–31. The document is intended as an audit-grade reference for readers who want the chain in explicit, checkable form rather than in compressed narrative prose. It is especially useful for distinguishing what is currently [Der], what is [Dc], what is only [I], what remains [Open], and exactly which assumptions are load-bearing at each stage.
