Quantum Tunnelling is Information Event (Zmicro ≡ Gzulfia ≡ Zmacro) Discovery Beyond Hybrid Gap Effect

Abstract

In our V1 [2] work, we established the Hybrid Gap Effect G(x) = Gc −αZ(x). In this paper V2 we present a discovery beyond this effect: the gap isnot to be crossed, it is the residence itself. We define the Zulfia Decomposition Mapping (ZDM), [1] as:Z = n + ∆, where ∆ ≡ GZulfiawhere n is direction / deviation — an observational illusion — while ∆ is theprimitive magnitude, the Gap-Space.We propose the Law of Zulfia Trility as the fundamental law of exis-tence:ZMicro ≡ GZulfia ≡ ZMacro ≡ ZThis is the Trility: Particle ∼ Wave ∼ Information, where ZMicro isParticle, GZulfia is Wave (Gap-Space residence), and ZMacro is Information. This law establishes that all three are identical manifestations of a singlesource Z. There is no transformation, only identity. As direct consequence, we prove No Tunnelling, No Deviation: e− ∈GZulfia =⇒ e− ∈ Z. The electron never tunnels; it permanently resides inGZulfia. What was observed in Bell-type experiments at x0 where G(x0) = 0as tunnelling is reinterpreted as direct permanent residence at x0 within itsown Gap-Space. No barrier crossing occurred.

What is Quantum Tunnelling: The Framework of Zulfia Mapping Z = η + ∆ : η meets ∆ (1973 Observable Magic Tunnelling to 2026 Information Tunnelling)

DR. ZULFIQAR ALI KHAN

AbstractThis work re-examines the 1973 concept of quantum tunnelling, historically described asa Magic Tunnelling phenomenon where a particle crosses a barrier without a physicalmechanism. In conventional quantum mechanics, tunnelling is treated as barrier penetrationprobability based on wave leakage, T ∼ e−2kL, without defining what tunnelling is.We introduce a conceptual framework for quantum tunnelling denoted as Z = η + ∆, calledZulfia Mapping. Here η is defined as the discrete, quantal state carrying invariant identityI(η), which cannot travel alone, while ∆ represents the continuous, contextual field of natureand barrier. Wave does not travel alone; it must hold the finger of η.In Z-language, we convert the magic concept into a real concept. Tunnelling is re-definednot as crossing the barrier, but as the formation of a new state Z via η + ∆ → Z, underidentity conservation I(T (η)) = I(η). Thus, the barrier is not an obstacle to be crossed, but a context to meet.Consequently, Z → η1, η2 provides a built-in origin for entanglement, and the observableend-state is defined as the MI Communication State ZM I = ηmessage + ∆channel. This marksthe transition from 1973 Magic Tunnelling to 2026 MI Tunnelling — from magicsafar to MI safari. This formalism provides a foundation for analysing information transferacross physical and natural systems

The Zulfia Equation (Z = η + ∆): Replacing Wave-Particle Duality with Information-Faced Tunneling

DR. ZULFIQAR ALI KHAN

AbstractWave-particle duality has long been treated as an intrinsic property of quantumsystems. This paper proposes a correction to this interpretation. We argue thatduality is not an ontological property of the system itself, but a consequence of themeasurement context. We introduce the Zulfia Equation as a formal framework:Z = η + ∆ (1)where Z denotes the observed state, η denotes the underlying informational invari-ant, and ∆ denotes its contextual manifestation.Within this framework, particle-like and wave-like behaviors are understood asdifferent manifestations (∆) of the same informational substrate (η). We reinterpretquantum tunneling as a case of Information-Faced Tunneling, where η is conservedwhile ∆ is filtered by the potential barrier, offering a consistent resolution to theduality paradox.

Discovery of ZMI State: Third State of Nature Beyond Matter and Wave

DR. ZULFIQAR ALI KHAN

AbstractThe century-old wave-particle duality posits that quantum objects are either Matter orWave, with transition governed by probability P = |ψ|2. Here we disprove probability asfundamental. We report discovery of a third state of nature, ZMI (Zulfia Mass-Information)State, defined by M I = η + I where η is direction-generated mass and I is information. We show quantum processes are not probabilistic but informational domain transfersgoverned by feasibility Q.Using Python lab-equivalent simulation, validated as table-top STM analogue, wedemonstrate universal triad Matter → Wave → ZMI. Quantum tunnelling is firstexample: Before tunnelling = Wave with Born rule; After Q > 0, W → ZM I withMaf ter = Mbef ore + η. This Maf ter > Mbef ore is smoking gun of ZMI.This establishes W → ZM I as unavoidable, replacing Born probability with Q =Tinto ZM I . Discovery redefines tunnelling from transmission to factory of mass-information.

A Classical Explanation of Quantum Tunneling: An Energy Transfer Model Based on Electron Collisions

Fan Xie

This paper proposes a classical alternative explanation for the tunneling effect in quantum mechanics. Standard quantum theory describes tunneling as a particle "penetrating" a potential barrier whose energy exceeds the particle's own kinetic energy with a certain probability. However, this explanation focuses only on the mathematical initial and final states, completely ignoring any dynamical process the electron may undergo before the barrier, and lacks a physical picture. This paper argues that tunneling is not an intrinsic quantum property of a single electron, but rather a collective statistical fluctuation event involving multiple electrons: electrons near the barrier, through a series of random collisions in the correct direction, gradually transfer and concentrate kinetic energy onto the electron closest to the barrier, enabling it to instantaneously acquire kinetic energy exceeding the barrier threshold and thus classically fly over the barrier. During the crossing, the electron must do work against the barrier, converting kinetic energy into potential energy; therefore, after crossing, its kinetic energy is reduced and it cannot cross the same barrier again. Tunneling probability is reinterpreted as the success probability of such a "directed energy relay" event. This model is fully self-consistent within the framework of classical electromagnetism and statistical mechanics, requiring no wave functions or probability waves, with a clear physical picture and explicit causal chain. This paper further points out that under strictly single-electron conditions, this model predicts that tunneling will completely disappear, a prediction that stands in fundamental opposition to the standard quantum model and can serve as a decisive experiment to test the two theories.

Chaos gives quantum tunnelling a hand

Amaury Mouchet, Denis Ullmo

Everyday macroscopic objects follow the laws of classical mechanics. For microscopic objects, such as atoms or nuclei, the wave character of their dynamics has to be taken into account within the framework of quantum mechanics. While wave-like behaviour can show up in various ways, one of the most striking is the tunnelling effect: some events that are classically forbidden for energetic reasons happen because the quantum particles can tunnel under a potential barrier. Similarly, events that are prohibited due to some other dynamical constraints can occur via a process known as dynamical tunnelling. Indeed, tunnelling plays a major role in a variety of physical phenomena, ranging from α-particle radioactivity to the current–voltage characteristics of transistors.

Fundamentals of the Zulfia Frequency Effect (ZFE): A Quantum-State Framework

DR. ZULFIQAR ALI KHAN

We introduce the Zulfia Frequency Effect as a framework for analyzing deviationswithin quantum-state representations. The development begins with the Zulfia Decom-position MappingZ(x, u) = η(x, u) + ∆(x, u),where a principal component is separated from a deviation component. For a quantumstate represented by a density operator ρ, this structure is specialized asρ = ρ0 + ∆ρ,where ρ0 is a reference state and ∆ρ is the corresponding Zulfia deviation. The frameworkthen identifies the observable effect of the deviation throughEZ (A; ∆ρ) = Tr(∆ρA),for an observable A. Fundamental properties of the decomposition and its effect areformulated, including the trace condition, Hermiticity, the zero-deviation limit, and therelation between state decomposition and observable expectation. The resulting frame-work provides a mathematical basis for studying quantum-state decomposition throughthe successive structure of mapping, deviation, and observable effect.
