Abstract

This paper proposes a novel approach to persistent memory utilizing quantum entanglement routing. The core idea is to create and maintain controlled quantum entanglement between memory nodes, allowing for data redundancy and near-instantaneous retrieval with inherent fault tolerance. Unlike conventional error correction schemes reliant on classical redundancy, this method leverages the unique properties of quantum entanglement. We detail a dynamic entanglement establishment and manipulation protocol, encoding data into correlated qubit states, and employing quantum error correction techniques leveraging entanglement swapping and feedback loops. The theoretical framework presented demonstrates the potential for significantly improved data durability, retrieval speeds, and resilience to quantum decoherence compared to existing persistent memory technologies. The proposed system represents a paradigm shift in data storage, exploiting the fundamental principles of quantum mechanics to achieve unparalleled data integrity and access performance.

Quantum Entanglement-Based Persistent Memory

Jincheng Zhang

This paper proposes a novel approach to persistent memory leveraging the principles of quantum entanglement. The core idea is to utilize entangled qubit states to create a memory system exhibiting inherent persistence and resilience to data corruption surpassing the limitations of conventional storage technologies. The system operates on a self-correcting algorithm continuously observing and manipulating the entangled qubits. This manipulation is driven by quantum decoherence properties, encoding redundancy and performing error correction without relying on explicit quantum error correction codes. The system's unique advantage lies in directly addressing decoherence through entanglement-driven self-organization, achieving true persistent storage at the quantum level. This approach fundamentally shifts the paradigm from actively correcting errors to passively allowing the system to self-organize and maintain data integrity through the inherent properties of entanglement and decoherence.
