Abstract

This paper proposes a novel approach to information transmission leveraging the unique properties of quantum entanglement within a topological network architecture. The core idea is to construct a network of entangled nodes, enabling efficient and robust information routing. We introduce a framework for encoding information using entangled states and propose a routing protocol based on entanglement swapping and entanglement protection techniques to mitigate the effects of node failures, a significant limitation in conventional quantum communication. The resulting system offers the potential to surpass the fundamental limits imposed by classical physics in terms of information transfer rates and resilience. The system's performance is analyzed using key metrics, demonstrating its capability for high-capacity, fault-tolerant communication. This research contributes to the development of advanced quantum communication networks with enhanced security and scalability.

Quantum Entanglement Topological Network Routing

Jincheng Zhang

This paper proposes a novel distributed routing protocol for quantum networks leveraging the topological properties of quantum entanglement. The core idea is to construct a network topology based on entangled states between nodes, enabling communication through the instantaneous correlation inherent in entanglement. This approach aims to overcome the limitations of traditional routing protocols, particularly in terms of speed and security. We define a routing algorithm that dynamically adjusts the entanglement states to facilitate data transmission, effectively creating a network with inherently high bandwidth and resilience to eavesdropping. The algorithm is based on a graph theory framework where nodes represent quantum devices and edges represent entangled pairs. The routing process involves identifying the shortest path through the entanglement network, leveraging the correlated states for rapid information transfer. We explore the mathematical underpinnings of this protocol, outlining key formulas for calculating entanglement metrics, path distances, and routing decisions. The theoretical framework presented here provides a foundation for future research and development in quantum network architecture and routing strategies.

Quantum Entanglement-Based Information Encoding with Topological Error Correction

Jincheng Zhang

This paper presents a novel approach to quantum information encoding leveraging the unique properties of quantum entanglement coupled with topological error correction codes. The core claim is to design a robust encoding scheme that utilizes entanglement to generate quantum states and topological error correction to mitigate the effects of noise during transmission, ultimately achieving high fault-tolerance and efficient quantum information transfer. The proposed mechanism constructs a quantum entanglement network by combining the error correction information from a specific topological code, such as a lattice code, with the quantum entanglement state. Nodes in the network control the encoding and decoding of this error correction information, effectively correcting errors introduced by environmental noise while preserving the integrity of the entangled state. This approach addresses a key limitation of traditional entanglement-based encoding schemes, which often lack the inherent redundancy offered by topological structures, thereby significantly enhancing the reliability of quantum information transmission. The theoretical framework and key concepts are presented within this document.
