Abstract

This paper explores the application of quantum entanglement to model non-linear systems, specifically focusing on the simulation of complex systems such as protein interactions. Traditional dynamic simulation methods often rely on classical physics, limiting their ability to accurately represent intricate behavior. We propose a novel model incorporating quantum entanglement as a key mechanism, aiming to enhance simulation precision and provide a deeper understanding of these systems. The core claim is that a quantum entanglement-based approach can unlock more accurate and detailed simulations compared to conventional methods. This work presents a theoretical framework and initial experimental investigation demonstrating the potential of this approach.
