We propose a method to design quantum computation's topological structure by leveraging the adaptive nature of topology, optimizing quantum computation's parameters to enhance performance. This approach addresses limitations of traditional optimization techniques by employing a fundamentally different perspective, aiming to significantly improve quantum computation's capabilities. The core mechanism relies on constructing and manipulating topological phases, enabling precise control over quantum states. This paper presents a detailed mathematical framework and demonstrates its effectiveness through simulations and preliminary experimental validation.
