Abstract

Quantum Machine Learning (QML) represents a paradigm shift in computational capabilities, leveraging the unique properties of quantum systems to solve complex problems currently intractable for classical computers. Within the field of QML, the design of effective quantum machine learning algorithms is paramount to unlocking the full potential of quantum computation. This paper introduces a novel optimization engine, dubbed "Adaptive Noise Adjustment Optimization Engine" (ANAOE), designed to address a critical challenge in QML: the inherent sensitivity of quantum models to noise. ANAOE dynamically adjusts noise parameters based on the actual quantum environment, promoting more precise and robust model performance. The core mechanism of this engine leverages a sophisticated feedback loop to continuously refine the noise landscape, ultimately enhancing the accuracy and stability of quantum computations. We demonstrate the efficacy of ANAOE through comprehensive simulations and analysis, highlighting its ability to outperform traditional optimization methods in various quantum machine learning tasks.
