Abstract

Quantum algorithms are notoriously sensitive to initial conditions, making their design and optimization a complex endeavor. Traditional constraint propagation methods often rely on static or simplified models, failing to fully exploit the intricate geometry of the solution space. This paper introduces an Adaptive Geometry-Based Constraint Propagation framework designed to dynamically adjust the algorithm based on the geometry of the solution, resulting in improved efficiency and accuracy. We propose a novel approach that continuously refines the constraint propagation strategy, leveraging geometric insights to optimize the quantum algorithm's performance. This work addresses the inherent limitations of static constraint propagation by introducing a mechanism to adaptively adjust the geometry of the solution space. The core of this framework involves a dynamic geometric analysis, where the algorithm iteratively updates its parameters based on the resulting geometry, ultimately leading to enhanced quantum algorithm performance.

Title: Adaptive Parameter Adjustment for Dynamic Quantum Algorithms

Jincheng Zhang

Quantum algorithms, renowned for their potential to solve complex problems intractable for classical computers, rely heavily on precise parameter control. Traditional parameter optimization methods, often based on iterative refinement, can be computationally expensive and may not always converge to optimal solutions. This paper introduces a novel dynamic parameter adjustment approach for quantum algorithms, aiming to enhance algorithm efficiency and accuracy by autonomously adapting to the evolving quantum state. We propose a method that employs a feedback loop, dynamically adjusting parameters based on the observed quantum state, thereby mitigating the effects of data changes and improving the overall algorithm performance. The core mechanism lies in leveraging a continuous, self-regulating parameter update strategy driven by the quantum algorithm's trajectory. This approach offers a significant advancement over existing optimization techniques by providing a more adaptive and robust solution.
