Abstract

Quantum Information Theory (QIT) represents a burgeoning field seeking to harness the unique properties of quantum mechanics for computation, communication, and sensing. A significant challenge lies in effectively managing and manipulating quantum information, particularly concerning entanglement – a fundamental resource for quantum technologies. This research explores a novel framework combining Topological Data Analysis (TDA) with quantum mechanics to address this challenge, focusing on the detection and manipulation of entanglement. We propose a new type of topological measure, designed to be highly sensitive to the quantum state of a system, and utilize TDA to generate data that reveals critical states and facilitates the propagation of quantum information. The core claim is that this approach offers a fundamentally new way to understand and control entanglement, potentially leading to advancements in quantum cryptography and information processing.

Title: Quantum Entanglement-Based Topological Information Analysis Algorithm

Jincheng Zhang

Quantum entanglement, a bizarre phenomenon where two particles become linked regardless of distance, has emerged as a promising resource for advanced information processing and quantum technologies. This research explores the application of quantum entanglement to the analysis of topological information, aiming to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of topological information analysis. We propose an algorithm that leverages the unique properties of entangled states to represent and manipulate topological data, offering a novel approach to address limitations inherent in classical methods. The core mechanism centers on exploiting the entanglement to capture the dynamic nature of topological structures, ultimately leading to a more precise understanding of these intricate phenomena. The algorithm utilizes a modified version of the entanglement-induced measurement protocol, where entangled states are manipulated to reveal subtle topological features. This represents a significant step towards a more robust and accurate method for analyzing topological data, potentially unlocking new insights into the underlying physics of these systems. Abstract: This paper explores the application of Topological Data Analysis (TDA) to characterize and quantify entanglement-based computational complexity. Traditional complexity theory often focuses on the resources required for computation, while this approach seeks to leverage the unique properties of entanglement – particularly its topological nature – to uncover potential computational barriers. We propose a novel method for representing entanglement as a graph and then utilizing TDA to identify patterns and bounds within this graph. The core claim is that this method offers a fundamentally different perspective on complexity, potentially revealing new computational complexities that are inaccessible through conventional approaches. The paper details the development of a new entanglement graph representation, the introduction of topological properties as a key identifier, and the application of TDA to derive computational complexity bounds.
