Abstract

Quantum simulation offers unprecedented capabilities in modeling complex quantum systems, driving advancements in various fields, including materials science, drug discovery, and fundamental physics. However, efficiently managing the immense computational resources required for these simulations presents a significant challenge. Traditional optimization algorithms often struggle to effectively utilize the inherent parallelism of quantum systems, limiting the potential for substantial speedups. This paper introduces a novel quantum simulation optimization algorithm, Quantum-Enhanced Parameter Optimization (QEP), designed to address these limitations by strategically exploiting quantum phenomena to guide the optimization process. The algorithm leverages quantum state manipulation to identify optimal parameter configurations with significantly enhanced efficiency and precision compared to traditional optimization methods. This work demonstrates the effectiveness of QEP in optimizing quantum circuits, leading to substantial improvements in simulation speed and accuracy.
