Abstract

Quantum computing holds immense promise for revolutionizing various fields, but the complexities of quantum systems necessitate sophisticated computational tools. This paper explores the application of graph-based semantic networks to enhance quantum computing simulation and optimization. We propose a novel approach wherein quantum state representations are encoded as nodes in a dynamic graph, and the relationships between these nodes are represented as edges. This graph structure facilitates efficient storage, querying, and analysis of quantum state information. The core claim is that leveraging graph-based semantic networks offers a significant improvement over traditional methods, particularly in terms of computational efficiency and data management for quantum computing processes.

Graph Neural Networks for Quantum State Simulation

Jincheng Zhang

Quantum state simulation is a cornerstone of quantum computing, aiming to accurately represent and manipulate the behavior of quantum systems. However, traditional methods of quantum state simulation, such as the Density Matrix Renormalization Group (DMRG) method and the Variational Quantum Eigensolver (VQE), often suffer from significant computational challenges, particularly as the size of the quantum system increases. This paper proposes a novel approach to quantum state simulation leveraging the power of Graph Neural Networks (GNNs). We represent a quantum state as a graph, where nodes correspond to individual quantum states and edges represent the correlations between them. A GNN is then trained to learn the complex relationships within the quantum state, enabling efficient and scalable simulation. Our method significantly reduces the computational burden associated with traditional techniques, offering a promising path towards practical quantum state simulation. The core claim is the utilization of graph neural networks' structural information for efficient quantum state simulation. The core mechanism involves representing quantum states as nodes in a graph and employing GNNs to learn relationships between them, facilitating efficient quantum state simulation.

基于图的量子态计算与优化

Jincheng Zhang

This paper introduces a novel computational and optimization framework based on graph representations of quantum states. Traditional quantum algorithms often require direct manipulation of the quantum state, which can be computationally expensive and challenging. This work proposes a method that utilizes graph structures to simplify the optimization process inherent in quantum computations, leveraging the topological properties of the graphs to achieve efficiency gains. We present a new algorithm that transforms the optimization problem into a graph-based optimization, enabling a more streamlined and potentially faster approach to quantum state manipulation and optimization. The core mechanism centers around representing the quantum state as a graph, where nodes represent quantum states and edges define relationships and constraints. This graph representation allows for efficient exploration of the solution space and simplifies the optimization process by focusing on the structural properties of the graph rather than the individual quantum states. The potential advantages of this approach include reduced computational complexity, improved scalability, and a more intuitive understanding of the optimization process. We provide a theoretical analysis and initial implementation demonstrating the effectiveness of this method in a specific quantum algorithm.
