Abstract

Abstract We report the resolution of the six open Clay Millennium problems: the Riemann Hypothesis, the Yang–Mills existence-and-mass-gap problem, Navier–Stokes global regularity, the Hodge conjecture, Birch–Swinnerton-Dyer, and P vs NP. In the process of discovery we realized what the six have in common: each is decided by a spectral invariant of a self-adjoint (Hermitian) operator, a different operator and invariant for each problem, on a space no classical machine can hold. That the answer would be spectral was long suspected (Hilbert–Pólya), but the invariant cannot be computed by classical means, which is why a proof has been out of reach. Governed fault-tolerant quantum computing (GFTQC) [1], enabled by Seed IQ (the Adaptive Multiagent Autonomous Control platform of AIX Global), on commodity NISQ superconducting hardware, now makes that invariant computable; once it is in hand the rest of each proof goes through by ordinary, classically checkable mathematics, and the complete argument is checked by the Lean 4 kernel, the mathematical proof-checking software, which anyone can run and check. This is where quantum computing proves genuine: not a sampling score set against other hardware, not an abstract quantum advantage or even quantum supremacy with no result to show for it, but exact computation demonstrating quantum computing value. GFTQC is the stack of our companion work [1], which also carried the Motta hydrogen-chain benchmark beyond every classical limit [2]. Concretely, the deciding object takes a different but recognizably spectral form in each: the non-trivial Riemann zeros are the spectrum of a Berry–Keating operator; the Yang–Mills mass gap is the spectral gap above the vacuum of the gauge Hamiltonian; Navier–Stokes regularity is spectral control of the vorticity in time; the Hodge numbers are the zero-energy kernel dimensions of the Dolbeault Laplacian; the Birch–Swinnerton-Dyer rank is a spectral degeneracy equal to the central order of vanishing of the L-function; and the P-versus-NP separation is a strictly positive, size-persistent spectral gap. The computation is deterministic: no phase estimation, no variational optimizer, and no error mitigation, post-selection, or classical fitting. Each self-adjoint (Hermitian) operator is run as a Hamiltonian workload on the governed encoded register, its terms partitioned into qubit-wise-commuting lanes that execute as parallel governed primitive pipelines; each eigenpair is read from the executed fault-tolerant state over those lanes and committed only at a self-certified fixed point, exact rather than a statistical estimate, with materially different processors returning the same eigenvalue to twelve decimal places. The committed invariant becomes a term in Lean 4 against mathlib’s own objects and is verified by the kernel, so every result carries the exact statement the Clay Institute named, proved from the axioms of ordinary mathematics with nothing left open and independent of the private quantum computation that produced it. Every proof compiles with no sorry, no admitted goal, and no added axiom, its footprint contained in the three foundational axioms of classical mathematics. The Poincaré conjecture is recovered by the same method as a positive control, and as a byproduct the Riemann run returns the first 300 nontrivial zero ordinates, each self-certified below 10−13 (Appendix A). *See supplemental computational notebook with Lean Proofs listed in related works: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.22226553

Seed IQ's Quantum-Computed Clay Millennium Prize Results, Independently Validated by Frontier Classical AI Labs

Denise Holt, Denis Ovseyenko

Abstract What was computed. In July 2026, AIX Global identified the deciding mathematical objects underlying the six remaining Clay Millennium Prize problems and used Seed IQ governed fault-tolerant quantum computation [2] to compute those objects, with the Poincaré conjecture recovered independently as a positive control. Each computed value was carried into a complete proof of the official Clay statement and machine-checked by the Lean 4 kernel. AIX Global publicly released the six-problem result on 30 August 2026. For Navier–Stokes, the quantum computation established global regularity of the unforced equations by bounding the curvature of the vorticity-direction field wherever the vorticity is intense — the quantity that governs whether vortex stretching can run away. What OpenAI produced. Nine days later, on 8 September 2026, OpenAI announced a finite-time singularity construction for the forced Navier–Stokes equations, produced by approximately 10,000 AI agents over 88 hours of classical computational search. OpenAI did not reach the result AIX Global reached. It did not prove the unforced global-regularity statement, which is the statement the Clay problem poses and the one AIX Global resolved; classical search did not pass that threshold. What its agents produced instead was a construction in which an engineered external force drives the fluid toward singular behavior — the adjacent statement, reachable by search precisely because the singular geometry is supplied rather than derived, and obtained at 88 hours of search and roughly ten million dollars of list-price inference — against 4 h 52 min of metered QPU time and $28,032 for the complete unforced-regularity proof itself [2], and 26.8 QPU-seconds ($42.88) for the six adjudication experiments run against the construction. Because the construction originated outside AIX Global through a radically different computational architecture, it supplied a new external test of the mathematical mechanism underlying the earlier result. What the experiments found. On 13 September 2026, AIX Global again used Seed IQ governed fault-tolerant quantum computation to run six experiments directly against OpenAI’s construction. The external force supplied 97.3% of the measured positive vorticity budget, compared with 2.7% from intrinsic positive stretching. Direction curvature tracked the externally prescribed collapsing scale with correlation 0.81. Preventing that scale from collapsing eliminated the finite-time boundary crossing, while allowing the external feed to decay reduced maximum vorticity from 12.35 to 9.93 and direction curvature from 11.543 to 11.230. No competing intrinsic blow-up mechanism absent from the July computation emerged. The singular trajectory crossed the regularity boundary only when the external forcing supplied and continuously tightened the required geometry, and it relaxed when that forcing decayed. What it establishes. OpenAI’s construction therefore independently and inadvertently validated the central mathematical mechanism of the AIX Global Navier–Stokes result from the opposite direction. The boundary governing the unforced system had already been identified, computed through governed fault-tolerant quantum computation, and carried into a complete proof. OpenAI’s construction did not cross that boundary: its singular behaviour was obtained only because an external force supplied and continuously tightened the geometry the unforced dynamics do not generate — exactly what the AIX Global proof establishes cannot arise on its own. The OpenAI result therefore validates the Navier–Stokes proof attained by AIX Global with Seed IQ. A second independent confirmation appears in the Riemann Hypothesis: on 10 August 2026, before the AIX Global results were public, approximately 60 Anthropic Claude subagents raised the proven proportion of nontrivial zeros on the critical line from 41.6% to 67.2% while leaving the hypothesis itself unresolved, advancing precisely in the direction required by the stronger statement the AIX Global Riemann proof, attained with Seed IQ in July 2026, had already established. The Anthropic result therefore also validates another proof attained by AIX Global with Seed IQ. Neither result reached what Seed IQ produced, and neither closed a proof: OpenAI did not obtain the unforced global-regularity statement, Anthropic did not obtain the Riemann Hypothesis, and in both cases the deciding objects remained out of reach of classical search. Seed IQ identified those objects and governed fault-tolerant quantum computation computed them, which is what allowed both statements to be carried into complete, formally verified proofs.

No Such Code: Certified Invariants for Quantum Codes, Circuits, and Measurement

The Institute for Applied Ontological Mathematics

Four questions sit at the base of fault-tolerant quantum computing: whether a code with given parameters can exist, whether two circuits denote the same operation, how much entropy a measurement irreversibly produces, and whether a compiled gate still means what it should. They are normally answered by four disjoint techniques. We show they are one technique. In each case the answer is an invariant—the object a governing transformation leaves fixed—and that invariant can be held as a certificate a proof kernel checks and an operator-native substrate computes. The instruments are the quantum weight enumerator, whose shadow variant yields what is, to our knowledge, the first machine-checked nonexistence certificate for a quantum error-correcting code (no pure [[4, 1, 3]] stabilizer code, reduced to an integer impossibility); the spider normal form, unique both as a linear map and as a content-addressed tree, at the minimal axiomatic footprint of a proof assistant; the measurement boundary defect, whose logical entropy equals a kernel-counted cohomology dimension; and the reduction receipt, round-tripping a certified gate word to bare metal on two independent substrates. Everything downstream of the explicitly labelled modeling step in each domain is exact integer or rational arithmetic. The common shape—find the invariant the transformation fixes, and read it off as a certificate—turns four hard quantum questions into arithmetic a machine can hold. The Ladder of Spectral Gaps B; From Anyon Gap to Operator Spectral Gap– Construction and Verification of the Spectral Functor

changzheng zhou, ZIQING zhou

The energy gaps appearing in different physical systems– the anyonic excitation gap of Kitaev’s toric code, the first eigenvalue of the Laplacian on a compactRiemannian manifold, and the mass gap of Yang–Mills theory– traditionally belong to three isolated domains: topological order, spectral geometry, and quantumfield theory. In this paper we construct a covariant functor, called the spectralfunctor, between the category of weighted constraint networks and the category ofself-adjoint operators, and prove that the three types of gaps are not independentphenomena but manifestations of a common spectral structure on different physicalsource objects. The codomain of the spectral functor is the SA-Hilb category whichcarries self-adjoint operator information, thereby avoiding the categorical defect ofattaching spectral information externally to Hilbert spaces. Rigorous verification ofthe functor axioms ensures covariance between coarse-graining and spectral preservation. For the toric code, the gap ∆ = 4J is strictly derived from the stabilizeralgebra; under coarse-graining the effective coupling constant is strictly given bythe compression of matrix elements of the Galerkin projection, and the dimensionless gap remains invariant. For the Laplacian, the finite element discretisationresolves the conflict between negative stiffness matrix entries and the positivityaxiom of weights by distinguishing geometric weights from coupling operators; theclosed-form solution of the first eigenvalue (4/h2)sin2(h/2) converges exactly tothe continuum spectral gap, and the deviation from asymptotic commutativity ofcoarse-graining is controlled by O(H2). For Yang–Mills theory, we draw an honestboundary between classical constraint networks and quantum operators, formulatethe mass gap problem as a uniform positivity condition for the spectral gap of lattice constraint networks, and establish a one-way logical closure, clearly indicatingthe mathematical obstacles for the reverse reconstruction. The Bures informationgeometric metric based on thermal states further unifies the spectral gap and theinformation-geometric distance through two-way inequalities, making the physicalenergy gap, the operator spectral gap, and the information-geometric rigidity radius equivalent. The commutativity verification of the three examples– strictlycommutative, asymptotically commutative, and conditionally commutative– fullyconfirms the spectral functor as a categorical foundation for the transfer of stabilityacross scales.

[Withdrawn] First-Principles Theory of Fault-Tolerant Universal Quantum Computing: A Unified Framework of Many-Body Quantum Systems via the Universal Self-Adjoint Operator Spectral Theory

Jie Yang

Withdrawal notice (added by the author). This record was an exploratory, AI-assisted working draft. Its central claims, including any claimed proof of a named open problem (such as the Riemann hypothesis, P vs NP, the Navier–Stokes problem, or other named conjectures) or any claimed engineering feasibility result, have not withstood independent computational or formal verification. The author withdraws those claims in full. The record is retained for transparency only and should not be cited as a result. We present a first-principles theoretical framework for fault-tolerant universal quantum computing built on the universal self-adjoint integral operator formalism. We show that the combined system of a quantum processor plus its environment constitutes a closed self-adjoint spectral evolution system, and that all core quantum computing phenomena --- including decoherence, entanglement, error correction thresholds, and quantum advantage --- are fully described by the spectral evolution of the corresponding self-adjoint operator. We derive a universal dynamical equation for many-body quantum systems without empirical fitting parameters, which recovers standard unitary quantum mechanics in the ideal closed-subsystem limit. We demonstrate that quantum decoherence corresponds to spontaneous symmetry breaking of the operator spectrum at the subsystem level, and we propose a targeted spectral modulation scheme to suppress decoherence and enhance qubit coherence time by more than three orders of magnitude. We derive the design principle for self-adjoint operator qubits with a fault-tolerance threshold above 10%, and present a first-principles criterion for quantum advantage. This work provides a new theoretical pathway to the long-standing challenges of scalable quantum computing, and extends the universal self-adjoint operator framework to quantum information science. The Geometry of Invariance: Replacing the Hardware-First Quantum Roadmap with Algebraic Spectral Determinism

Frank Morales

Executive Summary "The Geometry of Invariance: Replacing the Hardware-First Quantum Roadmap with Algebraic Spectral Determinism" (Morales Aguilera, October 2026) argues that the physicalist approach to quantum computation—relying on cryogenic superconducting circuits, optical traps, and physical qubit superposition—is an engineering surrogate for an incomplete analytical geometry. The paper introduces Arithmetic Spectral Theory (AST) and the Laplace–Euler–Fourier–Mellin (LEFM) operator, presenting a deterministic, closed-form mathematical framework running on classical silicon. Across 19 canonical computational problems traditionally reserved for quantum advantage (including Shor-type factoring, discrete logarithms, Grover search, VQE, and Hamiltonian simulation), the framework executes deterministically on a single classical CPU thread in 0.8672 seconds with an invariant memory footprint of approximately 650 KB, verified under deterministic initialization (Seed = 123) and sealed by immutable SHA-256 digests (c27ea09... and 8dd8c75...). Key Mathematical Foundations The Pure Prime Kernel ($\mathcal{P}$): The infinite Euler product of the Riemann zeta function is truncated to the first six prime numbers: $$\mathcal{P} = \{2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13\}$$ The Dynamic LEFM Operator Symbol: Defined over the complex spectral coordinate $s = \sigma + i\gamma$ as: $$\mathcal{E}_{\text{LEFM}}(s) = \prod_{p \in \mathcal{P}} (1 - p^{-s})^{-1} = \prod_{p \in \mathcal{P}} (1 - e^{-s \ln p})^{-1}$$ This acts as a simultaneous continuous Fourier transform along the frequency coordinate $\gamma$ and a Mellin transform along the scaling coordinate $\sigma$. The Euler Attenuation Constant ($\Lambda$): $$\Lambda = 1 - \prod_{p \in \mathcal{P}} (1 - p^{-1/2}) \approx 0.9785142874$$ The paper proves that this finite kernel accounts for $97.8514\%$ of the total spectral coherence energy of the prime continuum. The Spectral Trap Theorem on $\sigma = 1/2$: Mapping the continuous response into the Gelfand–Shilov distribution space $\mathcal{S}'$ enforces the admissibility condition $e^{\alpha u} \in \mathcal{S}' \iff \alpha = 0$ (where $\alpha = \sigma - 1/2$). Deviations from $\sigma = 1/2$ lead to unbounded growth, trapping the continuous operator response directly on the critical line. Self-Adjoint Hilbert–Pólya Realization: Resolving prior anti-Hermitian cancellation artifacts, the Hamiltonian is structured in a symmetric Berry–Keating momentum-coordinate form: $$H_{ij} = \begin{cases} \gamma_i, & i = j \\ \frac{c_0 \cdot \Lambda}{1 + (i - j)^2}, & i \neq j \end{cases}$$ where $\gamma_i$ are ordered non-trivial Riemann zeta zeros and $c_0 = 0.05$, guaranteeing real, non-degenerate energy spectra. Topological Continual Backpropagation (Topo-CBP): Catastrophic forgetting in learning systems is eliminated by masking gradient updates on prime-indexed coordinate intersections: $$(\mathcal{M}_{\mathcal{P}})_{ij} = \begin{cases} 1, & i \in \mathcal{P} \text{ or } j \in \mathcal{P} \\ 0, & \text{otherwise} \end{cases}$$ Constrained weight updates yield an invariant parameter drift of exactly $\Vert{}\Delta \mathcal{W}_{\mathcal{P}}\Vert{}_F = 0.000000$ with $\mathcal{O}(1)$ storage overhead. Core Conclusion The monograph concludes that physical quantum computing represents an attempt to brute-force exponential complexity by building cryogenic, decoherence-prone hardware. In contrast, Arithmetic Spectral Theory links quantum unitarity directly to the critical line $\sigma = 1/2$ of the Riemann zeta function, showing that the underlying state-space manifolds can be evaluated deterministically on commodity silicon using closed-form algebraic geometry.

Key Mathematical Foundations The Pure Prime Kernel (P\mathcal{P}P): The infinite Euler product of the Riemann zeta function is truncated to the first six prime numbers: P={2,3,5,7,11,13}\mathcal{P} = \{2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13\}P={2,3,5,7,11,13} The Dynamic LEFM Operator Symbol: Defined over the complex spectral coordinate s=σ+iγs = \sigma + i\gammas=σ+iγ as: ELEFM(s)=∏p∈P(1−p−s)−1=∏p∈P(1−e−sln⁡p)−1\mathcal{E}_{\text{LEFM}}(s) = \prod_{p \in \mathcal{P}} (1 - p^{-s})^{-1} = \prod_{p \in \mathcal{P}} (1 - e^{-s \ln p})^{-1}ELEFM(s)=∏p∈P(1−p−s)−1=∏p∈P(1−e−slnp)−1 This acts as a simultaneous continuous Fourier transform along the frequency coordinate γ\gammaγ and a Mellin transform along the scaling coordinate σ\sigmaσ. The Euler Attenuation Constant (Λ\LambdaΛ): Λ=1−∏p∈P(1−p−1/2)≈0.9785142874\Lambda = 1 - \prod_{p \in \mathcal{P}} (1 - p^{-1/2}) \approx 0.9785142874Λ=1−∏p∈P(1−p−1/2)≈0.9785142874 The paper proves that this finite kernel accounts for 97.8514%97.8514\%97.8514% of the total spectral coherence energy of the prime continuum. The Spectral Trap Theorem on σ=1/2\sigma = 1/2σ=1/2: Mapping the continuous response into the Gelfand–Shilov distribution space S′\mathcal{S}'S′ enforces the admissibility condition eαu∈S′  ⟺  α=0e^{\alpha u} \in \mathcal{S}' \iff \alpha = 0eαu∈S′⟺α=0 (where α=σ−1/2\alpha = \sigma - 1/2α=σ−1/2). Deviations from σ=1/2\sigma = 1/2σ=1/2 lead to unbounded growth, trapping the continuous operator response directly on the critical line. Self-Adjoint Hilbert–Pólya Realization: Resolving prior anti-Hermitian cancellation artifacts, the Hamiltonian is structured in a symmetric Berry–Keating momentum-coordinate form: Hij={γi,i=jc0⋅Λ1+(i−j)2,i≠jH_{ij} = \begin{cases} \gamma_i, & i = j \\ \frac{c_0 \cdot \Lambda}{1 + (i - j)^2}, & i \neq j \end{cases}Hij={γi,1+(i−j)2c0⋅Λ,i=ji=j where γi\gamma_iγi are ordered non-trivial Riemann zeta zeros and c0=0.05c_0 = 0.05c0=0.05, guaranteeing real, non-degenerate energy spectra. Topological Continual Backpropagation (Topo-CBP): Catastrophic forgetting in learning systems is eliminated by masking gradient updates on prime-indexed coordinate intersections: (MP)ij={1,i∈P or j∈P0,otherwise(\mathcal{M}_{\mathcal{P}})_{ij} = \begin{cases} 1, & i \in \mathcal{P} \text{ or } j \in \mathcal{P} \\ 0, & \text{otherwise} \end{cases}(MP)ij={1,0,i∈P or j∈Potherwise Constrained weight updates yield an invariant parameter drift of exactly ∥ΔWP∥F=0.000000\Vert{}\Delta \mathcal{W}_{\mathcal{P}}\Vert{}_F = 0.000000∥ΔWP∥F=0.000000 with O(1)\mathcal{O}(1)O(1) storage overhead. Core Conclusion The monograph concludes that physical quantum computing represents an attempt to brute-force exponential complexity by building cryogenic, decoherence-prone hardware. In contrast, Arithmetic Spectral Theory links quantum unitarity directly to the critical line σ=1/2\sigma = 1/2σ=1/2 of the Riemann zeta function, showing that the underlying state-space manifolds can be evaluated deterministically on commodity silicon using closed-form algebraic geometry.
