Abstract

This paper investigates the potential of leveraging quantum entanglement to enhance probabilistic model optimization algorithms. Traditional optimization methods often struggle with complex, high-dimensional problems due to the inherent limitations of classical computation. We propose a novel algorithm that utilizes quantum entanglement to represent probability distributions, enabling a more efficient and potentially more accurate optimization process. This approach aims to address limitations of classical optimization techniques by exploiting the unique properties of quantum mechanics. The core mechanism involves modeling probability distributions as quantum states, employing quantum computation for optimization, and demonstrating improved predictive accuracy through this quantum-enhanced approach. The paper will present the theoretical framework, the algorithm's implementation, and preliminary experimental results demonstrating the potential benefits of this approach.
