Abstract

Quantum-Enhanced Constraint Programming (QECP) presents a paradigm shift in tackling complex algorithms by integrating quantum superposition and entanglement into the core constraint satisfaction process. This paper introduces a novel framework, the 'Quantum-Enhanced Constraint Solver', designed to significantly improve the efficiency and robustness of solving challenging problems. We explore how leveraging quantum mechanics allows the solver to efficiently explore solution spaces, reducing computational complexity and enhancing the solution's resilience to noise and ambiguity. We detail the design of the quantum enhancement strategy and its impact on key performance metrics, showcasing its potential to overcome limitations of traditional constraint programming methods.
