Abstract

The current landscape of biological research heavily relies on meticulously designed and controlled genetic expression experiments. However, these experiments often suffer from limitations in precision and repeatability due to the inherent stochasticity of biological systems. This paper introduces a novel algorithm, termed "Quantum Adaptive Gene Expression Control" (QAGE), which leverages quantum self-adaptation to dynamically adjust gene expression levels, offering a significant advancement in the accuracy and reliability of biological experimentation. We present a theoretical framework and initial implementation demonstrating the algorithm's ability to optimize gene expression within complex biological systems. The core mechanism centers on manipulating quantum states to influence gene expression, providing a fundamentally different approach compared to traditional methods. This paper explores the potential of QAGE to enhance biological research through more accurate and robust gene expression modeling.
