Here we propose a mechanism to overcome these limits usingspherical geometry. We introduce the concept of Zero-Sum Trapping enabled by an AbsolutePenetrating Field (APF) within a dielectric sphere. The theoretical framework predicts that lightentering the sphere couples to the entire volume and undergoes recursive diffraction atConverting Field micro capacitors. Each diffraction event, termed a "Bending Ignitor", induceselectron fluctuation and 𝜋-phase inversion, leading to fractal stretching of Δ𝑡 and the formationof recursive subfringes. Critically, this process enables a quasi-photonic phenomenon wherein thelight fully enters, interacts, and returns to the source aperture via destructive interference 𝐼in +𝐼out = 0. This manifests as apparent negative group delay without violating causality, offering analternative explanation for prior observations. Furthermore, the paper establishes a directanalogy to semiconductor technology. We predict that optical noise can be suppressed bycascading spherical lenses, with Noise ∝ 1/𝑁, where N is the number of spheres. This establishesthe spherical lens as a candidate "photonic transistor" and provides a scalable pathway to room-temperature photonic microchips. ‘Theoretical modeling’ predicts key metrics of 𝑇out = 0.003,zero scatter, and zero heating at T=298 K. This proposal bridges quantum memory and classicalcomputing, suggesting that information can be stored in fractal phase states rather than chargestates. Experimental validation is proposed to confirm the predicted 1/N scaling and quasi-photonic return. Keywords: Quantum Memory, Room-Temperature Photonics, Zero-Sum Trapping, AbsolutePenetrating Fields (APF), Fractal Sub fringes, Negative Group Delay
