The Quantum Midi Posse initially pushed the architecture against a very hard question: whether a later local choice on one side could produce a detectable standalone change on the other side, or whether one side could recover the other side’s identity from local measurements alone. Those tests came back null, consistent with the standard no-signaling boundary. That turned out to be useful, because it forced us to ask the better systems question: Can pre-engineered quantum correlation support local, machine-readable actuation without requiring full remote-state reconstruction? We then built two controlled IBM Marrakesh hardware intervention studies around the IPCM architecture. In the first, we varied an engineered coupling parameter across five levels, with 16 repeated hardware runs per level. As coupling increased, mutual information between the A and B actuation variables, B-side actuation probability, and joint A/B actuation probability all increased strongly, while the A-side marginal remained essentially unchanged. In the complementary intervention, we varied the local/reference-side structure while keeping the coupling architecture fixed. That produced a statistically significant change in the A-side response, with the coupled B and joint observables responding as well. So the two intervention classes produced differentiated hardware signatures rather than simply changing the same output in the same way. We have been organizing that mechanism using an operator decomposition of the form: T = D + V where, operationally, one term captures local/reference structure and the other captures coupling structure. The ideal 2×2 factorial test is especially clean: reference OFF / coupling OFF → quiet reference OFF / coupling ON → quiet reference ON / coupling OFF → A-side structure reference ON / coupling ON → correlated A/B actuation That ideal result predicts a conditional mechanism: the local/reference component supplies the structure, while the coupling component determines how that structure participates in the joint actuation channel. The important boundary is also now very clear: I am not claiming faster-than-light signaling or unilateral transmission of new information. The dedicated causal test did not show that. What the current evidence supports instead is a correlation-conditioned control primitive in which pre-engineered quantum structure can support local machine decisions without reconstructing the complete remote state.

This technical note documents a prototype-level demonstration of the Interplanetary Command Mesh (IPCM) architecture executed on IBM superconducting quantum hardware. The purpose of the work is to show that a structured quantum output can move beyond passive observation and serve as the causal trigger for a real downstream system event. In repeated runs on the ibm_marrakesh backend, the IPCM circuit preserved a constrained dominant support family consistent with the pre-measurement state structure. A dominant measured basis state was selected from that stable support family, decoded into a command token (PING), and used to trigger a live UDP beacon from a sender machine to a separate receiving machine on a local network. The receiving endpoint successfully logged the transmitted payload, including backend, job, dominant state, and support-family data. This result does not claim direct QPU-to-QPU signaling, faster-than-light communication, or a fielded secure communications system. Rather, it establishes a narrower but important prototype primitive: a real hardware quantum output can be decoded into an operational command and used to drive a completed cross-machine signaling event. In that sense, IPCM is demonstrated here not merely as a structured-collapse circuit, but as a working quantum-to-classical command-delivery prototype. The note includes the prototype architecture, execution flow, real hardware job references, sender/receiver console evidence, and repeatability discussion across multiple submissions.
I have just finished an abstract that formally introduces IPCM as a quantum-native communication and control architecture built on my Quantum State Command Encoding (QSCE) and QSTS-DQA framework. In this work, collapse is no longer treated as a passive, probabilistic endpoint. IPCM uses unitary phase anchoring, echo-stabilized entanglement, and feedback-linked collapse funnels to steer non-local collapse into engineered manifolds across a 16-qubit mesh. The result is routed command execution across entangled nodes rather than mere statistical correlation. -------------------------------------------------------- Key points from the abstract: • IPCM is validated at TRL-7 on IBM superconducting backends, showing repeatable deterministic collapse convergence where a small set of post-evolution basis states captures roughly 99 percent of the probability mass. • No post-selection, error filtering, hidden-variable assumptions, or classical feed-forward are used. The collapse bias is enforced purely by the unitary orchestration and activation-propagation logic. • Non-locality is reframed as an engineered command substrate. Collapse-conditioned correlations become a routable primitive for remote activation events while remaining consistent with no-signaling constraints. • This enables a new class of quantum protocols: collapse-conditioned control channels that operate alongside classical links, opening paths toward subspace mesh networking, autonomous deep-space command systems, QCI-linked satellite control, and entanglement-anchored communication infrastructure. • By treating activation pathways (QMCA, SQCA, EBA, QPSA) as modular routing primitives embedded directly into the state evolution, IPCM extends standard quantum control practice without changing the underlying unitary framework.
This preregistration describes a confirmatory study of an upstream conditioning architecture in a quantum error-correction workflow. The project’s purpose is to test whether an intervention applied prior to the primary decoder produces a real and reproducible decoder-relevant effect, remains compatible with more than one downstream decoder family, generates a measurable exposed-observable statistical footprint, and improves or preserves performance across a preregistered regime rather than only at a single operating point. The study is intentionally limited to architecture-level evaluation, with the public claim set confined to exposed observables, frozen transformations, preregistered statistical tests, explicit negative controls, and bounded interpretation rules. The confirmatory design is organized around five preregistered tests: category existence, decoder compatibility, structural footprint, observable statistical signature, and regime robustness. Across these tests, the central comparison is between a baseline control pipeline and a conditioned pipeline in which the upstream intervention is applied while all non-conditioning settings are held fixed. The study uses frozen observables and frozen execution rules, including matched seeds, shot counts, code distances, physical error rates, geometry, and baseline decoder settings, so that any supported effect can be interpreted as evidence about the architecture under test rather than as a byproduct of post hoc tuning. To preserve a clean-room boundary, the registration restricts primary analysis to exposed, decoder-facing quantities only. These include logical failure, an exposed defect-count summary, and an exposed decoder-difficulty proxy, along with a locked scalar error-load construction derived from control-only standardization. The study does not rely on decoder-internal state variables, hidden confidence traces, or implementation-specific internal diagnostics in its primary confirmatory analyses. This structure is intended to let readers evaluate whether the architecture leaves a reproducible footprint in decoder-facing behavior without disclosing reconstruction-level mechanism details. Expected outcomes are defined in confirmatory rather than speculative terms. If the preregistered hypotheses are supported, the study is expected to provide evidence that an upstream conditioning intervention exists as a real architectural category in QEC, acts before the primary decoder, is compatible with downstream decoding, changes decoder-relevant exposed structure, and produces a reproducible observable statistical footprint in logical-failure behavior. If support is absent, mixed, or null, those outcomes will still be recorded under the frozen rules without rescue through post hoc metric changes, reweighting, or reinterpretation. In either case, the expected result of the registration is a bounded, auditable public record of whether this architecture class shows reproducible category-level behavior under a preregistered confirmatory design. The preregistration is not intended to establish a unique mechanism identity, identify a privileged implementation, disclose implementation-specific reconstruction details, or support claims about exact targeting logic, suppression laws, subset-sizing logic, telemetry-governed control, or broader cross-domain theory narratives. Public-facing interpretation is therefore intentionally limited to category validation and exposed-observable behavior. This is meant to support rigorous public evaluation while preserving strict clean-room limits around protected implementation detail.
This is Paper 142 in the Anaxiomatic Mechanics / pq-Spacetime stack. It develops a finite mechanical account of quantum entanglement within pq-spacetime. Entanglement is identified with the persistence of a non-factorable family of admissible future histories. Two measurement regions can therefore appear as separate local systems in emergent spacetime while still remaining projections of one joint finite closure problem. Bell inequality violation follows because the joint outcomes are not generated by two independent local completion families. No-signalling is nevertheless preserved because complete changes to a distant measurement boundary do not alter the local marginal outcome weights. The paper establishes the Entanglement Closure Theorem and distinguishes microscopic non-factorability from observable entanglement after coarse-graining into stable measurement records. It also gives an explicit minimal singlet construction using two opposed history fibers carrying the relevant four-phase weights. The resulting finite ledger is antisymmetric, nonseparable, and exactly balanced at each local wing. Complete changes of basis on the distant side preserve those local marginals. Using the previously derived Hilbert-space and beta-Dirac bridges of pq-spacetime, the paper recovers the familiar spinor overlap law, the quantum singlet correlation, the maximal Bell-CHSH value, monogamy of maximal entanglement, and decoherence through environmental boundary enlargement. The analysis also explains why no preferred measurement ordering is required and why entanglement remains compatible with relativistic causality. The resulting picture is direct. Entangled systems do not exchange superluminal messages, carry classical answer sheets, or require a force acting across space. Their local outcomes arise from one shared finite admissibility structure whose joint correlations are nonlocal while its controllable local statistics remain causal. Entanglement is therefore physically real, nonclassical, and nonlocal in correlation, but not a signalling mechanism.
A Kernel-Role Determinacy Theorem for Bell-Witness Fixation, No-Signaling, and Tensor-Level Compatibility This manuscript develops a fixed-domain AASC analysis of Bell-nonlocal quantum entanglement as a theorem of reusable witness determinacy. It does not introduce hidden variables, modify quantum mechanics, derive Hilbert-space formalism from below, or propose a new signaling mechanism. Instead, it asks a prior structural question: once a Bell-type operational family is used as the same non-degenerate witness across settings, lawful transformations, retained records, comparison, and later classification, what admissible same-domain standing form is forced? The governing claim is that AASC is not an optional interpretive overlay on physics. Once an operational Bell family is asserted as a determinate reusable witness, admissibility, standing, reference, and irreversibility are already active as minimal necessity conditions of same-witness objecthood. Target instantiation therefore carries governance occupancy: an alleged determinate Bell witness with no admissible governance realization is not an empty alternative, but a refusal or retyping of the target. The manuscript defines finite operational Bell objects with explicit setting carriers, outcome families, channel/interface data, standing-token valuations, continuation and report/reuse structure, comparison profiles, and act-time status. It then defines object-indexed query sorts, dependent response families, exactly recoverable operational simulations, lawful Bell groupoids, six governance-effect functors, and target-active extensional governance equivalence. The result is a typed interface in which arbitrary native formalisms can be compared by their target-bearing governance effects rather than by their internal syntax. The central Bell-specific theorem states that every same-target candidate-admissible Bell-governance construction is forced component by component into the certified boundary-compatible standing form on the complete target-active practice. Candidate admissibility does not assume the canonical form at the outset. Instead, target occupancy, lawful transport, standing-flow exclusion, compatibility certification, coordinate-deviation exhaustion, and componentwise closure force exact target-bearing realization and governance equivalence to the canonical representative CP∗C^{*}_{P}CP∗. The target-induced governance quotient therefore has exactly one element. The Bell carrier is treated as a compatible empirical model on a finite measurement cover. Bell-local completion is identified with the existence of a global section, and Bell nonlocality is the obstruction to such a section. The manuscript separates operational marginal invariance, absence of controllable communication, and exclusion of same-domain standing transport. No-signaling is therefore preserved without retyping Bell nonlocality as superluminal communication, metric transport, distant repair, or hidden standing transfer. The finite-dimensional quantum specialization uses the standard bipartite tensor-product and local-POVM carrier. Every separable realization in that carrier is Bell-local; therefore, if the fixed Bell-nonlocal empirical model has such a finite-dimensional quantum realization, every realizing state in that carrier is entangled. Post-quantum Bell-nonlocal no-signaling models remain within the general witness theorem but outside the quantum-entanglement corollary. The accompanying Lean 4 development, release v0.8.0, directly verifies the finite Bell-side witness carrier: denominator-32 vector/Born weights, structural no-signaling, CHSH numerator 808080, all sixteen deterministic local extrema, finite denominator-32 Bell-local-envelope exclusion, and conditional endpoint routing. Its direct witness certificate is vectorBorn_flagship_spine, and its deepest released endpoint is reasonableDeepestFiniteEntanglement_spine. The manuscript-level typed governance interface, empirical lawful groupoid, compatibility equivalence, coordinate-deviation exhaustion, completed role collapse, candidate-to-canonical derivation, and finite-dimensional quantum specialization are not attributed to the released Lean layer. This paper is the Bell-witness member of the paired AASC quantum determinacy arc. The record-side manuscript, Admissible Record Construction in Physically Non-Selective Quantum Regimes, fixes when local physical record occurrences stand as the same evidential record objects. The present manuscript fixes when the Bell operational family sampled by such records stands as the same reusable witness. The paired endpoint is therefore: record-role fixation+Bell-witness compatibility.\text{record-role fixation} + \text{Bell-witness compatibility}.record-role fixation+Bell-witness compatibility. The manuscript is classificatory and eliminative rather than mechanistic. It does not claim that AASC generates the Bell probabilities or supplies a hidden physical influence. Its claim is that reusable Bell-witness determinacy strongly constrains how Bell-nonlocal correlations may be coherently classified on a fixed domain: not as independently complete local states later connected by a mechanism, not as Bell-local hidden-variable value assignments, not as superluminal signaling, and not as same-act repair, but as boundary-level compatibility carried by one standing-preserving Bell witness.
Quantum theory combines three structures that are often introduced separately: complex norm-preserving evolution, entanglement of composite systems, and quadratic weights for measurement outcomes. This paper asks whether a complementarity-first architecture can organize their relation without importing one structure under the name of another. The motivating image is the Taichi Diagram: two distinguishable sides and two internal “eyes,” with each side carrying a trace of its complement. The image formulates a question; it is neither a historical anticipation nor a physical proof. On a supplied two-branch positive composite, a fixed-eye state family separates diagonal reciprocal inclusion from an off-diagonal coherent link. Positivity bounds that link, and within the declared two-qubit support the state is entangled exactly when the link is nonzero. On a supplied real two-plane, complement exchange as reversal admits elliptic, hyperbolic, nilpotent, and frozen generators. A non-fixed two-sided bounded orbit selects the elliptic branch, a positive invariant quadratic capacity, and a one-frequency Schrödinger normal form. One such plane is only one complex line and is projectively trivial, so relative phase and an entangling sector require an explicit aligned two-block lift. On that four-real-dimensional carrier, the complex-linear branch swap S is distinguished from the conjugating reciprocal reversal Theta = S C. A supplied exchange/XY Hamiltonian is Theta-even; its Schrödinger generator is Theta-odd, its unitary flow is reciprocal under Theta, and it produces an exact orbit from separability through maximal entanglement and back. Separately, passive repeatable lossless separators become orthogonal projections, while a nonnegative modular readout axiom uniquely linearizes channel response and yields a finite pure-projective Born-form valuation. This result is conditional and does not establish the density-operator trace rule, general effects or instruments, one actual outcome, or objective chance. Environmental restriction suppresses accessible pair coherence by an overlap factor and explains how a larger entangled whole can cast a classical-looking local shadow. The contribution is an assumption-controlled synthesis and countermodel chain, including an explicit carrier bridge and a typed distinction between branch exchange and reciprocal reversal; the component two-qubit, planar-flow, exchange, projection, and additive-response formulas are not claimed as individually new.
