A Global Quantum Probability Distribution Framework for Cosmology and Beyond: Observer Events as Bayesian Informational Interference and the Path Toward a Theory of Everything

Yuk Kwan Tang

We present a unified framework in which the universe is described by a single global quantum probability distribution that is continuously refined by universe observer events — physical correlations that act as objective Bayesian informational updates. While the framework builds upon QBism (Bayesian view of measurement) and holographic dark energy (future-horizon cutoff), it introduces several original elements: a precise, objective definition of a Universe Observer Event (UOE) as the minimal process generating at least one bit of mutual information; a convergence theorem showing that, in the limit of infinite sampling, local descriptions converge to the true global distribution; an informational-pressure interpretation of dark energy arising from the expansion needed to accommodate increasing samples; and a dynamical selection mechanism in which the Standard Model parameters emerge as stable fixed points of the global Bayesian update superoperator. This minimal postulate resolves the measurement problem without ad-hoc collapse, derives emergent spacetime and gravity from holographic sampling of entanglement, explains dark sectors as unobserved probability regions, and naturally accounts for the small cosmological constant and the ``why now?'' coincidence. The framework predicts a mildly phantom and time-varying equation of state \(w_{\rm DE}(z)\) distinguishable from \(\Lambda\)CDM, testable with near-future data from DESI, Euclid, and LISA. It offers a concrete, observer-centric path toward a Theory of Everything in which all physical laws and the emergence of life and consciousness arise from the universe's continuous self-description through informational updates.

Quantum Observability under Causal Cloud Cosmology (CCC) Projection-Compressed Manifestation, Residual Coherence, and Local Realization Selection

Jimmy Chen

This work presents a CCC (Causal Cloud Cosmology) interpretation of quantum observability, focusing on interference, measurement, residual coherence, and local realization selection within a continuous global causal structure. Rather than treating quantum measurement as a destruction of underlying possibilities, the framework interprets measurement as a modification of coexistence conditions under realizability constraints. Observable collapse is therefore understood as a locally selected manifestation emerging from constrained observability, while residual coherence may remain globally preserved within CCC structure. Within this interpretation, interference reflects the coexistence of realizable possibilities prior to local observability selection. Which-path information increases realizability constraints and reduces the ability of multiple possibilities to remain jointly manifested within the observable layer. Projection-compressed manifestation is therefore interpreted as an observable consequence of realizability selection rather than a literal elimination of alternative possibilities. The framework provides a unified interpretation for double-slit interference, which-path experiments, weak measurement, entanglement, temporal interference, and wavefunction collapse without altering standard quantum predictions or modern experimental consistency. This work extends the CCC/CSSM V5 framework: "Causal Cloud Cosmology (CCC) and Causal Structure Standard Model (CSSM): A Unified Framework for Projection, Accumulation, and Curvature Coherence Version V5" DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20071489

The Transformation of the Concept of Alternatives in the Analytic Approach to Quantum Probability: From Isolated Properties to Equivalence Classes

Viktoras Rimsha, Laimontas Rimsha

In our previous works [1], it was demonstrated that quantum probability calculus requires an analytic approach where the whole (the totality of alternatives) is primary, while the probabilities of individual alternatives are derived quantities. In this paper, we take an essential methodological step forward by clarifying and updating the very concept of an alternative. We argue that within the analytic framework, alternatives cannot be treated as isolated, atomized elements, as is done in the synthetic Kolmogorovian model. Instead, they function as elements of a mathematical equivalence class and never lose their global contextual feature. This refinement allows us to reconcile the local realization of historical events with the global preservation of quantum interference. Consequently, this opening offers a completely new perspective for quantum cosmology without relying on the hypothesis of an external observer.
