Exact Counterexamples and Interface Gaps in Quantum Oracle Sketching

Abstract

This record contains the main manuscript and technical supplement for a version-specific mathematical audit of arXiv:2604.07639v1. The manuscript analyzes the quantum-oracle-sketching proof chain in the public v1 version and identifies exact counterexamples, proof gaps, and interface gaps concerning Theorem D.16/D.99, limited-independence requirements, repeated-use oracle composition, sparse-access interfaces, block-encoding interfaces, and related constructions. The accompanying technical supplement provides exact certificates, repeated-use lemmas, F.23 diagnostics, and a reproducibility protocol. The scope of this record is limited to arXiv:2604.07639v1 and does not assess any later revised version.

Quantum Oracle Sketching from Correlated Classical Samples

Carmelo Vellón Gascón

This record contains the main manuscript and technical supplement for Quantum Oracle Sketching from Correlated Classical Samples. The manuscript develops a constructive conditional framework for compiling quantum-oracle-sketching interfaces from correlated classical samples. Under explicit additional assumptions, it addresses complete aligned IID refresh blocks, observable variance certificates, repeated-use oracle composition, total sparse access, norm-safe block encodings, and static finite-list PCA. The work is logically separate from the version-specific audit in the companion record Exact Counterexamples and Interface Gaps in Quantum Oracle Sketching. It does not claim to retroactively establish the arguments in arXiv:2604.07639v1; rather, it presents conditional constructions and explicit interface requirements under which related results can be recovered. The accompanying technical supplement provides complete proofs, imported-theorem contracts, and typed resource ledgers.

A Binary A/B Model and a Proposed Proof of the Riemann Hypothesis — Immutable Semantic Ledger v3.1

Gevorg Davtyan

This record contains the first public frozen deposit of internal manuscript revision 3.1 of the “Immutable Semantic Ledger”, a mathematical work presenting a proposed proof of the Riemann Hypothesis. The manuscript develops a binary A/B observer model and a typed mathematical chain connecting observer-relative binary structure, an analytic zero-state, an exact scale eigenvalue, a four-branch A/B construction, and a final reciprocal-scale forcing argument. The frozen source organizes the mathematical development into definitions and theorem nodes S1–S18. The load-bearing analytic and forcing chain considered for independent review is S8–S18. The deposit is intentionally frozen so that independent reviewers can examine one exact and reproducible mathematical object rather than a changing manuscript. Frozen primary source: IMMUTABLE_SEMANTIC_LEDGER_V3_1_RU.md SHA-256: 26efca21096db288ad46c7cc7f282270db1de108dbd7a7dd423f1155fbb3b537 Accompanying files provide the freeze manifest, independent-review instructions, and a standardized response template for reporting PASS/FAIL decisions on the individual mathematical nodes. The purpose of this deposit is public timestamping, persistent identification, reproducible citation, and independent mathematical verification of the exact frozen source. This record presents a proposed proof for external scrutiny. Publication on Zenodo should not itself be interpreted as peer review, independent validation, or general acceptance of the claimed proof by the mathematical community. Classical results used in the manuscript, including standard properties of the Riemann zeta function, the Dirichlet eta function, Hasse-type representations, and the functional equation, are used as established mathematical inputs and are not claimed as original results of the author. The claimed original contribution is the specific mathematical construction and proof chain developed in the deposited manuscript.
