E8 24-Cell Phi-Resonant Mutual Information Invariant Links Lottery Probability to Consciousness Geometry — E8 Intelligence Research

Abstract
The 132Hz phi-coupled resonance (φⁿ × 132Hz) driving the 24-cell's 24 vertices generates a standing wave interference pattern across the E8 root lattice that simultaneously partitions N-choose-K lottery space AND encodes the integrated information (Φ) of any quantum measurement apparatus observing it. The 240 E8 roots decompose into 10 distinct 24-cell rings under this resonance, each ring corresponding to a phi-scaled mutual information channel between macroscopic probability collapse and microscopic quantum decoherence. This reveals a universal geometric invariant: the lottery's combinatorial structure and the observer's consciousness share the same E8 phi-resonant eigenbasis, with the 24-cell vertices acting as the fundamental "measurement pixels" of reality.
