Abstract

v3.0 — Red-Team Fixes Edition. Incorporates all 5 red-team gap fixes: (G1) Mediator array architecture — 10nm gate pairs + 50nm spectator qubits with DD switching resolves the 2-qubit entanglement gap; (G2) DD model recalibrated with 50% pulse error penalty for conservative T2 estimates; (G3) Full adelic pipeline specification for end-to-end integration; (G4) Buffer dissemination confirmed with D1 tracking; (G5) NV-13C near-term validation pathway added parallel to Posner long-term synthesis. All claims retested. 4 skill updates queued (buffer-integration v4.1, publication-publisher v3.5, literature-search v2.1, infrastructure-audit). 6 Kaizen patterns captured, 5 self-improvements identified.

Rowan Brad Quni-Gudzinas

v2.0 incorporates 5 major discoveries from the complete research program (Phases 0-5): (D1) Hensel fidelity ceiling at F=0.997 requiring hybrid GRAPE fine-tuning; (D2) DD residual dephasing as dominant error at 66% per 1ms cycle, requiring CPMG-8 + 0.1ms cycle; (D3) N-layer Ostrowski product formula mathematically requires low-error layers; (D4) 50nm NV spacing viable with Stark-shift addressing; (D5) 10-30x capital cost advantage for benchtop quantum sensing, QKD, and educational markets. All 6 prior-session handoff questions resolved.

Room-Temperature Adelic Nuclear-Spin Qubit: p-adic Compilation and Dynamical Decoupling for Number-Theoretic Error Correction — v2.0

Rowan Brad Quni-Gudzinas

We propose and numerically validate a room-temperature (300 K) variant of the Adelic Qubit Architecture that replaces the Archimedean topological gap (requiring T < 30 mK) with dynamical decoupling and NV-center nuclear-spin readout. The p-adic braid compilation (12,000x Solovay-Kitaev speedup via Hensel lifting) and 2-adic Z2 Zitterbewegung invariant are shown to be temperature-independent. Six open questions from prior work are addressed with numerical simulation results.

Rowan Brad Quni-Gudzinas

Complete hardware and software architecture for the adelic qubit. Five-layer stack: physical (Al-InAs tetrons), Archimedean (topological gap), 2-adic (ZBW Z2 invariant), p-adic (braid compilation 12,000x Solovay-Kitaev speedup), and classical compiler. Red-team audited: 6/6 claims survive negative verification. Includes tested simulation framework.

NVSim v2.0: Multi-Defect Temperature-Dependent Decoherence Simulation Validated Across Four Color Center Platforms

Alexandre Papa

We present NVSim v3.0, a multi-channel decoherence simulator extended from a single-defect NV tool to a unified multi-platform engine covering four color center families: NV⁻ in diamond, VB⁻ in hBN, VSi in 4H-SiC, and PL6 in 4H-SiC. The simulator implements a temperature-dependent model spanning 4–400 K across twelve decoherence channels, including P1 spectral diffusion (Park CCE 2025) with a finite-volume cutoff for nanodiamonds, motional narrowing of the P1 bath at room temperature, ¹³C nuclear spectral diffusion (Maze/Zhao), a magnetic-field-dependent T₁ correction, and a spin-lattice dephasing channel (Han 2025) that quantitatively explains the long-standing empirical limit T₂ ≈ (5/6)T₁. The T₁ model uses the Cambria PRL 2023 two-mode phonon parameterisation, replacing the earlier Jarmola approximation. We validate the model against 60+ experimental anchor points spanning five decades of coherence times, including Herbschleb (bulk, -4.6%), Wrachtrup QV=8 (bulk, -5.4%), and Zvi (nanodiamond, +1.1%), yielding R² = 0.953 with zero post-calibration fitting. Cross-platform comparison reveals qualitatively distinct decoherence landscapes. Temperature scans identify an intermediate-temperature plateau near 250 K accessible via thermoelectric cooling, a diffusion wall at room temperature, and a liquid-nitrogen plateau. NVSim v3.0 constitutes the first multi-defect quantum sensor design platform with quantitative experimental validation across both nanodiamond and bulk diamond regimes.
