Abstract

Summary: Matrix Physics proposes a conceptual framework in which matrices are treated not merely as algebraic objects but as observable transformation systems that govern the evolution of structured states. The work develops the idea of "Matrix Physics," where states, operators, and measurement processes form a unified language for describing dynamics across mathematics, physics, information theory, artificial intelligence, and complex systems. The framework introduces operator-based interpretations of stability, measurement, entropy, and symmetry while exploring extensions to matrix thermodynamics, operator field theories, quantum mechanics, gauge theory, cosmology, and random matrix models. Although primarily speculative and theoretical, the work investigates how spectral structure, eigenvalue dynamics, and symmetry breaking may provide a common mathematical foundation for understanding physical and informational systems. The manuscript is intended as a research program and conceptual synthesis rather than a completed physical theory, emphasizing operator dynamics, measurement, and emergent structure as unifying principles. Keywords: Matrix Physics; Linear Algebra; Operator Theory; Spectral Theory; Eigenvalues; Dynamical Systems; Random Matrix Theory; Operator Geometry; Information Theory; Measurement Theory; Symmetry Breaking; Gauge Theory; Quantum Mechanics; Complex Systems; Spectral Dynamics; Matrix Thermodynamics; Noncommutative Geometry; Emergent Physics; Mathematical Physics.

Manifesto for an Informational Observer-Centered Framework Toward a Unified Theory of Information, Observation, and Reality

Giuseppe Junior Greco

Modern physics has achieved extraordinary predictive success, yet it continues to face unresolved conceptual tensions concerning the role of the observer, the nature of information, and the origin of physical structure. From quantum measurement to cosmology, the assumption of an observer-neutral reality increasingly appears insufficient to fully account for empirical phenomena and theoretical inconsistencies. This manifesto proposes an Informational Observer-Centered Framework, in which information is treated as a fundamental ontological substrate and observation as an active, structured process rather than a passive act of measurement. Within this perspective, physical systems, observers, and informational exchanges form a unified dynamics, where state reduction, decoherence, and emergent classicality arise from informational interactions and constraints. Rather than introducing a new closed theory, this manifesto establishes a conceptual foundation unifying several complementary models—including Informational State Dynamics, observer-dependent informational compression, and informational interpretations of quantum and cosmological phenomena—into a coherent research program. The framework is explicitly non-dogmatic, open to falsification, and intended as a guiding structure for further theoretical development and empirical testing. The aim of this document is not to replace existing physical theories, but to clarify their conceptual boundaries and propose an integrative lens through which unresolved problems in quantum foundations, cosmology, and cognitive systems may be systematically explored.

Operator-Structured Quantum Reality: A Unified Framework for Interference, Entanglement, Spectral, Topological, and Measurement-Induced Phenomena

A. Kim

Quantum mechanics is not a patchwork of physical mysteries or isolated paradoxes. It is the deterministic, unavoidable consequence of constrained operator evolution acting upon a rigid geometric reality. In this manuscript, we dispense with a century of phenomenological mysticism. We demonstrate that all seemingly disparate canonical quantum phenomena—including interference, tunneling, entanglement, nonlocal correlations, vacuum forces, topological phase effects, and measurement-induced dynamics—arise deterministically from a single mathematical framework: the continuous evolution of quantum states under self-adjoint operators on Hilbert space. We explicitly organize this unified reality into five governing principles: Linearity of the state space (Interference) Noncommutativity of the observable algebra (Uncertainty) Tensor-product composition of multiparty systems (Entanglement) Spectral constraints of dynamic generators (Tunneling & Casimir Forces) Projection operators induced by measurement (Zeno Effect & Decoherence) The Paradigm of Absolute Control: Beyond passive observation, we introduce an active control extension via Spectral Gap Enforcement. By mathematically dictating the permitted physical geometry via protected operators, we prove that transition probabilities into unpermitted subspaces are strictly suppressed. To demonstrate the universal applicability of this theorem, we provide rigorous, concrete proofs for: Absolute Tunneling Suppression: Eradicating the Agmon transmission amplitude. Arresting Lindbladian Decoherence: Mathematically freezing open-system environmental coupling. The 2-Level Rabi Lock: Achieving absolute Zeno-like trapping without active observation. Conclusion: The phenomena of quantum reality are no longer paradoxes to be interpreted; they are geometric constraints to be commanded. This work establishes the definitive theoretical bridge between foundational quantum physics and the aggressive, deterministic engineering of coherent states.

LINEAR ALGEBRA AND FUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS IN QUANTUM MECHANICS: FUNDAMENTAL THEORY AND APPLICATION EXPANSION

Panlin Li

This study investigates the foundational and applied roles of linear algebra and functional analysis in quantum mechanics, employing a mixed-methods design that integrates qualitative conceptual analysis with quantitative simulations. The methodology combined literature synthesis of recent works (2018–2022), mathematical modeling of eigenvalue problems, and computational simulations within Hilbert spaces to validate theoretical constructs. The results demonstrated that linear algebra provides the structural basis for representing quantum states, operator norms, and matrix formulations, while functional analysis extends these principles to infinite-dimensional spaces, spectral decompositions, and unbounded operators. Tables presented comprehensive datasets, including eigenvalue distributions, operator convergence, and density matrix approximations, whereas figures offered multidimensional visualizations through line, bar, scatter, and pie charts. Together, these outputs revealed that functional analytic methods are indispensable in understanding spectral behavior and operator stability, while linear algebra underpins computational frameworks for quantum algorithms and quantum information processing. The discussion established that this synergy not only consolidates the mathematical rigor of quantum mechanics but also advances practical innovations such as quantum error correction, quantum machine learning, and operator-based quantum algorithms. The study concludes that linear algebra and functional analysis are complementary frameworks that enable both deeper theoretical insights and application-driven progress in quantum mechanics, underscoring their continuing importance in research, pedagogy, and technology development.

Coherent Relational Stability and the Emergence of Physical Reality A Spectral Transport Theory of Quantum Structure, Gauge Geometry, Gravitation, and Emergent Constants

Borros Arneth

We develop a pregeometric framework in which quantum mechanics, gauge structure, gravitation, matter, and spacetime emerge from the stability dynamics of coherent relational transport organization. Rather than assuming spacetime manifolds, Hilbert spaces, or gauge symmetries as fundamental, the theory begins from a primitive causal-relational substrate consisting only of composable transport relations. A generalized spectral transport operator is introduced to represent coherent relational dynamics. Stable eigensectors of generate effective particles, locality, gauge structure, and geometry. Physical organization is governed by a generalized relational stability functional whose extrema define dynamically persistent coherent structures. Quantum mechanics emerges from coherent compositional consistency, gauge symmetry emerges as redundancy of transport representation, and spacetime geometry emerges statistically through spectral localization, thermodynamic projection, and relational distinguishability stabilization. The framework therefore proposes that physical reality is fundamentally not a collection of objects evolving inside spacetime, but a self-stabilizing process of coherent relational spectral organization from which matter, fields, and spacetime itself emerge

Foundations of Ediverso Theory: A Mathematical Framework for Possibility, Choice, Memory and Coherence

Helder Fernando Passos Soares

Ediverso Theory: A Unified Theory of Possibility, Choice and Reality Ediverso Theory proposes a new mathematical and conceptual framework for describing how realities emerge from fields of admissible possibilities. While classical mathematics, logic and physics primarily study realised states, determined values and observed outcomes, Ediverso Theory introduces possibility itself as a fundamental object of formal investigation. The framework is built upon four primitive concepts: Possibility (E) — the field of admissible states; Choice (Ω) — the operator that transforms possibility into reality; Memory (H) — the accumulated history of realised states; Coherence (C) — the structure that constrains consistent evolution. From these primitives emerges a unified formal architecture spanning geometry, topology, information theory, observer theory, computational systems, physics, logic, mathematics, consciousness, evolution and collective dynamics. At the core of the theory lies the Ediverso operator: ╠╬╣ which represents a structured field of admissible possibilities rather than a single realised value. Classical mathematics appears as a limiting case when the possibility field collapses to a single point. The work develops: • A Geometry of Possibility• A Topology of Admissible Realities• An Information Theory of Choice• A Formal Theory of Observers• Computational Ediverso Systems for Artificial Intelligence• Possibility-Based Physical Models• Ediverso Logic and Mathematical Foundations• Theories of Consciousness, Evolution and Civilizational Dynamics• The Irreducibility Theorem of Ediverso Systems The central question motivating the entire research programme is: What exists before reality becomes reality? Rather than treating possibility as ignorance, uncertainty or incomplete information, Ediverso Theory investigates the hypothesis that possibility possesses its own independent mathematical structure and that reality emerges through admissible selection within that structure. This manuscript presents the first complete formulation of the Ediverso Research Program and is intended as an open scientific framework subject to mathematical analysis, criticism, refinement, extension and falsification. If successful, Ediverso Theory may provide a common language for describing decision, emergence, information, observation and reality across disciplines traditionally studied in isolation. Reality is not the beginning. Reality is the consequence. Possibility is the beginning. Keywords: Ediverso Theory, Possibility Mathematics, Choice Theory, Emergence, Information Theory, Observer Theory, Mathematical Foundations, Logic, Artificial Intelligence, Consciousness Studies, Complexity Science, Theoretical Physics, Philosophy of Mathematics, Foundations of Reality.

Matrix Formulation of Quantum Dynamics

Duojie Jia, Latai You

Quantum mechanics can be formulated either in terms of matrix mechanics or in terms of wave mechanics. This chapter centers on a discussion of the historical origins, mathematical structure, and extension to non-Hermitian quantum theory of matrix mechanics. The development of atomic discrete spectra and the old quantum theory showed that classical mechanics could not account for the discreteness of atomic energy levels and spectral lines, which motivated Heisenberg, Born, Jordan, and others to establish matrix mechanics centered on noncommuting physical quantities. Combining the Bohr atomic model, angular momentum quantization, and radiative transitions, one can see how matrix mechanics describes the energy level structure and quantum transitions of atomic systems, and how the Heisenberg equation of motion gives the fundamental form of quantum dynamics. The example of the harmonic oscillator further shows that the discreteness of the energy spectrum can be obtained directly from the matrix method, thereby establishing a clear connection among transition frequencies, matrix elements, and radiation-induced transitions. The matrix representation corresponds to the operator theory in Hilbert space, where state vectors, inner products, complete bases, and spectral decomposition constitute the fundamental mathematical framework of quantum mechanics. For closed quantum systems, physical observables are generally required to be represented by Hermitian or self-adjoint operators, so as to ensure that their eigenvalues possess the physically acceptable property of being real numbers. The Hermiticity of an operator is also closely related to its domain and boundary conditions, which provides a mathematical possibility for the emergence of non-Hermitian Hamiltonians. Based on these discussions, this chapter further explains how non-Hermitian dynamics is connected with open systems, dissipative processes, and special boundary conditions, thereby demonstrating the natural connection between traditional matrix mechanics and modern non-Hermitian quantum theory.
